About this villa rental

Attic on the first floor of a beautiful house surrounded by greenery, located in a very quiet area with panoramic views of the Gulf of Castellammare. It is 200 meters from the sea walk through a small thicket of pines and eucalyptos. Next to the bush and in the vicinity of the house there is a jogging track that will allow you to cross small paths and reach the small town of balestrate. Our house is suitable for families, young people or simply those looking for a bit of tranquility, but at the same time fun admiring the beauties of this beautiful place. In a short time (up to 40 minutes for the more distant goal) you can reach fantastic places: the Zingaro Nature Reserve with its crystal clear waters and pristine, the stacks of Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, the Beach Guide Loca, the Egadi, Castellammare del Golfo, Balestrate, Segesta with its sulfur water baths, Erice, the beautiful salt pans of Trapani, and the numerous archaeological sites of Segesta, the beautiful Valley of the Temples ..... in short, a lovely place. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. Water and electricity included in the price.

Beautiful Sopt Near the Beach

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Denise's place in Alcamo Marina. We spent our last 2 nights of a 15 day trip here and it was the most relaxing part of our trip. The beautiful sandy beach is just a short walk and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could need and they were very helpful with recommendations. I highly reccomend this lovely spot. Thanks so much Denise!

Tornati da una settimana indimenticabile. La casa è semplicemente fantastica! Da ogni finestra si può ammirare il mare e tramonti stupenti. Proprietari persone gentilissime e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta e/o consiglio. Macchina consigliata per visitare le bellissime località e spiagge. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare e consigliare!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Strand in wunderschönen und in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und für vier- sechs Personen ausreichend. Eine Klimaanlage wäre im Sommer von vorteil. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht.

L'appartement est à l'étage et il est confortable et indépendant. Une jolie terrasse permet de profiter d'une vue sur la mer. La région offre de jolies ballades et de belles plages.Les propriétaires sont gentils. Un accès rapide à la plage à partir de l'appartement (10 minutes à pied).

Les points positifs: Logement au calme (au fond d'une impasse) La vue sur la mer La belle terrasse La propreté irréprochable du logement La situation géographique idéale pour sillonner le triangle Palerme-Agrigente-Trapani A 5minutes de la sortie d autoroute à 40kms de Palerme et 30 minutes de l aéroport.

Relax con vista mare....vacanza stupenda!

Questo è il luogo ideale per chi vuole godere del silenzio interrotto solo dal rumore del mare. Abbiamo trascorso (io, mia moglie e mio figlio di 4 anni) una vacanza stupenda grazie a questa casa ubicata in un posto ideale x chi cerca tranquillità e ad un proprietari di casa assolutamente discreti e gentili. L'abitazione e conforme alla descrizione: grande (3 camere ed una cucina funzionale), con i muri 'rustici' e tutti i confort ed è ubicata sulle pendici di una collinetta fuori dal caos della Marina. Il vero pezzo forte e' però la terrazza: fantastica, spaziosa ed ombreggiata con vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Castellammare e lo Zingaro vi 'costringerà' a viverla in ogni momento della giornata, dalla colazione ai tramonti rosso fuoco di questa meravigliosa terra. La casa poi e vicinissima ad una spiaggia incantevole con una sabbia stupenda. Basterà una passeggiata di 5 minuti in un boschetto e potrete tuffarvi in mare. Inoltre, cosa non da poco per chi non vuole ritrovarsi ammassato come sardine in un vasetto, il boschetto di cui sopra rende questo pezzo di spiaggia meno appetibile di quelle prospiciente Alcamo Marina ( che dista circa 1 km, direi fortunatamente) e anche di domenica, pertanto, avrete modo di disporre di spazi vitali fondamentali specie se avete bimbi che vogliono costruire un airbus con la sabbia. L'ubicazione di questa casa vi consente poi di raggiungere tutte le belle località della zona in poco tempo: Castellammare in 15',Scopello in 25 e San Vito in 50'. Altra aspetti che portano ad un ottimo apprezzamento di questa casa: golosissima pasticceria a 3' d'auto, alimentari sempre a 3' diversi locali nella zona. P.s: grazie al Sig. Emanuele e signora x le indimenticabili cassatelle dell'ultima sera.

"Location tout à fait conforme à la description, il manquait juste un peu plus de chaleur. Un grand merci à notre charmant propriétaire pour ses renseignements et sa gentillesse. Nous conseillons cette maison pour son calme et sa tranquillité ainsi que la vue fantastique sur la mer.Seul point négatif si vous louer une voiture l''état des routes qui est franchement catastrophique. A conseiller tout près Castelmare des Golfo où nous avons pu déguster des glaces comme j''en ai rarement mangée ainsi que d''excellentes pizzas. Nous reviendrons volontiers."

Absolutely brilliant holidays with the rented apartment! We enjoyed the time in Sicily, the apartment in nice, in the cul de sac location, quiete and so welcome! Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities with fabulous view from the large balcony (which is perfect to sit on the breakfast and have a drink on the evening time). Absolutely recommended! Very nice owners and very discrete! 100% happy to rent again!

Grande et belle maison si...

Grande et belle maison situee au bout d'une impasse. La location, neuve et spacieuse se trouve au 1er etage, les propriétaires très gentils et discrets étant au RDC. Cette location est très agréable, très calme avec une grande terrasse ayant une vue splendide sur la mer. La plage est à 200 mètres et accessible par un petit sentier boisé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet endroit.
