Nie polecam w tej cenie.

Lokalizacja, wielkość apartamentu, wejście na kod, wygodne materace.

W opisie jest informacja o prywatnym parkingu w garażu - natomiast jest to błędna informacja. Jest parking z bardzo wąskim wjazdem przez bramę dla bardzo małego samochodu osobowego typu Smart. W opisie express do kawy, a na miejscu brak. Apartament średnio czysty. Bardzo słabo sprzątany.

Wielkie studio w centrum Brna dla niezmotoryzowanych.

Studio super, duże, elegancko wyposażone, blisko starówki, w samej kamienicy bardzo cicho. Widać, że zadbane i właściciel się stara.

Mimo, że oferta wskazywała, że jest parking, to de facto go nie ma - jest jakieś miejsce w oficynie kamienicy, ale wjazd w bramę nadaje się dla motocykli, nie wiem czy Smart by się zmieścił. Ja próbowałem i zrezygnowałem już przy przymierzaniu się do bramy. Gdybym o tym wiedział, to nie zdecydowałbym się na tę ofertę, a dowiedziałem się już po rezerwacji. Mieszkanie było piętrowe, nie widziałem tego w opisie. Z małymi dziećmi, które lubią przyjść do rodziców w nocy niezbyt dobre rozwiązanie.

Hard to find parkingplace for the car and almost impossible to play parking. I was lucky since the host paid the parking with his app.

Cheep but you can see years of neglect: huge stains on sofa, uncloseable bathroom door, no signs of cleaning, no new bedsheets.

Spacious flat, good location

The flat is very nice and it has all the necessities such as washing machine, iron and all neccessary kitchen appliances.

The flat needs a deeper cleaning, especially the carpet, the sofa and the kitchen cabinets. All the tea mugs and glasses are quite dirty, including the drawer where the cutlery is kept. Finally, the area is convenient, but there are a lot of drunk and homeless people around who were bothering me coming home in the evenings.

OK apartment but not the best part of town.

This felt like a secure apartment in what our Brno friend described as "the dodgy part of town." It is certainly near the main railway station, although that retains the unsavoury characteristics that have been expunged from many large european rail hubs. The layout of the flat works well, with the second bedroom being a mezzanine level under the eaves that is well separated from the room below. The washing machine/dryer is high end (although it would have been helpful to have some instructions available).

The area: perhaps not as bad as the locals suggest, but still not great. There is a lot of noise at night from the main road outside (earplugs advised). The walk from station to apartment is complicated by numerous road-works - we found orientation difficult on arrival. Good beds but awful polyester sheets. Good shower room, but the shower fitting was broken. Windows don't open so use of air-conditioning cannot be avoided. Sofa and chairs very worn/stained, so camouflaged with various throws and cushions. The walkway outside the apartments is a haven for smokers, with the result that the smell of smoke drifts in.

Quiet apartment to relax after a day of sightseeing. Nice and clean with all the expected amenities. Checking in and out was easy.

Superb stay!

We loved this flat! Spacious, modern and quiet apartment in the very centre of Brno. We travelled with a small child and found it very comfortable (there’s even a high chair!). Great stay.

Location near the center but a lot of homeless at night. Aparments was not clean, dishes and kitchen stuff dirty.

I have booked this place for one night because of it's facilities. I had a smooth check in and the place was good and has everything you need. Communication was easy.

Booking stated it had on-site parking. I have read in the reviews that it was difficult to park. (and i guess it is) But its only for one car / apartment . (and not mine because it was occupied)

My room was so so so so amazing, really clean, nice architecture, really convenient kitchen ( better than mine 😆), nice location- really close to the center. I just love it!!!
