Beautiful small hotel with amazing pool and host.

Exceptional little hotel. I wanted to pick it up and take it with me! From the moment we arrived Alex welcomed us like family. He showed us all the facilities. He gave us a room with a balcony for no additional cost. Free coffee ☕️ in the little room near the pool and in the rooms. Coffee from a machine so it’s excellent. Rooms are superb and bathroom all equipped. Shower was excellent. Beds so comfortable we had to wake the teens at 9.30am after they’d slept 10 hours! Pool area is wonderful and the pool was the right temperature and so clean. There are pool loungers and different inflatables to laze on in the pool. We didn’t venture into the town as we were staying only one night. But plenty of restaurants close by. We went to the big supermarket which was brilliant and the wine was super cheap! We got a take out from a Turkish Grill takeaway opposite the supermarket and it was very good. I’d have stayed much longer if we could. I’ll be back for definite.

Exceptional

Perfect, friendly host that made our stay incredible. We got free room upgrade and enjoyed the balcony with the old olive tree. Pool was nice, was used a lot due to heat. Definitely recommend to stay.

Great place, great host! Ideal if travelling by car.

The host is super attentive and nice. The place was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was easy to find and the communication with the host was excellent. The swimming pool is great, even if small. Well equipped room.

The location is not ideal. But it's reflective of the price.

A lovely stay in a nice, little hotel!

This is a very nice little hotel! Our room was lovely and well equipped, and the hotel also has a salt-water pool, which is a great advantage in the hot summer! The whole hotel is sparkling clean, and the atmosphere is nice and calm. The host is so lovely and super-helpful. We definitely recommend staying here!

The room was great and the pool was fantastic! The host was super friendly and even brought us drinks and a snack when we were by the pool. Parking is also easy and safe.

Great place!

The host was very welcoming via whats app and helpful, Room was very nice and comfortable with Air Con as it was a very evening, the property has everything you need including a very nice pool area. it's an ideal place if you are traveling between Venice and Verona.

The area is in is rather small place however is easy accessible via the train and the city is within walking distance.

Really nice place with perfect service.

The room was very clear and cozy. The owner was really nice and he cared about our comfort. The room was cleaned every day along with refilling coffee capsules and cookies. The bathroom is spacious and has a small shelf in the shower , ideal for bath cosmetics. In the room there is also a small fridge and blankets. Railroad station in very close proximity. A few minutes walk to a wonderful pastry shop with delicious coffee and croissants

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely recommend it!

the host is incredible, Alex was easy to reach, and always helpful. My favourite part was the swimming pool, which was super clean and contains salt water, which does not damage skin. The room was super clean, spacious, with a terrace. For coffee lovers like myself, each room has its own coffee machine. the property is also close to a railway station, which is great if you wish to go to Venice, for instance. city center is about 10 minutes walk.

Beautiful strategically stay!!

Perfect stay in a strategic location! The structure seems new and super clean, with all the comfort you need. Very nice the self check-in/out and the host is really friendly. Super recommended!!

I really liked the clean room with swimming pool. There are many privately owned accommodations will be additional charges not listed on "booking.com" specially carparking here "free carparking" but in reality 7euro or something extra cost. some place has reasonable price showing up but if I go on the booking and some unrevealed tax and fee charged on top 50 euro which is very disappoint me. This my experience, this place is very honest (not any extra cost), all control PIN number for the gate and room. it's very secure for the car. I would introduce this place into Japanese guide book Thanks for providing beautiful room and excellent service.

When visiting from outside Europe like me, mobile phone doesn't work in other countries, specially if no wifi conditions. this is not "dislike" I just inform to other people. If you will stay here, the owner will send you gate and room PIN code to your mobile phone, so if your mobile phone unavailable in Italy it's better inform to owner in advance.

Really great stay

Giuseppe was an excellent host and the entire place is great. The pool was a nice touch and mostly the room and terrace were places of relax. The coffee and tea plus the cold water that were expecting us upon a hot day and long trip, was a nice hospitality sign.

Some might say about view from the terrace however it needs to be seen as overall and as location. Nothing to point out from our side.
