location close to expressway, nice restaurants and Walgreens.

WiFi was terrible. only worked in the lobby. staff tried to help but they only stay in the lobby. we wanted to work but couldn’t. Also, guide on tv was poor, very hard to fine sports stations. very disappointing!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect cleanliness and great comfort on the bed and pillow. Very happy with the stay.

Breakfast was simple and good but if can have daily difference manu will be better off for those who stay for a few days.

we always stay at a different hotel to break our trip north up but we tried this one instead. not sure if we will give i

beautiful inside

there was an all star baseball convention going on and the kids were all in the pool-which was fine but they were jumping from the hot tub to the pool and vice versa. there was no adult time in the hot tub. the kids were using the elevators to go to the other floors consistently through the night, running up and down the halls at all hours. hotel staff was notified but acted like they didn’t care. we got a noise complaint of our dog but we were in the room with him and our dog doesn’t bark.

I’ve stayed dedicated to Holiday Inn for the last 3 years. Stayed in dozens of different locations. Pound for pound best location on the (my) map. Will reroute my drives at any given chance to pass through Eau Claire. VIBE Nutrition smoothies nearby = 👌 as well

Great overnight trip, beautiful facility, more than worth the price!

The breakfast was extensive and even offered plenty of gluten-free options. With 24-hour coffee service, you never had to go out for it.

The room I stayed in was beautifully done as an accessible room for the disabled. In a wheelchair, I appreciated being able to get my chair under the bathroom sink, having grab bars, a roll-in shower, and built-in shower chair. The downside was how heavy the room doors were. If I had been alone in my wheelchair, I would never have been able to get the door to my room open and then get my wheelchair in.

We will return to stay anytime we are in Eau Claire.

The hotel is nice, clean. Breakfast area was good.

Everything was fine. We would've liked to get a roll-away bed so our teens could sleeps separately but I don't think there would've been enough space in the room we stayed in. It worked out fine.
