We loved staying in Carine’s house. It’s a charming house, amazing views and a great swimming pool. Very close to all the amenities which meant that our daily trip to the patisserie took 5 mins.
Carine was a delightful host greeting us when we arrived and giving lots of tips of where to go.
Everything was on hand in the villa including lots of large bath towels and beach towels! And soaps and kitchen cleaning products. We look forward to our next visit!

A beautiful property for a two week stay in Bormes. The location is perfect - walk up the hill to get to Bormes historic center or walk down the hill to find a bakery and a spar. Carine was incredibly easy to work with, and quick to respond to any questions. The view is amazing. Parking is also a real benefit!

Lovely villa with wonderful views and a perfect position in the village, close to all amenities and the lovely restaurants and shops. What more could want? Plus Corina is a perfect owner.

Great home in a super location!!
This hillside home is located just a few minutes walk from the 'old city' and offers a spectacular view looking out over Bormes-les-Mimosas and the sea beyond.
The four bedrooms on two levels provides plenty of space so that everyone is not on top of each other. The pool is great,- one of the few that we saw in the entire town!

Perfect location in a perfect setting.
Been renting Belle Aurore (and La Source) from this family for nearly 20 years now, moving from mother to daughter. Keep coming back to this house for its village location - the family are very helpful landlords and nothing is too much trouble. Contact with them was frequent and easy. Arriving and leaving arrangements very flexible. Two bakeries within walking distance. Do not hesitate to come here for a relaxing holiday. A lovely part of the world.

Thank you Carine. Once again we had a lovely holiday at this villa, which was spacious and clean with plenty of towels for bathroom and pool. We had very hot weather so the gorgeous pool was very welcome and the night lights were amazing for midnight swims. The old village of Bormes is a magical place with wonderful cafes and restaurants, and some beautiful beaches are only a short distance away. Sadly this may have been our last visit as pensions cant keep up with price rises!

Lovely location in Bormes
Our second visit and Carine is so helpful and welcoming. The air conditioning was very welcome this year! We enjoyed a couple of barbeques but the short walk to so many restaurants drew us into the beautiful village most nights. The pristine pool is perfect with the views beyond. The whole property seems secluded and is not overlooked. 11 nights was a lovely break here and we would love to return again. Thank you so much, Carine!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Bormes Les Mimosas. The spacious villa is perfectly situated just a few minutes walk to the village and restaurants. The bedrooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished. We never ate in (lots of restaurants very close) but the kitchen seemed reasonably equipped. We would have preferred a bigger terrace but it was fine for just 2 of us (there was also a table and chairs outside the kitchen but in shade). The villa has extensive grounds and will be lovely Im sure. Two sets of steps down to the pool which had beautiful views and was completely private. Gated driveway and lots of space and privacy.

Perfect location
Our second stay here and still enjoyable. Location is excellent, easy reach of all amenities and shops. Villa has been painted on the outside, but perhaps the paintwork could do with it in places inside. Comfy spacious bedrooms and living/dining areas and the terraces and pool area are amazing - what a wonderful view. On a slight downside the kitchen could do with an update. It's very small and there's only a small table for food preparation. New utensils, crockery and cutlery, together with pans etc wouldn't go amiss. Last year we ate out a lot so it didn't really matter, but this year there were 8 of us so I catered a lot. However..... the rest of the villa and holiday experience made up for any shortcomings in the kitchen! Loved it, and will certainly return.

Amazing place, great host
Had an amazing time in Bormes with our two young families thanks to this wonderful place and kind host. Carine met us at the house on arrival and gave us a rundown of the area with some great recommendations on day trips. The view of the valley and coastline below is unbelievable from the balconies, and the pool area is outstanding. Wish we could have stayed another week, another month, another year! Highly recommend.

The best in Bormes
We have stayed at several villas and apartments in Bormes les Mimosas in the past and we think this is the very best. The villa has everything one needs for a perfect holiday with pool and a large garden, and it is so well situated just a few minutes walk from the old town.
Carine is the ideal villa owner welcoming us when we arrived, showing us around and giving us updates on the restaurants, beaches etc.. She was also extremely helpful with advice when we needed some medical attention. We would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Home for all your needs in a beautiful setting!
The home was very nice and had everything that we needed. It was fairly hot the week we were there with temps in the 85-90 degrees F, but the home has air conditioning and we were very comfortable. The outdoor areas were very nice and had lovely views of the town and sea. The house was a short walk (less than 10 minutes) into the heart of Bormes-Les-Mimosas, and a short drive into Le Lavandou. Also short drives to several beaches which were beautiful. The pool was very nice and refreshing to have, and had was a wonderful view. Carine was very nice and helpful for our needs. We would definitely return!

