This beautiful three bedroom apartment is located in the historic center of Seville, just 100 meters from the Cathedral and a few steps from Avenida de la Constitución, one of the busiest shopping streets in Seville. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers unbeatable comfort and design. With a privileged location, this space is an ideal option for a family, groups of friends or people on business trips.
It is an exclusive and unique space, with all kinds of amenities. The surface is 130 m2, the distribution and decoration have been designed by interior designers of great reputation. It is located on the third floor of the building, has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with built-in kitchen creating a unique space, functional and versatile. The large windows and their light, along with the modern and balanced decoration are one of the hallmarks of the apartment.
Living / Dining Room / Kitchen: From the hallway, a spacious living room with kitchenette creates a single room, thus composing the social area of ​​the floor. The spacious windows bring light and tranquility to the space, as well as offering privileged views of the Coliseum Theater and the center of Seville. You can walk to the most emblematic monuments of the city: the Cathedral of Santa Maria and La Giralda, the Alcázar and its gardens, Torre del Oro, Archivo de indias, La Maestranza bullring, among others. A 2-minute walk away is Puerta de Jerez Metro Station, as well as bus stops, and a tram. Very disappointing. The appearance and condition of the apartment seems like the photos were taken about 10 years ago. Many examples lead to the overall image. Torn and missing blinds, stained drapes, lamps bent and broken, etc. The host sent us the check-in codes, but there was no other check-in meeting or even info books. Upon arrival we asked the host if he could provide some dish soap, trash bags and a dish towel. He said sure I’ll get them right over. We asked him again the next day and he said tomorrow. We stayed a week and never heard from him again, even on check-out. The location is convenient, but there are bars and restaurants directly below the apartment. It is incredibly noisy until 1:30-2:00 a.m. Very difficult to get to sleep. Overall the apartment was adequate, but not what we expected. Sent from my iPad

Perfect location to walk to everywhere. It’s gets a bit noise downstairs but that’s the location. Apt is clean and well appointed. It wasn’t a bit difficult to reach Ignacio before we left for Spain but once there he was extremely helpful and made arrangements for us to be able to drop off our luggage before check in as the apt was being cleaned. Would stay there again! Sevilla’s is a wonderful small city.

Great city, great location but noisy
Great location and very responsive Property Manager once we arrived. Communication and responsiveness leading up to our visit was spotty at best. Seville is a gem of a city, apartment was in an ideal location, but noisy even with the shutters drawn. We traveled with family for two weeks in Spain and packed lightly. The listing was not clear as it indicated the unit had washer and dryer, but only had washer and had to hang dry clothes and towels. Be careful with booking to ensure the cancellation policy is fully understood.

Great location and park in g garage nearby- recommend parking first and walking over as right on a very busy area and lots of pedestrians. Towels were air dried so rough feeling. Had issue with bedding and response was quick but communication included cleaner saying the issue wasn’t there with her so felt questioned about it. Had to send many messages to get directions and check - in instructions and did not get until a few hours prior to check in - and we were already on the road there. Overall amazing location. Needs improvement with communication and attention to details.

This is a great apartment for a visitor to Seville. The apartment is large spacious and extremely clean. It has to be of the best centrally located upscale apartments for anyone wanting to visit the sites of historic Seville. We arrived late (near midnight) but the property manager met us, showed us the unit and even secured a convenient parking place for us (without cost...quite a benefit). the unit is well equipped, very clean and well furnished. I would definitely recommend this unit for a business traveler, couple or small family. Five stars!

OUTSTANDING!!!
The apartment was so spacious the beds super comfortable! We were very very pleased with the apartment. We’ve stayed in other rentals where the photos and the apartment don’t align. This was just as advertised, actually the photos couldn’t do the windows and the light justice. AMAZING!!!! And the location could not have been better. It was in the heart of the old town a block from the Cathedral. We woke up walked around the corner and sat having coffee with the Cathedral across the street from us ! We highly highly recommended this apartment !!!
