A generally quiet area, safe enclosed pool with loungers, some noise from refurbishment in one appt during the day. Clean functional apartment good balcony. Close to several good value restaurants, try Hoy Pinsa y Pasta!

We had a lovely time here. The apartment was very clean, well equipped for a self catering holiday and close to the local restaurants and beaches The apartment is set back from the road which is great but there's a bus stop directly outside which takes you to Los Christianos, Plays las Americas, Adaje (where you can change busses to visit Santa Cruz in the north of the island) and the pretty fishing village of La Calleta. The busses are cheap and frequent and a great way to get around. All in all a lovely apartment in a less hectic part of the island.

The apartment is very clean. There are everything we need in the apartment. We even did 3 times washing. I felt like at home as there are all cooking equipment to make a cup of tea, coffee and meal. Thee is a bus stop just outside the road in front of the flat. There is a pool and tennis court. Everyday we took bus to beaches which are not near, about 45 to 1 hour and stayed in the beach for the most of days. hot weather, warm and soft sand and lovely people. We all had a wonderful time.

The apartment is fully equipped for your holiday. The pool area is superb. Beautiful and salt filtered which is a lovely change from chlorine. Complex is a mix of holiday apartments and full time residents. All were friendly. There is secure underground parking if needed.

I visited with my wife and nearly 8 year old son and older daughter (24 yo). The location was great with easy access to the local bus, handy private underground parking and the communal swimming pools were clean and great for all ages. It was extremely hot when we stayed, there were fans in every room although one was not working. The internet was down for quite a few days when we arrived which made it difficult for us to find information about the local area but the owner was reasonable and gave us a small compensation for this because we had to use more of our roaming data on our personal mobile phones which did not work very well as we needed to use google maps and google translate to speak to people. It would have been good to have some local maps and information handy so that we could find nearby places and local knowledge easier. The only thing we didn't like was the flies from the overflowing local bins in the street but this was no fault of the owner as the local refuse authority should possibly be made aware to empty the local bins more often during hot weather.

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig an der Costa der Silencio gelegen. Bushaltestelle vor der Türe, diverse Supermärkte in der Nähe, eigener Stellplatz für den gemieteten PKW in der Tiefgarage, ein schöner und großer Pool. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, alles Nötige vorhanden. Gut für eine vierköpfige Familie. Sehr gerne wieder!

Dejlig moderne og lys lejlighed, med kæmpe plus, en tilhørende garage i kælderen. Nem kommunikation med både udlejer og vicevært Isabella. Vi var i lejligheden i 4 uger, Alain skrev og spurgte om vi ville have skiftet sengeyøj midtvejs, det sagde vi ja tak til. Vi fortalte også at vores datter og børnebørn kom i vinterferien, og spurgte om vi kunne få et ekstra sæt sengetøj og håndklæder. Det aftalte vi så med Isabella, så kom Isabella og hendes mand med 3 poser med rent, meget mere end vi havde brug for. Vores afrejse var først klokken 17, jeg ringede til Alain og spurgte om vi kunne være i lejligheden til kl 14, det skulle vi bare aftale med Isabella. Så alt var tip top. Lejligheden står til at være til 5 personer, er det 5 voksne kan det godt være lidt snært med plads. Vi var en uge 3 voksne og 2 børn, og det gik. Men vi klarede det, vi spiste indendørs, så tog vi bare en stol fra terrassen. Lejligheden var perfekt til min mand og jeg i 3 af ugerne. Vi havde så vores lille hund med, og vi 3 nød formiddagene på den meget store terrasse. Solen er der fra 10 formiddag til 15 eftermiddag. Poolen og området kunne desværre ikke benyttes, da det var under renovation, men det gjorde ikke noget, Alain havde skaffet en nøgle til nabokompleksets poolområde så det gjorde vi brug af. Så femtidige lejere kan så glæde sig til nyt og renoveret poolområde. I lejligheden var der, hvad der skal bruges til min mand og jeg, og vores lille hund, vi lavede stortset mad hver dag i de 4 uger vi tilbragte i lejligheden, jeg havde selv en bageform med, så jeg kunne bage brød, så købte jeg en elpisker og en vægt, som jeg bare tog med hjem. Det store soveværelse var perfekt. Soveværelset med de to enkeltsenge kunne godt trænge til nye madrasser, da man kunne mærke fjederne, eller et par topmadrasser ville gøre underværker, jeg fandt et tæppe og lagde en dyne på madrassen som hjalp lidt. Sofaen i stuen var udmærket at rede op på og sove. Der er godt fjernsyn i stuen, hvor man kunne tilslutte sin cromecast, og så se sine egne streaming programmer via sin telefon Alt i alt var det dejlige 4 uger og min mand, hund og jeg kunne godt have brugt 14 dage mere. Vi var der fra 19 jan til 20 feb. Området er rigtig godt, der er bus stop lige udenfor lejligheden,men ingen larm, området er stille og roligt

