The house is super equipped. Everything we could need for a week was prepared. The host is kind and flexible.
The bakery is a few steps away, shops are nearby. The nearest beach is a 3-minute walk away.
I highly recommend the accommodation!

it’s a fully equipped home: kitchen, bathrooms, rooms and the terrace as well. don’t need to bring toys for kinds, as there are. No need to bring towels for showering and for the beach, as there are. no need to bring any beach equipment as there are.
Not a five star hotel, but do no expert that. it’s a well equipped house close to the beach and city center with a friendly host.
we missed baby feeding chair, and there are mosquitoes in the terrace, but there are many anti-mosquitoes aerosols and other staff in the house

All the confort from home, it's great for small children, lots of toys and a patio to play in. We felt great, the beach is very close, good restaurants nearby and a wonderful and thoughtful host.
Thank you, Voula, for a great vacation!

Just perfect, it was like we were at our home. It has everything for the day to day needs. You have to think only about food (even all kind of spicy’s are available. We will visit this place definitely again. The owner is a very nice and helpful person. We were 3 families each family with 2 kids and there was enough space for us and for the kids to play (inside and outside).
No such thing.

Fantastic house, fantastic host. Voula, the host, thought about pretty much everything. She left written instructions everywhere she thought you may not manage to make things work. The kitchen has everything you might think of, water dispensers on each floor, water, about 7 sorts of coffee, white sugar, brown sugar, sweetener, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dishwasher, etc. Amazing. The house is in general in a very good condition. You'll find a washing machine downstairs, too. Best part - you don't really need to contact Voula because everything is in perfect working condition.
Five rooms (2 of them with bunk beds), 4 fully functional bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace, 2 balconies (or terraces) at the first floor. One of the rooms (the biggest) is at the ground floor, the rest of the 4 are at the first floor. 2 bathrooms down, 2 at the first floor. We initially planed to be 4 families, but ended up to be just 2, so we felt like kings in our castle :-)
Free parking in front on the villa, on the street. Nice covered terrace with a barbeque. A tavern just around the corner (30 sec walk). The beach and the taverns within walking distance. The beach is better (less pebble, more sand) towards the center of the town. Blue flag.
Supermarkets everywhere. A fruits and vegetables market next to the beach, on the main road. A supermarket ("Family") at the entrance of the town. Lidl and other supermarkets at about 8 km, in Nea Moudania.
Bottom line - we highly recommend this place. Many thanks, Voula, for everything. Looking forward to seeing you again.

The house was really big and for 10 people was great, close to stores and to the beach, really nice terace for the night and also made barbeque :). Host was nice to us, and for sure we will come back.
The single problem is that the booking reservation sayd we can go on the last day between 9 - 19, but the host asked us to go on 8 because they need to clean for the next clients. We agreed to take our stuf from the house but to make a shower on 11. This was not nice at all, and we could be bad people and to stay untill 19 pm, because we dont break any rules of our reservation. So pay attention when you book, to this small thing.

The host is very nice, the house is perfect for a trip with friends, very quiet. You have inside the house everything you need, beach is very close, supermarket also. Overall, a very pleasant stay
We had a little plumbing problem, but it was resolved in the same day, very quickly and professionally
