Downstairs: Sitting room (80 m2) with breakfast nook, television 16x9, telephone, Wifi Internet access and piano (musical instrument). Spacious Provencal kitchen (40 m2) with modern and good quality equipment (Lacanche range cooker, American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, large festive table...). Equipped laundry room: washing machine, dryer and cupboards. An independent toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with view on the park, air conditioning, and in each one a private mezzanine:

Old sheep barn, entirely restored, with a fully furnished sitting room, decorated with care, equipped with a TV, and a Provencal kitchen area fully furnished with fridge, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine; air conditioning.

1 bedroom (15 m²) with a double bed (180 cm) and an adjoining washroom (shower, bath and washbowl).

Heating system: BUDERUS furnace and woods for fireplaces available on demand.
Couple of caretakers on site, independent areas not overlooked.
Fenced land of 2 hectares, planted with trees, heated swimming-pool (12x6, depth of 0.80 m to 1.60 m, in service from April 15th to October 15th, alarm type security system).
2 terraces of 150 m² in total, one opening onto the ‘Temps des secrets’ area + one terrace (30 m²) opening onto the ‘Bucoliques’ area, each one equipped with stylish garden furniture.
