Stunning apartment with large private terrace in the heart of Seville.
This is a high quality apartment located in Zaragoza street, just in front of Plaza Nueva.
It is located in a beautiful building, totally refurbished and renovated, providing the property with great quality and comfort.
The construction of the apartment is all first-class quality: doors, floor, windows, kitchen, etc. It has been furnished with high quality designer furniture and attention to details and following neutral and clean tones.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful living room, an fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace.
We access the apartment throught the entrance hall and will find one of the bedrooms on the right. It has a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90, built-in wardrobe and a window to a very sunny, warm common courtyard of the building with a classic architecture.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.
Following the front hallway, we find a complete separate bathroom, and then the living room facing a quiet back street. The kitchen is almost integrated in the living room and has everything you need for cooking. Leaving the living room and continuing the entrance hall we arrive at the back bedroom which as the living room faces the back street, although very quiet at any time of day. This bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 1.90 each, separated by a bedside table, and also has a built-in wardrobe.
Right at the entrance of the living room we climb the stairs directly to the main bedroom, through which you have easy access to the private terrace of the apartment. This bedroom has two beds of 90 x 1.90 put together, and a complete ensuite bathroom.
The private terrace has more than 40 m2 and it is divided into living area, with garden furniture: sofas, tables, cushions and an awning, another dining area, with a larger table and chairs, giving room for 8 people, and finally an area with two sun loungers perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment is located in an excellent area. Located in the Arenal neighborhood, in the heart of the center of Seville, the apartment is in front of the Plaza Nueva, and a few meters from the Town Hall and the Cathedral. It is without doubt the best area of the city and in the surroundings the best restaurants and bars can be found where to enjoy the best Andalusian gastronomy!

The communication, layout, and location were excellent. One minor issue with the cleaning seevice didn't show before our arrival but the Genteel home property manager quickly addressed the issue and provided a partial refund for our trouble. We recommended they replace or reupholster the furniture in the living room. Otherwise highly recommend.

Our family of 5 loved our time in Sevilla and the location of this apartment was perfect! We could easily walk to all of the attractions, fun bars, shops and restaurants.
The apartment was spacious, safe, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable.
There is a big road construction project on the road where the apartment is located, but we didn’t hear any noise and it wasn’t an issue at all.
The one piece of feedback I would give to owner is the sofas could use a cleaning. They were badly stained. Otherwise the apartment was clean and well maintained.

Nice apartment at a great location near many of the main attractions in Seville.

Communication was great. The place was very clean and as described. No surprises.
We had one issue with a light bulb that was fixed very rapidly.. it is a good place to stay with a family right in the middle of the historical Seville. It is not a very car friendly area and the street was currently being redone, but there are many 24h parking within 5 to 10 minutes walk. The appartment is in the back of the building so there were no noise or disturbance. It was quiet which is great because people stay up late in Seville. It is on the second floor with a private roof terrace. Second floor was not an issue with the luggages because there is an elevator.
We found everything we needed for our stay but a towel for the kitchen to dry hands or dishes (we used paper towels) the furniture
(couches in living room and outdoor furniture on the roof patio) were a little older but functionnal. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers. Overall we were very happy with our stay there. We would stay there again if we come back to Seville.

We lived the location …close to all the touristy things to do…especially the river and Triana area!

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to many things. The rooftop terrace was great for dinner and drinks, the apartment has everything you need including great air con. Our family of six adults loved it and would totally recommend it. Communication was great, thanks for a great few days, we wish it had been more 😊

I have stayed in several B&B all over the US and Europe. This particular space was exactly as described and the location could not be better for us. Everything you need is within a few blocks and if you drive there was parking very close and very reasonable.

Exactly as advertised. Great location to city center and all the big sights. Roof deck was nice. Communication with agent was clear and prompt. Very happy with this property.

This property was absolutely lovely! The beds were extremely comfortable, they offered some extras like laundry soap and shampoo/bar soap (thank you, so helpful for international travelers!), it was sparkly clean, and the location was ideal.
