About this apartment rental
This apartment in Mitte combines all modern luxury and facilities but is set in a Berlin altbau building. The apartment has been completely rebuilt (eg high quality furnished and cooking equipment) but kept its altbau features as e. g. parquet, high ceilings. This combination makes this apartment the perfect place to nest when working, living or otherwise spending time in Berlin. The house offers everything one needs for two persons (spacious bedroom, complete new bathroom and kitchen, free high-speed WIFI and an open living space for leisure or work). If you would invite guests they could stay a few nights as a bed sofa is also at hand.
Guests have access to the whole apartment (70 m2) and all its amenities.
Although just 300m from the famous Chausseestrasse the apartment lies in a quiet street close by cafes, restaurants and shops. The park am Nordbahnhof, Bernauerstr., The Berlin Wall Memorial are all reachable by foot. The Charité hospital and university research center, the Humboldt University, the Brecht-Haus, the Naturkunde Museum etc. are all easily reached on foot or by public transport.

The apartment is conveniently set within 300m of the U-Bahn 6 and S-Bahn 1, 2 and 25 and busses and trams (M 5.8 and 10).
