the location was good. the price was right. bed was comfortable.

the sliding door to the balcony only locks with a small bolt, it didn't feel super secure.

The room was not ready when we went to check in. Did not eat Pillows were very small Checked out in am man was nice

The others staying there seemed like homeless people .Noise from traffic on main street, Small pillows.

After checking into the room , we only had 2 small bed pillows with a king size bed, no bath towels and it seemed like half of the occupants staying there were having a party, very loud and noisy. The next morning we had NO hot water in the shower, the sink had hot water but none in the shower, ice cold impossible to take a shower. Complained at the front desk when checking out and was refused any kind of discount. We were told that "we were lucky to have a room at all that there probably wasn't any rooms in town available" , absolutely NOT true. We were told "the building is very old and it is what it is" , very terrible customer service. On top of it all we had used one credit card to reserve the room but used a different card to pay for the room at check out, told that reservation card had not been charged anything. We were charged for the room on BOTH cards and have not had the extra charges returned. I would NEVER stay at this facility again and I am sure if city inspectors were to visit the facility it would be found to need shut down or at least my opinion would be that it should be shut down. Worst hotel experience that I have ever had and I have been traveling all my life and I am in my 50's. So many other issues but these were the important ones. A one rating isn't LOW enough to describe this property.

It's pet friendly but they charge for pets and they don't say that when you reserve
