The house is good- its very close to Mt Snow. Right off the main road so access is great. Plenty of space and no major issues. But, the cleaning crew needs to be better. There were several places that were not cleaned- like the master bath toilet. The water upstairs smells burnt- so something is happening there. The listing is clear that there is no WIFI, but there is also a weird cell signal. It seems to work late at night. This is a hazard- if you need to use your phone, you might not have a signal. The owners should consider subscribing to fewer TV channels and offer WIFI.
The pool table is nice. The air hockey did not work well and there are no paddles.

The basement that lead right outside was awesome to have. We were able to keep all our ski and snowboard equipment in one area and dry everything out downstairs. The pool table and hockey table came in handy because there was a good snow storm so we didn’t want to go out drinking then drive in that!
The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. The house was huge! We had 7 of us sleeping comfortably in it.
The cookware and futons definitely needed upgrades as the cookware was old and crusty and the futon mattresses was dirty and flat.

No WiFi on this property. When we arrived the areas of the house weren’t cleaned, the jacuzzi was broken, burnt pans and pots. The property was full of empty cans.

We did have a great vacation, and the house satisfied the basic needs of a ski trip. There was a sled out back that the kids liked, heat worked and there was ample room for a family. Extra mattresses were provided in the bunk room in case you have a few extra kids.
That being said, it has a lot of items that are in disrepair and needs some maintenance done. This house is a budget rental house with no frills that is fine for a few guys that need a place to sleep and don’t plan on hanging in the house long.
No Wifi is provided and cell reception without it is spotty in the area. The driveway is sloped and gets icy we had a few falls, but the property manager told us that they do not provide salt to melt the ice. Many doors do not open and close properly. The bathroom faucets function but either leak water everywhere or are very hard to turn off. There are only 4 chairs at the table so you end up bringing stools or coolers to sit on if you have more family than that. The main entry door locks automatically (cannot leave unlocked ever) and a ridiculously long 9 digit code (difficult to remember) is given as the access code. That is very inconvenient when hands are full trying to enter the house.
I wouldn’t mind staying here again if I was with the guys but will not bring ladies here again.

This dusty old house needs some immediate attention. One fireplace is boarded up the other is covered in crime scene tape. There were 3 pans in the kitchen, one looks like it has not been cleaned in 20 years, the other looks like to was run over by a truck and the third one was big enough for 1 egg and was dirty. The dishwasher is not properly installed, every faucet is dripping, the air hockey table has no pucks, the rooms were musty and dusty… House was probably very nice 30 years ago.

Let me start by saying that I was dreading our stay at this property based on the most recent reviews which all were given after we booked. Therefore, my experience was better than anticipated and fortunately, we went with a chill group.
Positives….the location is perfect (just minutes to the slopes). Park at Sundance lodge if heading to Mt Snow! The pool table was a hit and we enjoyed grilling on the charcoal grill. Additionally, most of the problems in previous reviews were fixed…like heat worked, stove was replaced and gaming equipment was there. Also, the interior was clean and there were nice sheets and towels provided. Finally, I was able to speak to the property management team numerous times prior to the trip.
Negatives…as you pull up to the house, you can see the chimney has completely fallen off the house. I read this in a review yet the management team still had the property listed with a working fireplace. I even spoke with the management team a month prior to our trip and they finally got back to me days before our trip to say what I already knew which was there was no working fireplace. Also, the previous stay’s trash had not been picked up by waste management prior to our arrival so we ran out of space for ours. The carpets are stained and the master toilet did not flush. The worst was there was dog crap on both decks from previous stays…disgusting!!!!
As long as you read the reviews on VRBO ahead of time…you will be prepared for your stay.

Overall this was a good stay. There were lots of both good and bad. Good playroom with pool table and air hockey. No wood stove. Fireplace on 1st floor. No wood. Nice kitchen. No fry pans for breakfast. Great heat and hot water. Limited exterior lights. Overall had a good time but place could use some maintenance

We loaded up the trucks with firewood because it was not included . No one ever told us that the fireplaces didn’t work. Very misleading!

Perfect sized home for our family of 4. Pool table, ping pong and air hockey were great for evenings at home.

At first everything seemed great but....
1. Ran out of propane our second night around 4am and we had a 3 month old baby in the house. Started smelling gas. We called them and texted the mgmt company at least 20 times - waisted a day dealing with it. It took 15 hours to get it finally fixed at around 7pm. Mgmt tried to blame us for not being home The first propane guy said no one was home - not true. He never came to the door. I finally went skiing and left my daughter in law and her friend there all day waiting for them to come fix the problem.
2. Two BROKEN FIREPLACES: After the propane was turned off and cleared and we were waiting for someone all day to come fix the pilot light, I tried to use the fireplace. The house filled up with smoke even though the flue was open. It was not marked "Do Not Use" like the one in basement and there were burned logs in it so I assumed it was working. Looked outside and there was scaffling all around the fireplace - looked to be holding it up. It looks like it is falling off the house.
3. Bags of garbarge left outside by previous guests on the ground in the back yard.
4. Dog poop on deck
5. Kitchen drawers and oven gloves dirty. Cooking pans are warn out and gross. They need to be replaced. The draws need to be unstuffed - can't find anything
6. Hot water nob in upstairs shower is hard to turn off unless your a body builder.
7. Lighting could be better - many switches on the walls don't work in bedrooms.
8. Lock box on back door broken - just hanging open with the key in it.
9. Mice in the walls creeped me out.
10. Ripped couch down in Rec Room
Too bad because it's a great place but it has a lot of problems that need to be fixed.

