"Sand, Sun & Fun" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with a queen sleeper sofa and stunning ocean views. New for 2023: Newly renovated kitchen with new fridge, quartz counters, and backsplash! Conveniently located in the middle of the building on the same level as the fitness center and walkway to the beach, so you won't miss a thing. All new living and dining room furniture and brand-new decor throughout the condo. New plank flooring, Polywood deck furniture including a raised bar dining table to enjoy meals outside while watching the waves, fresh new mattresses & bedding, and new fixtures throughout. Upgraded pots, pans, Foreman grill, Cuisinart, Keurig coffee maker, books, games, puzzles, and much much more. Baby equipment provided such as a pack-n-play, high chair, and bouncy seat, stored out of the way for guests who do not require it. Storage locker has an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards for guests to use! Upgraded kitchenware/barware, washer/dryer in unit, free WiFi, and Firestick for streaming services.

Perfect rental for us! Very clean with updated furniture and appliances. Condo was stocked well with cooking utensils and even games and books. Large deck overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed being able to walk right out onto the beach or to the pool. Would stay here again for sure!

Beds were very hard. Didn’t sleep well. Smoke alarms in the whole complex went off at midnight. We were never Informed of why but had to rush outside. Dogs barking all night. Kids running up and down the hallway. We just felt what we paid was too high for what we had to experience. We left a day earlier. Very disappointing. Will not stay there anymore.

Overall it was really good! Wonderful location. Beautiful views. Nice layout. The property manager was very response to the one complaint we had which was that the cleaning crew had forgotten to clean one of the bathrooms. The manager was very responsive and offered us a late checkout the following day, as well as to send someone out and rectify the situation. I would def stay here again

We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that we were steps from the ocean. It was an easy task to walk out the door and onto a ramp that took us right down to the beach. Our condo was on the first floor so we had a view of the water from our patio but not of the actual beach area which was blocked by the sand dunes. You might be able to see the beach area from the second or third floor. The condo was very clean. I would recommend that you take your own supplies like hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen towels, garbage bags. Those things are not supplied. The plus is each unit has its own storage in the garage and ours was furnished with chairs and an umbrella which was very nice. We were also very close to a lot of attractions like the Jockey Stste park with the sand dunes, Jeanette’s Pier, putt putt, and a dolphin watching cruise. There’s plenty to do and I would recommend staying here

Well stocked with pots, pans , essentials etc. Nice distance from the beach. Was disappointed that the shuffle board wasn't available to play. The sliders to the deck needed some repairs, the railing also needed to be repaired for safety. The inside was clean and comfortable. Not sure what was going on with the Internet service couldn't make phone calls from inside .

The condo appeared as described with recent updates. It was a nice view and convenient to beach. Appreciated the use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The building itself needs a refresh but it looks like they’re working on that. Nice having the fitness center too.

This was a nice clean condo with good location. The only problem was both pools were out of commission and that was inconvenient. The other issue was maintenance was working on the sprinkler system and there was two days of pounding….would still recommend it…

I was so thrilled to have an oceanfront property that has everything that we needed at the last minute! It’s central location to everything is a huge positive to include the ovean at your back patio! Everything about this trip was seamless in regards to the condo. We appreciate it so much! They even had left a bag of chocolate chip cookies for this day, and I believe that was the biggest hit of the whole time because it was just perfect to have a cookie waiting for you after traveling! Thank you so much for that tiny but significant detail that I would’ve never thought it meant so much lol!

The only complaint I have about this property is that parking space especially in the garage is quite limited due to the ongoing construction. Besides, the swimming pool couldn't be used.

Great place with a perfect location on the beach. Easy to walk to eating places. The only hitch we had was we didn’t dare using the dryer since the screen kept falling out and was full of sand.

I filtered listings specifically for a pool when we made our choice to rent this condo. We were informed by First flight rentals that I was the last one on her list that she called to inform us about the closing. She said she could try to rebook another client but no guarantees we were responsible for the rental. My problem is they knew the pool was going to be closed and waited to the last minute to let me know leaving us unable to find another place . I would never rent anything from them or recommend them to any. They are very unprofessional!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s in a great location and is oceanfront. We were really disappointed in the cleanliness on our last stay. The floors had not been vacuumed and had lots of sand and crumbs. I had to sweep the floor as soon as we arrived. Later that evening when sitting on the couches we noticed sand on them also. The patio also had lots of sand and crumbs. Housekeeping definitely didn’t do their job. It made us wonder what else hadn’t (really) been cleaned. I love staying here and would book it again in hopes that it would be cleaner.

Property was well maintained and in an excellent location! The mornings on the porch were wonderful seeing the sun rise and watching the dolphins pass by while having breakfast. Also enjoyed our evenings inside the condo, plenty of comfortable seating and a nice large table to eat and play games on. Would definitely like to return sometime.

This property is in a great location. Loved being able to sit on the deck and see the ocean and awesome sunrises. The condo and grounds are well maintained. The beds seemed to be okay, but after the 3rd night our backs were killing us! I had read other reviews that stated the same thing. Other than that we had an awesome stay! What a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect for two couples. The access to the beach and pool was simply the best. We enjoyed morning coffee or an afternoon drink on the patio. The parking under the first floor was great with always a spot to park. In my opinion, I would say it was the perfect beach condo! I would recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back again!

The condo is in a perfect place. The beds are not great. Even my 10 year olds back hurt after the week was over. The manager was very nice and helpful! The VRBO listing says check out is at 11, but the checkout is actually 10 according the condo. I would stay at this establishment maybe just try a different condo next time!

We had a wonderful time! Our condo was beautiful, parking was great, checkin/out was very easy and the owners left us everything we could possibly need - from hair dryers, to paper towels/toilet paper/etc. The property has fantastic amenities! We loved the gym, pool area and game room! Added bonus of both ping pong and cornhole down by the parking area were great as well! Seeing the surf from our deck was amazing and being right on the beach was incredible! We had a lovely time and would recommend to anyone we know! We will definitely stay again!!

Very clean Very nice. Great view Convenient In hindsight, I should’ve picked a place with less people. It has gotten very busy in that area and just walking and riding a bike was a little sketchy with so many constant cars flying by. Didn’t appreciate having to bring my own toilet paper??? Driving a long way, just expect essentials to be there and who wants to pack things like that. Otherwise great view and great place to stay.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at this condo. The unit owners pride of ownership shows throughout. Impeccably clean, beautiful decorated and so relaxing. Plenty of clean linens, pillows, fully stocked kitchen. Loved having laundry in the unit. So convenient. Very quiet too. Highly recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Super convenient location and stress-free booking, check in/out. The kitchen items are obviously well-used, but nothing out of the ordinary for a rental unit. If you’re picky about pots/pans or cooking tools, bring your own. Bedrooms are separated well to provide privacy. View and beach access are superb and parking was easy. Internet strength inside the condo is great, but not so great on the balcony. We had 3 people working remotely for a few days and had zero issues. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The view as wonderful and I felt like we were the only place on the beach. And we were so happy that the beds were super comfortable! Just a note that the headboard was loose and we had to put a rolled up towel to keep it from hitting the wall every time we sat on the bed. My only disappointment was there was no where to recycle and we are big recyclers and I do not like the Keurig pods option for coffee. It be nice if there was a reusable option so we could bring our own coffee or no Keurig pods option at all. For such a beautiful place I wish they would do more recycling. Although it mentions recycling in the booklet there was no bin or dumpster available for any recyclables and there was no instructions on what to recycle so we took all that home with us and actually found a place at a rest stop to recycle.
