Someplace to sleep.

Texted through booking.com that the air conditioning was somewhat useless and couldn’t get the remote to the tv working in the “bedroom”. No comfort watching tv. Bed too close to the door so could hear the loud folks in the hall. Shower curtain looked like it had mold on it. Took a photo. No eating utensils in the one bedroom facility so had to buy breakfast rather than fix what I brought with me.

Clean. modern boutique hotel one block from downtown, cute cafe too

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Jonesboro. The location is perfect, you can walk to downtown, but you're about a block away so you can avoid the late night bar crowd. The place was spotless, modern, comfortable, with staff on site to assist with whatever you need. After we arrived, we received a text to make sure everything was OK. Our A/C wasn't working great, so we let them know and they came and addressed it right away. (Part of it was user error) There's a little breakfast cafe downstairs where you can get coffee, breakfast goodies, acai bowls, etc. so yummy! You get a credit to the cafe with your stay. So many dining options within 1-4 blocks, really anything you could want. We ate at The Parsonage, delicious sandwiches, salads, drinks, and also at Uncle Taco, brunch, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, pancakes, full bar, etc. Both were excellent. Parking is easy too!

The door between the hotel and the cafe is locked, so you have to go outside to enter the cafe, they should keep it unlocked. Minor detail!

Living room furniture the most uncomfortable ever. Other rooms need to be available besides this same room in the very back up those very shakey stairds on a sketch side of the building

it was okay! the room wasn’t throughly clean it had dead spider in corners. but it was fair.

the bed was comfy. the WiFi was good

when I called to gt more understanding of the room on phone, the clerk seem like they didn’t have the patient to explain to me how to get in the room. saying All the information is in the text. It was my phone time and I felt like they could have be more patient with me.

Emergency stay. Dark, extra fees cost me more than a hotel suite

18 stairs to room. Entrance is very dark! Room was not clean! Extra charge for linens and I brought my own! sofa very low and not comfortable ! Needed assistance to get television to work! No cooktop or freezer. extra charges not expected

Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities! We enjoyed our stay so much! Especially loved having room service delivered to us directly by the owner!😘 We will make this a definite return destination! Thank-you!

The only minor issue was our roku control did not work but no big deal in the grand scheme of things. ❤️

Close to the venue ( Glass Factory) just few steps away. very confortable.