Oven stove were not working called immediately. Said they would take care of it as soon as possible. They never came or called back. Therefore, we had to eat out three times a day and discard all the food that we bought to cook. No Wi-Fi! That was a necessity for one of the tenants who works from home. No one came to repair that either. Although they were games they were not usable.no pool balls , missing hockey, pucks, and pieces to the board games therefore unusable. All the reason this house was chosen as a vacation weekend were not available I would like to be compensated

House was as pictured, great location and good size. Pool table, air hockey and ping pong added to our fun! Kitchen is a good size, fairly equipped with good sized refrigerator. Cleanliness of house was fair. Shower curtains had mold on bottoms and basement mini fridge was not clean. NO WI-FI and poor cell service.
Overall, the house suited us really well, was located close to Willmington and Stratton and we had a great time.

I know this is a ski and snowboarding location. I know most people stay in the winter. We were staying because our kids were in a Enduro race at Killington mountain bike park. So we stayed at this location because went to 3 of the parks near by. Soooooo….. we walked to the door and empty cups and beer bottles were on the ground near the door. We get in and it’s smells. I guess because it’s locked up with no air. We go upstairs and it’s a hotbox. I start to put thoughts on and open windows. Then I see rat crap on the window sill and some on the floor. Behind the furniture was old chapsticks and dust bunnies. The screens were broken or missing. Stains on the rugs. A dead roach on the stairs, dead bug in the jet tub. Plus with all this heat there is NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! We got 2 fans. Sleeping in 90 deg was a nightmare. The reviews about the coffee pot not being operational was still broken. I was outside to the back on the home and a huge piece of siding exposing the inside of the fireplace and I’ll it insulation! Maybe that’s how rats get in? Sooo the sheets were clean. The bathrooms as well. The refrigerator was too. The garbage bin was fun outside too. I had numerous messages back and forth with customer service and the property manager. We shared all the photos they asked me for. They offered to have someone come by but they never showed and then I never heard again. The property manager told me I world get the cleaning fees refunded to me but I’m still waiting. I didn’t want to write a bad review but you guys left us hanging. A family on a vacation.
Thank you. I’m sure you’ll write a response the same as you did on all the bad reviews. I have the photos and all the messages. I live near the Jersey shore. They have rentals. Some are run down as well. Hell but most are CLEAN.

Vermont house
House was very clean and comfortable for 7 occupants easy to get to even when five inches of snow fell. No real hills to worry about. Close to mount snow less the 10 minute drive Not enough silverware for the amount of occupants. No firewood missing some basic cooking items griddle mixing bowls etc overall a great place to stay

Nice vacation
We had a great 4 night stay. Very close to Mount Snow and plenty to do for kids with pool table, air hockey and ping pong. 3 floors were perfect for kids. Hiking trail nearby. Enough parking for 3 cars.

Only thing I can really fault this home is that the two tv's did not work for regular tv as there is NO internet service.

Nice house/great location.
This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for us and the game room was a hit with the kids.
Couple minor issues; The coffee maker was shot, dryer door wouldn’t stay closed while running and there’s no Internet despite having a router hooked up.
We will definitely consider this house for our next visit.

