Buen precio-calidad

La ubicación, cercanía al centro, la habitación se encontraba limpia, y contaba con elementos de limpieza necesarios para la estadía

No funcionaba la lavadora de ropa, pero a una cuadra hay un lavadero que funciona casi todo el día. Y no tenia una buena ventilación por encontrarse en una especie de sótano.

Stúdió kinyitható kanapéval

Ingyenes parkoló, a belváros 15 perc sétára található.

A parkoló nagyon nehezen megközelíthető, a recepció pedig eldugott helyen található meg. A feltüntetett kertre nyíló kilátás helyett be kell érni a szemben található ipari komplexum csodálásával, már amennyi kilátás van, ugyanis a szoba egy pincében található, így természetes fény alig jut be. A hűtőszekrény valamint az ágynemű büdös volt. A szállásról félrevezető képek vannak feltöltve. A lefoglalt 2 kétszemélyes, 2 emeletes ágy és 1 kanapéágy után 2 háromszemélyes emeletes ágyra egyáltalán nem számítottunk.

De locatie is een beetje grimmig maar het appartement zelf was prima.

Siamo soddisfatti della permanenza

L’interno dell’appartamento è completamente nuovo e moderno. L’ambiente è ben diviso e presenta anche l’aria condizionata

L’esterno un po’ fatiscente, ma comunque era presente una guardia 24/7 conferendo comunque ulteriore sicurezza agli ospiti. Altro punto debole, dal bagno usciva un odore sgradevole che costringeva per forza a dover tenere la porta chiusa e l’aeratore acceso tutto il tempo.

Uncomfortable beds with clean apartment and decent bathroom.

Apartment was very clean, and as described and shown on the photos. It is located in the centre of Ljubljana, very close to many attractions that city can offer. Bathroom was nice, and kitchen had everything needed. It was quite and peaceful. Staff was super friendly and check in went fast and smoothly.

Bed was horrible, same as the pillows and duvet. We hardly slept all night, tossing and turning. Sofa that pulls out was the same, extremely uncomfortable. Definitely worth considering changing the bed for something more comfortable. We stayed one night only, but if we had to stay longer it would have been torture. Also the apartment is in half-basement corridor and we would have liked knowing this before arriving. Windows are looking at the ground level of the parking that was at the entrance of the apartments.

Habitación pequeña e incómoda

Realmente no nos gustó. No esperábamos este tipo de habitación, yo creo no está claro en la descripción el tipo de cuarto que es con la separación de camas por una pequeña pared falsa.

El cuarto solo divide las camas con una pared a medias por lo que no hay privacidad. Las camas tipo litera tampoco son cómodas. Es una habitación tipo para estudiantes y eso no se entiende en la descripción. No hay espejo en el cuarto. En sí es una habitación incómoda.

Pleasant

A carpark was reserved for our stay

The apartment locates at the basement. This is what I did not notice when I book the apartment. Entry to the apartment was quite dirty. It was also difficult to find the office that handed over the key. I had to ask people at the building entrance. Luckily the guy at the entrance could speak English.

Exceptional

The amount of space and location were awesome. Even a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

Little space in the kitchen, lighting in the living room isn't working. Nor some of the decorative lighting in other rooms.

Lovely studio for group of friends

Very clean and as described. Bus station right outside building but only a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Perfect studio set up for a group of friends.

Bedsheets had stains and the floor and walls had stains as well. The bed was very old and uncomfortable we did not sleep good.

a lovely fresh and clean apartment very suitable for a short stay.

I was fascinated by the architecture. it was very clean and seemed to be brand new with modern amenities. it was an easy walk into the town centre which had great food variety and close to a small supermarket. it had a washing machine and drying rack which we used. thank you.

the kettle kept switching itself off. it could have had an extra pillow and would have benefited from a mirror in the main room as the bathroom was tiny for two people, and a bedside cupboard would have been convenient. these are not bad criticisms just ideas on how to make the room more comfortable for guests. we enjoyed our stay.

Very good

The appartment was allright for the price. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment. One bathroom for 10 people was bearable. Outside of the flat is a small (but rather dirty) extra toilet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Only problem was, that there is only one key and the door can only close when locked, or anybody can enter from the outside. One evening we had to lock two people in because they where asleep and the rest of us wanted to go out.

Superb

Apartment was nice and cosy. Good bed, that is comfortable. Very quiet. Nice bathroom. We only had trouble finding the building, it was a little bit confusing. Maybe they could add some more arrows or direction signs since the Apartment name has been changed.

A great stay in the old tobacco factory

The location for me was crucial when choosing this accommodation. I also liked the industrial feel of the old tobacco factory complex. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Picking up of the keys went smoothly.

There are a few small things that could be improved. First of all, there are no lamps by the bed which is very inconvenient if you want to read in bed without bothering the other person or having to get up to turn off the light. Also, there's no towel rack in the bathroom or hooks for clothes. The apartment is in the basement, which was fine, but I would have appreciated if it had said so in the description of the property.
