This Seascape ocean view townhome on the bluffs in Solana Beach is your perfect home away from home. Located in a quiet private community, and one of the only one's with private access to the beach, your beach vacation is just a few clicks away. This beach house is one of the few ocean view 2 story townhome layouts on the bluff.

This beach house features ocean views from every room. Enjoy an open floor plan downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living room. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom with queen, and a loft perfect for the little ones. But what makes this home stand out, is the views. Wake up and watch surfers from the comfort of your own bed. Enjoy coffee on the balcony and sit eye to eye with pelicans flying by. In the main living area, you won't miss a sunset with the sit down ocean views as you enjoy time with family and friends.

The complex offers a convenient location to just about everything including walking distance to restaurants, parks, surfing, the beach, and the Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. The complex pool area is great for the kids or relaxing in the spa. North County San Diego is the perfect vacation destination with nearby attractions including Legoland, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and Seaworld. Catch a Padres baseball game, play golf at Torrey Pines, or enjoy walking on one of the many trails in the area. This is arguably one of the best locations and communities on the beach in San Diego!

Covid-19 cleaning update: We continue to have thorough cleanings after each stay, are rotating full sets of bedding, and all surfaces are being wiped down with disinfecting cleaner. We are trying to get the cleaning crew in as early as possible to allow for any airborne risks to be minimized before the next guest. Please contact us with any other concerns or questions.

The view of the Pacific from every window of the home is incredible. The home is well equipped, and the gas fireplace in the living room really took the chill off the place. Imagine, beautiful sunset and roaring fire. We hope to return.

Great location! Host was very responsive and helped answer all of our questions. Ocean air kept things comfortable and cool during the day and fans helped at night. Our kids loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the pool too. Great location to get to all of the beautiful things to see in the San Diego area. Hiking at Torrey Pines, visiting the San Diego Zoo Safari park, and walking along La Jolla and Coronado were all family favorites from our stay.

I booked this condo through VRBO for 13 days over the Christmas and New Year 2022 holidays. My husband and I, my son, his wife and their 3 yr. old had a fantastic time together. My other son and his fiance live close by and we had a truly memorable holiday we will all remember. If we all meet in Solana Beach again, I'll try to book this unit again.!

Overall, it was a great vacation in Solana Beach! Positives: Quiet, excellent location (everything we did - Oceanside, Belmont Park, Zoo, Whale cruise, aquarium and Padres game was 20 to 30 minutes away), private beach and comfy condo! Things to keep in mind if you stay here: no AC, loft is really not livable in hot weather, and steps to beach are steep and long. Someone who is older and or have a disability may struggle with the steps. Would come back in a heartbeat! Great Stay!

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights and had a great time. Property manager was very easy to work with and accessible. The condo was very comfortable with everything you needed as well as beach items like towels and chairs etc. the location can’t be beat as it’s right up near the front of the complex and easy to access the stairs to the beach. Ocean views from all over the unit as well as a few steps to get an unobstructed view for surf and sunsets. The pool and jacuzzi with shower are nice after time at the beach. Great convenient Solana location!

Solano Beach is beautiful. Laid back, clean, safe, great restaurants and shops and many things to do. The condo was by everything. The Good: location, sounds of waves every night, the view, quiet, many amenities left behind from previous people like coffee, shampoo, sunscreen. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Not so good: described as a loft it was more like a crawl space with two tiny twin mattresses jammed in. A piece of plywood covered the entrance to the space. Super stuffy, not enough room to practically stand up and move around. Screen kept falling out of window. Laundry facilities were in the parking garage and you needed quarters. Screen doors were a super pain to open and close. Others commented that it was dated and it was a mish mash of styles and decor. There is one bathroom upstairs connected to the king sized bedroom while the other was downstairs. Coffee maker was a piece of junk and one microwave said do not use while there was a second smaller one. Getting to the beach involves many steep steps. I’d give the condo itself 3.5 stars but the location is awesome.

My husband, two kids (ages 7 & 5) and I absolutely loved our stay. The view is spectacular and we had so much fun going down to the beach everyday. The parking garage with two stalls was super convenient and easy to get to the townhouse. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything you need to feel at home. We were so happy with our stay and we definitely hope to stay there again.

Awesome place to vacation, close enough to attractions of all sorts in and around San Diego. The Solano Beach is gorgeous, the constant sound of crashing waves is fantastic! Hiking Torrey Pines is beautiful!The vacation home is well situated in the group of neighbouring townhomes with a beautiful view of the ocean. It could use some upgrades, but we loved our stay there! Kyle was very helpful and accommodating. We’d love to go back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beach is fantastic and not crowded at all. The condo is chock full of all you will need at the beach. The location is great for when you want to go out to other great areas. If you like the Del Mar track, it is right there! The condo community is great and the underground parking is fantastic. The only area to improve on is to update the place a bit, fix the broken cabinet drawers and reduce some of the mildew smell in cabinets. All in all, a great experience and we would return. My husband and I stayed with our two girls and his parents. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Each set of adults had a nice sized room that opened up to a beautiful view of the water. Sleeping to the sound of the waves made it even better. Our daughters, 10 and 12, absolutely loved the upstairs loft area with the trap door. It made the vacation a fun adventure for them as well. We would absolutely love to stay again!
