Sinek ve böcek ısırığı gibi konular çok fazlaydı. Bunun dışında koca tesiste çalışan çok az. Bir taze filtre kahve makinası yada Amerikano yapan ya da expresso yapan bir makine nasıl konulmaz. Çok ilginç gerçekten.

Las instalaciones amplias, el personal muy agradable, se nota que el hotel es nuevo! un gym muy completo.
por el precio, el desayuno con poca variedad. En nuestra habitacion solo funcionaba un TV y el otro no funcionaba el control. pero realmente el hotel es muy bueno, y el personal magnifico. la ubicacion es buena y segura pero no hay mucho cerca , esta bien para moverse en auto.

La piscine chauffée (très chaude, environ 35 degrés), la qualité de l’établissement.
La taille des lits (130/140) pour deux, l’emplacement très loin de south beach (entre 30 et 45 minutes de voiture). Le valet hors de prix (40 dollars les 24h) et ensuite les « resort fee » facturé en plus de notre réservation (90$ pour 2 nuits à 4)
Et dernier point, les photos sont très bien prises, l’hôtel est collé à une voie très très passante et la piscine à la vue sur cette voie (pont). Trop de détails qui nous ont déplu.

Everything about this property was amazing. The cleanliness of the property, the staff always had a smile on their faces, and the location.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite that was very spacious and great for our group of 5. There were 4 bathrooms in total. The beds were comfortable. The pool was small but nice and refreshing. The staff was very nice. Omelette/egg station was a nice touch but sometimes 3 out of 4 mornings we were there, there was only one cook instead of two and seemed like a lot for them to manage. 13-min walk to the beach which was a very quiet and clean beach.
Didn't have microwaves in the rooms but there were some in the lobby near breakfast area. Could have had more fruit variety for breakfast like berries, grapes, different types of cheeses and meats. There should be more tables set up for breakfast time inside and outside as people were acting like vultures trying to swipe tables and chairs. The gym is very nice but there needs to be fans inside because it gets very hot due to the large windows facing the bay. Jacuzzi didn't work which was fine but there should be a sign that says that somewhere.

The style of the hotel was super modern and the rooms were well decorated.
Breakfast was good but supplies were limited and the amount of seats insufficient. There was a constantly beeping alarm next to our rooms and all they did was offer us to change rooms, not fixing it. The jacuzzi was closed and the swimming pool water was too hot for a 2 year old, we could not even use it.

Great location, near restaurants and shops. Easy to get car from valet. Great view of the water.
Yappy dog next door left in room for several hours. Staff said they would relocate them but did not. My daughter was trying to rest after surgery so it was very inconvenient.

Everything in the rooms you can tell was cheap & had a cheap feel.
This pool gets ZERO sun.
Very disturbed as they overcharged me $70 from what my Booking.com said it was supposed to be. I showed them proof that they overcharged me & they still have yet to give me a full rend of what they overcharged.

The room was spacious with clean lines and decor. Having two baths made from a more relaxing stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We had our own private patio table; that's a big plus has we prefer to eat take out lounge need the water. There fresh beach towels on the lounges each day. The linens looked knew and were luxuriously soft. There is a good sized mini ridge and functioning coffee pot. The WIFI speed was good and the TV sets were appropriately sized to the areas mounted. The common sitting area is bright, welcoming, and well-appointed. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and make you feel pampered.
I would have liked to have the coffee replenished each day in the room.

The hotel pool + hot tub is the big draw. It was the perfect, relaxing spot to disconnect for a short weekend trip. The room was clean, expansive, and well-decorated. Breakfast was every morning until 10 a.m. and the staff was truly exceptional.