On arriving to check in we were greeted by Isabelle and her Husband who were really nice. Unfortunately the people that were in before us decided to cause some hassel for the owner by removing a few items from the property which then made it unsuitable to stay here. On contacting the owner everything was sorted out within 20 mins we got a full refund.But the the apartment is one we shall keep on our list to visit again. Out with the owners control sorry you had hassel Alain. Thanks for your understanding.

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Calle Minverve verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet mit Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Wir haben 14 schöne Tage in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (leider keine Spülmaschine die bei 6 Personen dann noch ideal wäre). Vor allem die schöne grosse Terasse ist toll. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Anlage ist super gepflegt, sehr schöne Pools. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und unten einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz der von Vorteil ist. Es ist aber kein Problem alle Richtungen in Teneriffa mit dem Bus zu erreichen denn die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Türe. Vielen Dank, wir würden nochmal wiederkommen.

Appartement magnifique très bien entretenu, le propriétaire super sympa prêt à aider au moindre soucis. L'appartement est doté d’un garage intérieur ce qui est un luxe car il n’y a pas beaucoup de stationnement dans les environs. Je le recommande fortement nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement très confortable et très complet. Encore merci pour votre accueil ! 👍

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön und groß. Auch der Tiefgaragenplatz ist von großem Vorteil, da es in der Umgebung nur schwer ist, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Golfer, da sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe Golfplätze befinden, die innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Ein Nachtleben sucht man hier zwar eher vergeblich aber es gibt ein paar Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, was uns völlig ausgereicht hat. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Leider haben wir jedoch einen gebrochenen Toilettensitz vorgefunden, die Terrassentüren waren nicht abschließbar und ein Türgriff locker. Auch die zwei Einzelbetten sind ein wenig klapprig und nicht gerade für schwere oder große Personen geeignet, jedoch für Kinder vollkommen ausreichend. Deutsches TV-Programm war uns zwar nicht wichtig, war aber nicht vorhanden. Zudem gibt es für die Türen im Außenbereich und der TG unterschiedliche Schlüssel. Dies wurde uns leider vorher nicht mitgeteilt, sodass wir manchmal vor einer verschlossenen Türe standen und die Hilfe der Anwohner in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Aus den genannten Gründen können wir leider nur 4 von 5 Punkten geben, würden das Apartment aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen. Gerade auch, weil der Vermieter sehr bemüht ist und auf Fragen per Mail recht schnell geantwortet hat.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine gut gepflegte Wohnanlage in einer eher ruhigeren Umgebung mit schönem Pool, Spielplatz für kleine Kinder und Tiefgarage. Mit dem Mietwagen lassen sich alle Orte auf Teneriffa gut erkunden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Küche, großer Kühlschrank, großer Balkon, Fernsehen nur auf französisch - aber zum Fernsehen sind wir schließlich nicht nach Teneriffa gekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Vielen Dank, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

My partner and I stayed at this apartment with our 2 children and my parents. The apartment itself was very spacious and was more than adequate for the 6 of us. The apartment and complex were beautifully presented and the pools were excellent. The beds in the apartment were really comfortable, possibly the best nights sleep I've had away from home! If we were to return to Tenerife I would definitely book this apartment again. The owner and housekeeper were also very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had considering. Goffin C.

Nos 2 semaines à Tenerife ont été excellentes. L'appartement est parfait, bien meublé, confortable et possède tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est très calme et agréable. La terrasse est spacieuse. Il y a plein de choses à faire à Tenerife: plages, montée du volcan, kayak avec les dauphins, jet ski, Siam Park, Aqualand, Monkey Park, se promener le soir près des restaurants, sorties, magasins, etc. Tout est disponible à pieds. Appartement: 9/10 (la perfection n'existe pas) Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno.Appartamento comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone, ben tenuto. Ambiente curato nei dettagli, piscine e parco giochi. Zona tranquilla e rilassante, fuori dalle zone turistiche più chiassose, ma allo stesso tempo comoda ai servizi. Vorremmo ritornarci molto presto!!!
