Cosy stay for decent price

Very cute b&b - cosy room and bathroom, spotless, looks like recently renovated. The miss at the reception was very kind and helpful, shared with us all the information we asked for. There is about 10-15 min on foot to the center of historic town that is quite entertaining for families in the evening - a lot of restaurants, suvenier shops, ice-creams etc. Free parking in the shaddow in the front of the hotel. Free freezer at the entrance for common use. We would recommend the hotel. And additional tip - we rented a boat for one day and enjoyed so much, Gulf of Orosei is amazing!

Superb

It was very clean, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast at the other hotel had many options.

Having a car really helped us move around Orosei since the two hotels are quite far from one another.

I would say is ok but not reccomended for more than 3 nights.

The room was very clean and the bathroom very spacious. We preferred the room with a balcony.

Breakfast was served outside the property and there is never present a person at the reception for your needs or requests 😓 The maid that cleans the room is very polite and helped us instead.

Exceptional

Beautiful big room decorated in Sardinian style. Amazing big balcony with nice view on town. Rich breakfast, you can choose from two different possibilities. Close to the town center.

Bed was really bad and not comfortable, actually this was only one minus.

Great value stay

Lovely room, nicely decorated clean and comfortable with a small balcony. Ten minute walk to town. Breakfast was served at a sister hotel a short drive away and that was really nice, good quality, plenty of choice and a beautiful location.

Excellent accommodation, love it

Very good accommodation. We had balcony, which is really added value to this room. Room was very clean, spacious, internet working perfectly. You have also at disposal a freezer - which is very useful in hot summer. Location is also good, as it is very calm area. Parking in front of the house, always available. Good restaurant and grocery in the walking vicinity. Liked very much.

Breakfast is organized in cooperation with a bar (10 minutes walk away) or in another tourist accommodation (7-8 min by car) managed by the owner. Actually is not a problem, we liked the nearby bar (very gentle waiters, good coffee and croissant). Maybe for some people these two locations are challenging, if they have some problems with walking / driving mobility.

B&B Faunele

As we visited Orosei off season, the owner offered to stay at his other location Faunele which we happily accepted as it was even closer to the center of Orosei. The location and room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great with a good selection of different options. Very nice employees during breakfast service. From Faunele, the historic centre is just around the corner and offers many restaurants and bars.

The room was clean and had a good size. We also had a patio which I recommend.

The reception is open between 15:00 -19:00, so outside of these hours you had no one to talk to. Breakfast is not varied, you only have a few options, and they do not change. We stayed for 6 nights and we would prefer to change the menu.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean, but…

..the man at the reception was not really „enthusiastic“ and it felt like we would be annoying. We also thought, that we were booking a room with balcony but it turns out that there are no rooms with balcony. Also the breakfast wasn‘t really cool - eventough the breakfast is not at the house - when we went to the Su Recreu (5mins walk) - we got a Croissant and an Espresso, which was not really a breakfast. When we went to the other one (5mins drive), we got a little more breakfast and this was okay.

Superb

Sweet b&b in Orosei, however, it’s approximately 40 minutes by car from the Gulf of Orosei. Ps: Marina di Orosei is just a couple of minutes by car. Worth it! The price was really great compared with others in the Gulf of Orosei area. We stayed in room n.2 and it was a beautiful and comfortable room. Well cleaned!! This room has a balcony with a nice view of a mountain (l’m not sure it is an mt. but it was beautiful anyway...) Nice places to eat nearby. I recommend!

They have 2 different units in the city but only one receptionist. The c.in time is from 15h-21h. We arrived at 18h and we have to wait almost an hour for the recepcionist to arrive. Positive points: The owner was nice and promptly answered our calls and oriented us. The receptionist was also nice and attentive. My suggestion, if possible, would be to do all the c.ins in the same place.
