Boo premium living villas, moto is Nature needs rest.Our aim is to integrate the complex in the environment and motivate our guests to a more ecological way of living without lacking luxury and comfort. The construction of the complex is based on the principles of bioclimatic design. The natural cooling ensures ideal conditions of thermal comfort for the guests while the microclimate is not encumbered with additional thermal loads. The priority is the continuing decline of the energy footprint of the complex.