Some friends and I rented this property to attend at Game Convention at Mount Snow. This property was quite an upgrade from the condos we were used to renting near Killington. We made great use of the billiard table, air hockey table and the kitchen saved us some money on a few meals.
The living room was a cozy space for us to relax and talk after the convention and there were plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms enough for 6-8 people.
A few improvements we'd like to see for our next stay: the coffeepot was missing buttons. We had to turn it on using a wooden skewer - it worked fine otherwise. There was a Wi-Fi router, but no internet service - maybe there was a billing lapse? The oven is old and in need of a deep clean, but once the bit of smoke cleared, our meals were cooked to perfection.
All-in-all, a really great spot for a group event near Mount Snow - we'll strongly consider returning next year.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could - its
During our stay, we reached out on three different occasions only to receive no response from the owners/management of the home. The only person I was able to speak to was upon our departure when someone working for the management company arrived at the house regarding a separate matter altogether. Beyond that, I'm still waiting for ANYONE to contact me regarding our experience.
Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a strong, rotting smell and had to buy and spray Febreze throughout the entire home to cover it. After dinner, we opened the dishwasher to find it flooded, filled with food, dirty water, AND insects. The water leaked under the floorboards in the kitchen - you couldn't walk anywhere without having water slosh under your feet/get your socks wet.
When looking for pots and pans to make breakfast the following morning after arrival, we found a dirty frying pan caked with old, cooked, rotting eggs and filled with water in the cabinet. This pan had a pot stuck to it. Given the state of the pan/pot and the smell, they were truly not salvageable and had to be thrown away. The pan explains the overwhelming scent we discovered the previous night. Many other kitchen items were dirty and caked with food. It’s no wonder others left reviews about roaches on the Vacasa app (the management company's private portal; we wish we had seen these reviews prior to our arrival but had booked through Vrbo). We saw a number of roaches in the kitchen even though the owner commented on the listing that the property had been sprayed for bugs. We looked for an extra set of sheets for the pullout couch only to find a dirty set in the laundry room, balled up and haphazardly thrown in a plastic bag. The air hockey table is broken despite the owner saying it would be replaced by the end of March in the comments on the listing on the separate Vacasa site. Several of the stools in the basement felt like they were about to fall apart and it’s unsafe to sit on them. This is no condition to leave a home where people are paying to be your guests.
We were very excited to stay here, the listing photos portrayed a very clean and cozy home. We have been charged a cleaning fee (standard with rentals) which is disappointing considering it does not appear the location was cleaned at all prior to our arrival. There was a gross misrepresentation of the condition of the home online and the actual reality of what we walked into.

Ski Getaway
We had a great time! We experienced only a couple of problems. The first was with bugs around the house and in the oven. The other was the pullout couch in the basement had dirty sheets and crumbs in it. Other than those issues we enjoyed the space and location! Perfect for skiing at Mount Snow!

Disgusting Roach Motel - do not stay here
Booked for a special occasion, when we showed up the party had already began. Cock roaches everywhere, spilling out drawers and the refrigerator and nearly every other room. Dust hanging from the ceiling and insects living throughout the house. Our group is pretty easy to please but this place is just disgusting and we’re caught off guard. Strongly recommend looking somewhere else, I still have received no corrective action.

Infested with cockroaches
Cockroaches crawled across my face. We then discovered them all over the house. Had to leave. Still waiting on call backs from VRBO and vacasa. Property manager was unable to be located. Want a full refund, but have not heard anything. Prior reviews states similar experience, so they knew about this and still decided to rent this. Ruined our entire vacation.

Great location but needs more cleaning
This place was a great location and a good property and we enjoyed our stay. However it seems pretty clear that the owners are not very involved with this property. The cleaning people focused on the bathrooms and the kitchen and those were relatively clean, however they need to spend much more time on other things. Lots of dirt under the couches and furniture, the ceiling fan was absolutely filthy,And much of the storage areas in the whole unit or very messy with lots of clutter. The unit advertised two fireplaces however there was no firewood which I would have thought would have been included is there really is no place to obtain firewood nearby.A thorough cleaning and a little redecorating and this place would be a real gem.

Roach motel
This home was infested with cockroaches. It was too much. There were roach traps thru out the kitchen so obviously they knew there was a roach problem. Also the air hockey table had broken legs and it collapsed while we were playing. Sad that we had no where else to stay. The property manager was very good and came to the house and did the best he could to try and get rid of as many of the roaches as possible. This home should not be available for rent.

Horrible experience - do not rent - read details
I lost heat, and hot water for 2/3 reservation duration due to the home owner/management not checking the oil prior to renting. Vacasa/owner offered 20% refund, which I thought was a complete insult.
My family was unable to shower, and home was freezing in 27 degree weather. At a minimum I should’ve received a refund for the day I had the issue.
In addition to the above, lockbox was left open without a code, made me feel unsafe until I checked the entire home first.
Coffee machine didn’t work at all, and dishwasher was leaking. WIFI doesn’t work.
WILL NOT RENT AGAIN
WILL NOTIFY ALL OF MOUNT SNOW OF MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, ASWELL AS AIRBNB. ZERO STARS.

Avoid Vacasa
The property had a foul smell in one of the rooms that resembled vomit. There was also an unidentifiable wet patch in said room. The house itself was very noisy and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving the night we arrived because we found it impossible to fall asleep. Vacasa was also very unhelpful in the lead up to our arrival. They ignored messages with questions about the property and when we called the customer service line to talk to someone, they had conflicting information about the property (e.g., they told us bed linens were not provided when the Vrbo listing said they were). They are clearly a hands off company and there’s no contact information for a local property manager in the event of any issues. We’ll be avoiding any of their properties in the future.

Beautiful home
Had an amazing stay - was 45 mins from Zoars white water rafting on deerfield River. The house was beautiful and clean, we loved the game room and the view from the front porch especially. Noticed belatedly there was no WiFi, but we still had LTE so not an issue. Had a great time, would definitely recommend.
