About this house rental
Beautiful completely renovated lake view cottage just a stones throw from the water, and one street back from beautiful Table Rock Lake. Walking distance to the largest Marina in Kimberling City, with boat, jet ski and boat slip rentals on site, Pier 28 over water restaurant (during season) and more! Less than 5 minute drive to the grocery (Harter House), restaurants and all the extras the town has to offer! Less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes to Branson.
A complete custom renovation of this home was recently completed with a beautiful contemporary farmhouse/beach house design. This 1100 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with all the extras to help you enjoy your vacation. New flooring, paint, bathroom and kitchen with solid quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, new queen size pillow top mattresses and fine linens - it's all fresh, beautiful and clean! The pull-out queen sofa bed allows sleeping up to 8. The new deck faces the lake, spans the entire length of the house and is ready for your outdoor lounging and BBQ cooking. Washer/dryer included. Very nice place in the lake.

We were very impressed with how clean the home was, and it was just right for us, not to small and not too big.
We enjoyed how close to the marina it was and easy access for boating. The Branson strip was not too far either so it worked out great for us, the wife could shop me and my son could fish and we went out in the evenings together to eat at the local restaurants.

Everything was as stated and worked out great for our stay. Excellent location for us being so close to the lake. Enjoyed the morning walks around the neighborhood and lake. Definitely will be back.

This place met and exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we were looking for, for our annual family lake vacation. The convenience both to town and the lake was perfect. It was a treat to be able to come back to a clean place with all the modern amenities you’d expect and comforts of home. The deck area was also super nice for enjoying the evenings. The kids loved this place too!

We enjoyed our stay while spending a couple days at Silver Dollar City. The home is beautiful and the three queen beds were super comfy. The living room was a little tight for our family of six but the large dining table was nice. If you plan to cook at the house, but sure to bring all the ingredients you need. The house did not even have salt and pepper or oil spray.

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The cabin was perfect with everything we needed. Mike was quick to respond and check-in and check-out was simple.

Kimberling City Bungalow
The owner was very accommodating, even bringing a new propane tank when the old ran out. The property has been totally redone. AC worked great! Two areas that could improve: the bedding was just ok for us (too firm) and the WiFi was not good. A Mifi was used to provide WiFi service. We were unable to stream anything and no antenna was hooked up for local stations. Only one tv too but really didn’t matter when you can’t watch anything without it constantly buffering. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay! Neighborhood was quiet even though across the street from a resort.

Beautiful cabin close to the lake
This property is beautifully renovated. Everything about it was wonderful. Loved having a washer/dryer to keep up on laundry. The kitchen is huge and stored all our food. A nice big dishwasher with soap ready. Does have many untensils,bowls,pans and a griddle ! Outside the beautiful deck has a nice table and lots a chairs. The grill is in great shape and big. Parking is big we fit a truck with a 20ft boat and a Jeep Cherokee with a double jet ski trailer. The back side has a nice rock drive if you’re boat is too big you can park it back there with ease. Highly recommend this place it’s just beautiful!!

Family vacation
Came for family vacation to Branson. Nice view of the lake. Everything in order. Wish there had been extra blankets; would have brought some if we knew this. Overall a nice updated home. Quiet neighborhood while we were there. About a 30 minute drive to most attractions.

Girls Weekend in Branson
This was the perfect place for the 3 of us. It was enough room for us and we made good use of the kitchen too. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, but not to far.

Labor Day weekend
Cabin was just what we needed for family members visiting for the weekend. It worked out great for the 5 of us. Only thing that would make it better would be large mirrors in each bedroom since there is only one bathroom!

Great newly renovated house.
The house is clean new and nice. It’s really close to the Kimberling Marina for launching your boat which is convenient. The only problem we had was trying to park boat in the front yard. When the neighbors across the street park in front of the cottages you can’t get your boat and truck in and out of the driveway. But the owner owns the property behind the house that is vacant right now that we are able to use for parking that worked out good.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a nice and comfortable place convenient to Branson, but also far enough out to have some peace and quiet.
