About this villa rental

Beautiful villa in prime position in El Rancho, outstanding full panoramic sea and south golf course views. Set in mature, landscaped gardens with private rear steps to the gardens and 9 pools, all for El Rancho guests. Pool 8 is just 10 yards and Pool 9 only 35 yards from the rear of our villa. All pools have children's paddling pools, parasols, sun beds and showers . There is a grassed area between the pools, ideal for children to play. The villa is spacious, light, airy and peaceful, fully UPVC double glazed, fully air-cond. in summer and heated in winter with Newlec radiators and a gas fire. It is tastefully furnished and extensively equipped.
The front and rear steps, rear terrace and steps up to the roof terrace have new non-slip Porcelanosa tiles. The rear terrace is a superb dining/sunbathing area with a built in BBQ, new dining table, 8 chairs, large parasol, bench seating and sun beds. The wonderful view of the Mar Menor and South golf course is enjoyed from the rear and roof terraces, living room, master bedroom and bedroom 2. Unlike other El Rancho villas, we have an additional front terrace, with awning, ensuring sunshine throughout the day or evening. The front terrace has a table, 4 chairs and cushions and makes a perfect alternative for outdoor dining. It has a bougainvillea, geranium pots, fig tree and a pretty rockery garden. There are double doors from the open plan, extended living/dining room to all terraces. The living room has a wall mounted 48" Digital TV and a DVD player, four seater leather sofa, leather recliner chairs, scatter cushions and a coffee table. The modern kitchen has a large archway through to the dining table. The Master bedroom has been extended with a large alcove for a cot/Z bed. There is a light, dividing curtain and computer desk and chair in the alcove. The bedroom has a wall mounted 39" Digital TV and a DVD player. Hair dryers are provided in three bedrooms.
Safe provided £25 per week, highly recommended.

Travel cot with mattress, stair gate, plastic plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery, large choice of inflatables for the pools + pump, noodles, surf board, 3 tennis rackets, multiple junior and senior tennis balls, 2 prs. flippers, goggles, beach balls, buckets, spades, toys and games, a good choice of adult and childrens’ dvds and a bookcase of adults and children’s books, Trivial Pursuits game, 7 years to adult and Genius II edition (dining side board),
4 beach chairs and a picnic cool box are all included.

Lovely villa and lovely location. Not our first time to La Manga so very familiar with all the amenities. Tennis, paddle tennis, Cartagena, Cabo de palo, Alicante, water parks and the lovely Cala beach. Villa was lovely but a little bit unloved. Everything worked fine but lots of things in need of an upgrade, not enough towels and bedding, kitchen utensils and pans definitely in need of the bin but didn’t affect our stay at all.

The property was lovely and clean, parking was easy right outside. Views are amazing from upstairs and downstairs in the bedrooms. Everything was in the kitchen you would need for self catering. Sofa was comfy, the balcony was lovely to sit and admire the views.Need to be mindful of the stairs if elderly.Happy to recommend.

The villa has a pleasant interior, is very nicely located and has a beautiful view from the terrace. This part of the coast is still rough and there is a very nice beach just a few kilometers away. The swimming pool near the house is heated and is not too busy even in summer. That's nice because it offers cooling on hot summer days. It may be warm in the house itself, but there is often a cooling breeze on the terrace. The contact with the owner is very pleasant. In short: highly recommended!

Beautifully, presented family villa with great access to restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. We also visited beaches on the coast and the beautiful village Cabo De Pablos. My family enjoyed golf, tennis, paddle boarding, and many other water sports. We had a relaxing but busy week. Thankyou Kate see you next time. Pauline

We had a fabulous 2 week holiday in this property. The villa was fantastic with the glorious heated pool just at the back door. Sunshine at the back of the house & pool all day long. The villa is located within a large area of houses and golf camps in an slope near Mar Menor. A very calm area without noises. There are 2 swimming pools at a few paces from the home and you can go to the Mar Menor or the Mediterranean by car in less than 15 min. The villa itself has superb views from the main terrace. It has 3 different spaces for eating, so you can avoid hot sun. The house itself is great, only limitation are the high stair that connects the upper and lower areas. The owner is always available, nice and helpful. We had a problem with the internet downstairs, but the people in charge of maintenance were quick and professional solving that very quickly. The house is fully equipped including materials for kids and babies. In conclusion, a really good place to stay and relax.

A well presented villa in a great location on the 5-star La Manga Club. The villa is modern, clean and offers all the comforts of home including multi-channel UK TV and broadband wifi. The communal pool and grounds are well maintained and beautifully presented. The villa has great views across the golf courses towards the sea and La Manga del Mar Menor. Kate, the owner, was excellent in dealing with us in responding almost immediately to our queries. We would happily recommend Kate and her villa to anyone looking for a larger villa in the area.

We have just returned home after a 10 day holiday in this beautiful villa. The description is accurate and it is so much more. It is a ver well equipped and maintained property providing the right setting for a family holiday. The owner is amazing!, nothing is too much trouble. Whatever you ask is replied to promptly. When you arrive at the villa you also have a contact there if there are any questions. It has become to us a"home from home" . My family and I would recommend this to property for a fun packed holiday in a beautiful villa and location with all amenities provided. We will certainly be returning!!

Perfectly situated in the La Manga club. Had everything you need for your stay, great air-con system, well equipped kitchen, tennis equipment and pool toys all included. Staying here for three weeks the TV channels available were fantastic! Wi-fi could be very slow when more than two people were using it... overall a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The villa was very clean and modern, very spacious and has all you need. Great roof terrace for the sun. A few steps down to pool, although all villas occupied it was very peaceful in the mornings and after lunch there were still beds available by the pool which was lovely. Loved to stroll across to Los Molinos for lunch and we walked to main area within 25 mins most nights. Highly recommended. Great and fast response from Kate the owner.

The villa is situated in the El Rancho section at La Manga Resort. The villa itself works really well for those of you that have large families. My childrens ages are from 2yrs - 12yrs. upon arrival the welcome pack and wine was very much appreciated after a long stressful day thanks to the car hire company! The villa came equipped with stair gates, plastic cutlery for the younger ones, inflatables, tennis rackets and a TV with lots of channels (which was great as we could keep updated with love island!) The only thing that was missing according to my son was a PS4!! The villa is kept to a high standard and was lovely and clean. We will definately be booking again

Lovely villa, everything you need and beautifully decorated. 2 fabulous terraces with views of the Mar Menor. The pool is literally 5m from the back door so great for just popping back to the loo or grabbing another beer. Kate (the owner) was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We'll be back next year - 6 out of 5 stars.

We have just spent another week at Kate’s superb villa in El Rancho, La Manga. The villa has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable.I love the books to borrow as well as the inflatables and other items available to use by the pool- a great touch. We also have a BBQ 2-3 times during our stay. We spent several hours at the local natural beach - Cal Blanque . Stunning scenery. Kate (owner) is excellent at replying promptly to emails. She really does pull out the stops to ensure we enjoy our stay.We hope to return to the villa next year as we throughly enjoy it - each and every time.