Stunning
This was truly a holiday to remember fondly:-
1. The owner. Carine met us outside and was so helpful and friendly. She will give advice on beaches, restaurants etc., and she's always at the end of the phone, but never intrusive. We had a problem getting the oven to work so she just ordered a new one. (It did need replacing to be fair)
2. The villa. Spacious, beautiful. Living area has 2 bedrooms and one bedroom are on street level. Two further en suite bedrooms are on a lower level that is only accessible via outside steps so not suitable for small children. Plenty of storage space although bedroom 4 lacks a wardrobe. Enough equipment, but kitchen is quite small for cooking big meals although we managed for 5 of us. There's a huge table for eating indoor meals, which is gorgeous by the French windows with the lovely view. There's a 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs, but other chairs c an be brought into the living area from the bedrooms. There's a washing machine and outside hanging area, so valuable with young children.
3. Outside areas: These are great. No shortage of places to find sun or shade and a choice of three eating areas with a table - side terrace, upper balcony, lower large terrace. All are covered for shade but so easy to move tables around if needed. One large terrace is unused which is a shame. Lovely orange trees and a grapevine over a frame but the area is a bit neglected. Sit on the terrace under the beautiful bougainvillea, open a bottle of wine - heaven.
4. Pool. WOW. This is where we spent so much of our time even though we had intended to get out and about more- it seemed such a shame to leave it. Beautifully clean and well maintained. 7 loungers, 4 of them with comfy cushions. View amazing. Lovely sun shade across one end. There's even inflatables for the little ones. If you have small children you might want to take a bicycle lock to wrap around the gate leading down the steps as we couldn't find a key for the lock. We're a little bit safety conscious.
5. Bormes village. Again wow. What a beautiful place. The boulangerie is just up the road (so breakfast is taken care of) and only slightly further (though steeply up hill) is the village. Lovely shops and restaurants. Make sure you walk right to the top and down through the old streets of the old town where you'll come across lovely cafe's and shops. View across to the sea is stunning.
6. Would I recommend it? A great big YES. We've already booked 2 weeks next year.

Stunning location
this was our first visit to this area and we just loved it in fact one week just wasn't enough time to explore. The moment we arrived at the house we knew that we had found ourselves a stunning location and a very comfy and spacious house with breathtaking views. A treat to be able to walk into the pretty village each morning to buy our fresh bread and pastries and plenty of lovely restaurants for lunch or
dinner. A GEM .

Perfect Family Holiday Villa
Our Family of eight have just returned back home to the UK after a fantastic one week stay in Carine's beautiful Villa.
Carine was so very helpful in all respects showing us around the spacious and well equipped Villa. In addition, as we were exhausted from our journey, she came back again the very next day to help with advice on the best beaches to visit and provided details on places to visit which would meet our interests.
The villa is very well appointed with four bedrooms and three bathrooms so there was no queuing for a shower in the mornings. Hot water was abundant, air conditioning in every room and a super Barbecue next to the bamboo covered outdoor eating area with a large table.
The infinity swimming pool was absolutely wonderful and provided the four young Grand Daughters with hours of fun. The views from the pool, and three separate terraces overlooking surrounding hillsides, Le Lavandou and the sea were simply stunning. The pool technician attended twice on our stay to ensure that the pool was in tip top condition.
When I needed a spot of quiet time to myself there were several areas around the terraces where I could go to read a book or check out the internet. The Wi Fi works great!
We visited La Faviere Beach, Le Lavandou Beach, Cabasson Beach, Hyeres old medieval Hill top town, Bormes Les Mimosas Wednesday Market, the village bakery for breads and several local supermarkets for supplies, especially cheese and wine.
Highly recommended Villa and surrounding area for a really cracking Family holiday!
Many Thanks to Carine,
Richard

" the reviews say it all "
This is a lovely Villa with s stunning infinity pool set in a beautiful village. The Villa is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the Centre. I can thoroughly recommend the Villa for a family holiday for one or two families of 4. Having spent the last fortnight at the Villa it is very easy to understand why many families simply wish to return. Thank you Carine for making us so welcome.

