The Stables is a delightful cottage situated near the village of Middleton in Teesdale in County Durham. Hosting two bedrooms; a super king-size, and a twin (zip/link), along with a bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, and a sitting room. To the outside is off road parking, and an enclosed patio area to the rear with furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Resting in a pleasant location with walking opportunities close by, The Stables is a heart-warming retreat in a relaxing part of England. Please note, this property only accepts bookings starting on a Monday or Friday.
Amenities: Underfloor heating, Wood-burner and biomass heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine (own coffee to be provided) dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Bluetooth, selection of books, games and DVDs. Starter pack for wood burner. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots and two highchairs available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio area to the rear with furniture, kitchen, bathroom and living room all have underfloor heating, Gas BBQ, chiminera and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Two steps from dining area to lounge, and two steps to super king-size bedroom. Note: Property offers secure bike storage. Please note, this property only accepts bookings starting on a Monday or Friday.
