Really nice outdoor area and great swimming pool. Perfect for a stay with friends or family!

The hospitality of the owners made the preparations for this trip really easy. They answered questions quickly and were very accommodating. We stayed with 12 friends in the house and we all loved it. The pool was especially nice to relax and cool down in the summer heat. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our stay. St-Paul-en-Forêt is a really small village and you have to drive to the next village for bigger grocery shopping trips. But for emergencies there is a cute grocery store/ bakery close by. 10/10 would recommend. :)

We had a very nice time in this property that can accommodate 12 people. Great for family reunions. Plenty of dishes and cookwares for large groups. Unfortunately the Wifi did not work during our stay but the Marko let us know before we arrived and proposed a refund. We also stayed during a heat wave and could have used additional fans in the room.

We stayed 10 persons (3 generations) in this nice house. Everything worked well and we enjoyed the stay. It’s located very centrally with easy access to the sea and the mountains. Try the local restaurant at the square of Saint Paul en Forêt. Our contact with the owner up to and during our stay was easy and about practicalities only. Our family can only recommend this house.

Wonderful Holiday
When I arrived at this stunning property I met Marko and his family. They welcomed my family and me with ice creams and refreshments which the kids loved. Marko spoke brilliant English which helped greatly when he was explaining everything about the villa and the local area.
The Villa was more than what we needed which made our holiday all the more exciting and relaxing. The pool was clean and refreshing in the warm days we had. The children absolutely loved it and played in it from morning to night.
The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We cooked some lovely meals up in it and the BBQ outside was excellent as well.
The area was beautiful and when travelling to local towns it made for some stunning scenery.
I would recommend the beaches in Frejus with lovely golden beaches.
Overall this holiday was brilliant, the villa was amazing and local area beautiful. I would recommend this villa to anyone.
Thanks Marko for great holiday.

Wonderful stay in Villa Rus
We were 2 danish families with 5 children in total, and we had 2 fantastic weeks in this comfortable house.
There were plenty of room for all of us, and the best part was the connection between the outdoor "living room" where we had all our meals, playing cards, talked and enjoyed the children and the pool area.
We were always close to each other either playing table tennis, volleyball in the pool or cards in the shadow.
2 refrigerators are also just perfect for a big family.
Last but not least, we got all the help we needed for any issue we had during our stay.
Thansk for 2 lovely weeks.

Fabulous place to relax
I spend a week there and absolutely loved my stay. The house is really lovely, comfortable and homely, it does not feel like a 'holiday rental'. The pool is great and the environment surrounding the house is stunning and relaxing. The house was clean and well maintained and the owner provided top customer service. I highly recommend this house!

Ideal for relaxing holidays in the South of France
My husband and I spent 1 week early July with a few friends in this very comfortable house and it was just perfect.
We just loved relaxing nearby the pool or on the terrazza: great for long lasting meals and drinks in good company.
Inside of the house has a nice display, ideal for friend gatherings but certainly also for families. Clean and well equipped.
The house is not that close to the sea, but access is rather easy and you don't really miss it, given how nice and exclusive the pool is (the big lake of St cassien is even closer, where you can rent pedal boats).
The house is also a great starting point to explore the country side (beautiful and remote villages, vineyards, orchards, etc.).
The owner is very helpful.
Definitely 5 stars for this house !

Great holidays in St Paul
We have spent 2 weeks in August in this great villa.
We came from Genova, Italy, by car and were pleasantly welcomed by Mr Rus who gave us the house tour: what a beautiful property!
The house is spacious and well equipped.
We were 2 families with a total of 5 kids and we could all fit easily.
The kitchen has all you need and the 2 fridges are a good plus!
The garden is beautifully maintained, with various terraces and the pool is quite big.
Plenty of toys for the kids and a great barbecue.
It was a great stay, i will defintely recomment to other friends
Enjoy the charme of St Paul en Foret!
