Independent villa, just renovated, located in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by the peaceful outskirts of Milazzo where you can enjoy your moments of relaxation through the comfortable air-conditioned attic of the bedroom, the living room, functional 5 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and stove, oven, microwave and direct access to the relaxing atmosphere of the garden where you can also have a barbecue under the stars at the end of a warm and sunny day at the beach.
Private parking, WI-FI available, TV, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner. Modern furniture; garden furniture; private parking; Car necessary for the movements.
Ideal starting point to spend your days at the beach (the beach of Ponente, with its rounded pebbles, offers kilometers of beach, some equipped beaches, a wonderful view of the Aeolian Islands, and is just 2.5 Km).
Besides the beach holidays, you can take advantage of your stay in the city to visit the military architecture (the castle of Milazzo, national and European Union fine, largest fortified town of Europe, it covers an area of over 7 hectares ) civil (regional Antiquarian) and religious in the city center and old Town (5 Km away) of great cultural interest.
Just for the landscape and monumental relief of the old town, the municipality of Milazzo was included among the "most beautiful villages in Italy" (June 2016).
The promontory of Capo Milazzo (10 Km) is ideal for relaxing walks in contact with nature and the shade of olive trees admiring the view of the Gulf of Patti and the sun set behind the Aeolian Islands; or for a refreshing bath in the "pools of Venus."
The istituenda Marine Protected Area by the Ministry of Environment, highlights the underwater ecosystem of Cape Milazzo as the biological importance and ecology of the cape has its natural continuation in fascinating scenarios found beneath the surface of the sea.
Possibility of excursions to the Aeolian Islands (the port is located within the city center in 10 minutes by car from the chalet) Taormina, Etna, Tindari and the reserve of natural lakes Marinello (the motorway is located at a distance of 5.0 km).

Io con la mia famiglia tre bambine abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni e devo dire che la casa è perfetta per le famiglie.Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e discreto, la casa ha tutto il necessario , pulita, accogliente e con un piccolo ma utile giardino , per chi a bimbi è uno sfogo non da poco, posto auto coperto. E' in un'ottima posizione appena fuori dal centro e comoda a tutto , mare ,centro e centri commerciali. Tutto perfetto.

Maison confortable située à 2km de la mer, très bonne literie, clim ds les 2 chambres à l'étage. Le propriétaire qui habite juste à côté est discret et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très belle maison avec stationnement privé. Très bien équipée et le proprio est super gentil. Bon point de départ pour aller dans les Îles Éoliennes et pour visiter la belle ville de Milazzo. Par contre il vous faut une voiture.

L'accueil du propriétaire était parfait, il est au petit soin et avec quelques mots d'anglais et d'italien nous avons bien communiqué. L'intérieur de la maison est moderne, spacieux, impeccable. Des moustiquaires à toutes les ouvertures permettent d'aérer le bas et ne jamais avoir trop chaud et les clims dans les chambres permettent de dormir comme des bébés, l'endroit étant très calme. On recommande cette location. Suggestion d'amélioration : le seuil du portail, qui nécessite de rentrer en marche arrière, on finit par s'y faire mais un petit remblais aiderait bien....merci beaucoup Salvatore !

Maison conforme aux photos.Propreté au rendez vous. Parking sécurisé attenant. Rez de chaussée très bien équipé, à l'étage deux chambres mansardées dont une avec un plafond relativement bas. Attention les grands !! Les sanitaires sont au rez de chaussée. Nous avons séjournés à deux couples pendant trois jours et nous étions satisfaits.Salvatore a su nous donner de bonnes indications afin de faciliter nos visites(parking dans Milazzo, horaires de bateaux ..)

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le gîte de Salvadore. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Salvadore a été très souple sur les horaires d'entrée et de sortie. La maison est très confortable, propre et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Le gîte est situé au calme dans la banlieue de Milazzo à 5 min du port et des magasins en voiture. Le gîte est bien situé pour visiter les îles éoliennes et l'etna. Merci à Salvadore pour son accueil!

Io e la mia famiglia (due adulti e due bambine) abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il proprietario è discreto e disponibile, l’abitazione è provvista di ogni confort, è spaziosa accogliente e pulita, ha un giardino esterno attrezzato e un posto auto coperto. E’ ubicata in una zona periferica tranquilla ma vicino sia al mare che al centro di Milazzo inoltre è poco distante dalla zona dei centri commerciali. Tutto gradevole e ineccepibile...

La location est conforme au descriptif, donc rien à dire, le propriétaire ne parle qu'Italien peu en anglais, très discret, le petit défaut c'est qu'il y a la climatisation qu'au chambre du coup dans la cuisine dés qu'on cuisine il fait très chaud ...

La maison est très agréable, propre, calme. La petite terrasse pour dîner dehors est très bien, un peu ensoleillée pour y déjeuner quand il fait très chaud, mais la grande porte fenêtre ouverte sur le jardin, c'est parfait. Petit bémol en ce qui nous concerne, les chambres à l'étage (literie très confortable), et les toilettes au rez de chaussée. A recommander.

Nice quiet and comfortable house. Perfectly located to discover the north east of sicily. Especially the eolian islands. But you will need a car as there is npthing around (beach restaurant store...etc) at walking distance.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée (micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge), produits de base (sucre, sel, café, savon, shampoing) fournis. Cuisine donnant sur terrasse et petit jardin agréable. Parking sécurisé. Rien à redire, c'était très bien !

Het huis is vrij nieuw en wordt perfect bijgehouden waardoor alles in zeer goede staat is. Het is erg schoon en goed voorzien van benodigdheden om een fijn verblijf mogelijk te maken. Voor vier volwassenen is het een ruim vakantieverblijf. De eigenaar is servicegericht en zorgzaam.

Sauber, freundlicher Vermieter, genau wie beschrieben. Besonders toll fande ich, das je ein Päckchen Salz, Zucker und Kaffee in der Küche bereit standen. Neuer Putzlappen war auch da. Der nächst gelegene Strand war super. Kieselsteine, sauber, Dusche. Wir haben immer einen Platz in der 1. Reihe bekommen. Das einzige Mango war für mich das der Vermieter sein Büro direkt nebenan hatte. Muss aber auch sagen das wir nie kontrolliert oder beobachtet wurden.
