spoilt by uncomfortable beds.

This ought to be the best hotel in Pattaya. The location is ideal. The pool area has character. The prices are very reasonable.

The beds were impossibly uncomfortable and hard, almost as hard as sleeping on the floor. There is basically no mattress or give in the bed. We have happily used the hotel many times before but in rooms in the old unit; the one on beach road. The beds there were fine. But the beds in the second building mean we won't be staying there again. We couldn't sleep properly at all.

Great location but everything else is fair/poor

Best thing about the place is the location. Close to Beach Road.

Poor water pressure. Kettle doesn't boil fully and continues to click "On/Off" unless you unplug it. Sporadic wifi, especially in the evening. Will connect but "No Internet". Only 1 set of keys to the main door and room. The key tag is required to keep the power on in the room.

Location was excellent, no breakfast.

There was no room service, not even tissue nor for clean towels .

location was good close to most amenities

staff were ignorant only 1 key was available even though I booked for 2 people overall the room was very old and dirty smelt of damp

The room was cleaned everday by clean staff, who were very good, helpful the receptionist were also very good at there job.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was look after nothing was to much trouble.

Stay at Natural beach hotel pattaya

The bed was clean.

There was no lift. The room looked bad and old. The toilet door was an old louvered door that if you use the toilet the whole room would have a bad smell. It was not a good place to stay so I had to book another hotel. Also the swimming pool was dirty.

On the whole good value for money.

Breakfast was not included, unfortunately. Had i thought about it a bit more, i should have chosen a hotel with this option. Bed clean and comfortable, which was first priority. Electricity works by putting hotel key fob into pocket on wall. Never seen anything else like it. Curtains very thin, but noise nothing very loud, fortunately.

Plumbing a bit worn-out! No bar in hotel or breakfast offered, but essentials like toothpaste on sale near reception.

location is very nice it’s few min walking to everywhere stuff friendly view is perfect

hotel not very clean and old I book 11 may to 15 may and change it to 12 may to 16 may when I do check in the day yes we know in then in 15 may they ask to leave before 12:00 pm and give one hour until 01:00 it was a shock to me I ask them to extend my stay and pay and then they say they are full booked

Avoid at all costs

Rude ignorant staff Booked 4 rooms no toilet rolls in any and all the towels stunk when my thai wife asked to the reception shall we buy some toilet rolls they ignored her This place should be closed down it looks like they hate the customer
