It was a clean , comfortable stay with great help from the host.

I liked the open space and found it very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and the place was clean.

The rooms may need ( a mosquito lamp and or sprays available for guests because with the heat and active mosquitos. I got bit quite a lot. its not at all an issue with the property but during the summer it could an issue. I was very pleased with the property other than that.

Very nice room and a great host.

The room was a great size for me. The facilities were adequate and breakfast was already laid out. Someone was there to meet me when I arrived late due to airline delays. Also I needed to get to Bari central instead of calling a taxi the host offered to take me.

Meeting "nonna" and her "cane"

Good value for money! The accomodation was exactly what we were looking for: two separate bedrooms, one shared bathroom. Ideal for friends or family members who appreciate some privacy. The beautiful garden and terrace exceeded our expectations! The property has an urban yet rural atmosphere, and a cute resident dog. The old lady who checked us in spoke only Italian, but it was a charming, authentic encounter. Before, the owner (who speaks excellent English) had already given us detailed instructions in English via whatsApp. There is free parking on the premises.

Breakfast was a bit "basic". just coffee (no tea available) and very plain biscuits. But the extra water and orange juice in the fridge was a nice gesture. No aircondition. The location is in the "hospital quarter", it is quite difficult to find a restaurant in the area. Therefore only advisable if you have a car.

Bed bugs and awful behavior of the owner

From start to finish it was THE WORST experience in my life. I am using booking for many years and have never made a complaint even if some things were not quite right. I have always rated the hotels the highest but this stay was just something different. We only stayed there for one night, thank goodness that we didn't get to see this horrible person in front of me. When we woke up in the morning my wife saw that she had a lot of bites from bed bugs all over her body. We checked out and informed the owner about the situation. We didn't expect nothing from her, only just to inform about it. She immediately started to be angry. Remember that when a hotel has beg bugs in it, you have to wash everything in at least 60 degrees and you don't get a washing machine everywhere you go. The owner was really angry so I decided not to respond to her. In night we had an accident, my wife got her period one week earlier than expected. We saw the stains in the sheet the same night and decided to immediately wash it. Even you really don't have to, because washing and cleaning comes with the price of the stay. But we just couldn't leave it like this and we decided to wash it. When we checked out and the whole conversation about the bed bugs was over she started to call me hideous nicknames. She insinuated that we urinated in her bed and we have to pay her 500€... She even tried to scare me that she is a lawyer and she will find me in my country. Overall, as I said THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE BOOKING HISTORY.

the accommodation was good and the people very very generous.

did not like the breakfast rest everything was good. the manager was very helpful and tried his best to make us more comfortable. the Wi-Fi was not good at all. we were not able to send emails or talk on the phone much as the net goes off and need to reconnect it always.

the breakfast, Wi-Fi and not much take away nearby. the manager has to keep near by groceries stores and take away food location handy for international traveller.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house. Air-conditioned room, clean with a very comfortable bed. Easy access to the center by bus. A very nice and helpful owner. I highly recommend this B&B.
