I did not stay here and I feel that I should receive a refund. Absolutely apalling

Absolutely nothing, we didn’t set foot inside. We could find nobody there to help us gain access and so after waiting around an hour we left and found alternative accommodation The road to the property was quite unsuitable for the saloon car that I was driving I think that I should be refunded the money that I paid

Nothing tranquil to reminisce about

Fresh towels were provided which helped mask the smell on the pillows, aiding in a good night’s sleep

The rooms had multiple beds and it felt like a backpackers place more than a lodge. Bedding smelled awful and I had to use towels to cover the pillows just so I could sleep. The rooms smelled musty and the roof had mould. There were spider webs in the cottage. The rooms were overly furnished with limited space to move. Parking amongst the bush but you can at least see your car from the window if you are willing to put in an all nighter. The seaview is downplayed by the dirty roof that hangs below the sea facing windows.

The hospitality received was great and we felt at home, we will definitely visit the place again. Pieter is really a great host. He even recommended places of attractions within the area for us❤️

All was well and expectations were met. We were offered a great service.

There is no such place. We came directly to the address, there was a sign pointing on the small house with the crazy man who told us that he never heard about this hotel. So we never got there, all the amount was charged from the card. Also Boone picked a phone, we called the number several times. So we booked another hotel nearby

It was unpleasant, I couldn't wait to check-out.

I liked the sounding areas near the house and wished I had booked in other lodges in the area.

The house is located in a steep scary hill, the house is dilapidated, it's evident that people smoke inside the bedrooms and it doesn't get enough ventilation.

Great Value for money! Clean and Comfortable.

Clean and well kept with all the things you need to unwind in the Wildcoast. Amazing views of the river mouth and ocean. Pieter is an great host who went out of his way to make the stay comfortable. He has a wealth of local knowledge and his fishing charters are amazing!

Ideal for self-caterers that want to get away from it all in a picturesque spot.

The views were amazing and the kitchen was well equipped. Pieter was very welcoming. Outside terrace was lovely - I should have read in more detail about what the property offered. Wifi worked well and whilst we didn’t have load shedding they were set up with a generator and gas facilities.

It was a little too rustic for my taste, and we had not realized that access was only via an unmade road (4x4 required). Restaurants were not close by, however if you’re self-catering everything is there for you.

The accomodation was great, friendly people and great view. Worth the money.

There was a family below us and there was constant arguing, fights and vulgar the entire weekend. Only downside to it really and contemplating going back but other than that 10/10 for me.

The neighborhood did not feel safe. Woke up at 4 because the neighbours. The apartment is really warm and not easy to cool down.

Very bad experience.

I did not have breakfast there

The rooms, the water shower. I had a cold shower. I had to check out a day after. The manager said he will refund me but did not up to now. I have usd book it.com a number of times but this was my worse experience. Please check out the accommodations before you partner with them. Failing to do so, will badly affect your reputation.

Quiet and Tranquility and the ocean view! We loved the place, everything you need in a house to enjoy the stay is available

Gagecko come in when windows are open which makes hard to get fresh air - maybe a bit a net on the window could work. If you not afraid of creeping creatures you good to go. However, to mitigate that there are fans. The balcony is nice but not baby friendly, if you don't bring babies it is a nice chill place. Mtn network - zilch