Perfect villa for a family holiday
We have been holidaying in the South of France as two families of 4 for the last 6 years and this is the first time we have ever returned to a villa for a second visit. Why? Quite simply, we love it. A day in Bormes is bliss; start with a two minute walk up the hill to the boulangerie where the children try their French ordering croissants and baguettes and are rewarded with lollipops by the owner if their French passes muster. After breakfast explore the beutiful medieval streets of Bormes itself, ducking in and out of the local shops and have a quick drink and ice cream at the top of the hill in the hotel beauville. Head back for lunch in the cool shade of the patio with a glass of local Rose. Then head to the beautiful beeches near Fort Bregancon (just 15 minutes drive) and let the children swim and snorkel in warm crystal clear shallow waters. Head home to cool down in the beautifully set infinity pool and then have dinner on the balcony overlooking Le lavendou (and get treated to a firework display on Friday night). Stunning. Finally, after a long day retire to an air conditioned room for a good night's sleep.
We will be back again and I should also mention our chic host Carine as she is always helpful and very responsive to any questions about the villa and surrounding area.

Great holiday
Just spent 2 weeks in Bormes and had a brilliant time. Carine was great. Really friendly and helpful. The house was spacious for 6 of us and very comfortable. The pool was one of the highlights. Bormes is a very beautiful village but really close to beach and port. We tried 5 different restaurants in the village and all served great food at reasonable prices. No hesitation in recommending this area for a holiday and this property to rent. Thanks Carine for an excellent holiday.

Villa 'The pink Lady' is an absolute gem.
From the moment we stepped out of the car and got our first glimpse of the terraced gardens, pool, and amazing sea view, we knew we'd found a wonderful place for our family's vacation.
Carine provided a very warm welcome on our arrival. She gave us a tour of the property and took the time to find out what we were interested in seeing and doing during our holiday before giving us great advice for places to visit, as well as ensuring the television was set up for us to watch some English channels.
The property felt quite secluded as the layout and planting offer a great deal of privacy, and if there were people living in the adjacent houses we weren't aware of them as the house was wonderfully peaceful. Traffic noise wasn't really noticeable either, despite the property being situated between two roads.
The house was spotlessly clean and both it and the grounds were well maintained. The pool had a few leaves in it when we arrived, but that is to be expected, and it didn't take long to remove them. Owing to the position of the house, there's always somewhere in the gardens where you can sit in the sun during the day - something my sister took full advantage of!
The local bakery was very good for fresh croissants, brioche and bread, and although we never found the supermarket in Bormes, we were well-served by the numerous supermarkets in Le Lavandou. We cooked for ourselves for most of our stay, and used the barbeque twice. We found everything we needed in the house, and it all worked perfectly!
The market in Bormes on a Wednesday is well worth the walk up the hill, and with luck you'll find the stall selling fresh orange juice and warm brioche baked around a tube and then rolled in sugar, cinnamon or chocolate powder - delicious! (This stall is also present at the St Tropez market on Tuesday and in Le Lavandou on Thursday, so you shouldn't have any excuse to miss it!) The creperie in the village was also a big hit with our teenage daughter, as was Le Pti Gourmet which is near the marina in Le Lavandou (great for paninis etc and very reasonably priced!).
We were sad to leave at the end of our week, but hope this won't be our only visit to Bormes or The pink Lady. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Magnificent !
A beautiful and calm house, located just a few minutes walk away from the village center of Bormes-les-Mimosas; bakery, shops and restaurants very close. The property is located on the hills towering Le Lavandou, approx. 3 kms from the sea with a splendid view over the coast-line and the bay of Le Lavandou. The house is very large, has everything you possibly need, including garden, private pool, terraces, large living room, several bedrooms, nice places outside to sit and relax, barbecue and so on. Friendly welcome by the owner. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property.

Bormes le Mimosas is a beautiful village. A bakery, a small supermarket, ice cream parlour and many restaurants are within walking distance.
Everything of the Villa was as promised or even better. Very nice contact and a warm welcome by the owner. We got good tips for sightseeing, markets and beaches.
