Welcome to the Lake and welcome to our website! You are viewing one of the nicest condos at the Palisades Complex and at the Lake. Discounts for weekly rentals. If you have any questions please contact us directly. If you are looking for a condo to share with a few friends or family this is a special condo just for you. Our condo is family friendly and lots of room for families to enjoy. Enjoy the best view of the Lake's Main Channel right from your private balcony while sipping on your cool beverage and grilling your favorite meal. Then relax in our spacious condo with over 2200 Square Feet of living space with vaulted ceilings. This condo has easy access to your condo from a reserve parking spot with only a few steps to your front door. It has a garage that you can also use for additional reserve parking.

We are 2 minutes from the main Highway (Hwy 54)/HH that will take you to all the fun places the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer such as: Golfing, Go Carts, Horseback Riding, Shopping at the Outlet Mall, Restaurants and Tan-Tar-a Indoor Water Park.

This Condo is perfect for two or three families that includes two king-size bed in the master bedrooms and private bathroom, walk-in closet, and Jacuzzi tub. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. There are 2 roll away beds located in closets that you can pull out and place wherever you wish. There is also a blow up mattress as well. Lastly, there is a futon in one of the bedrooms that you can make into a bed. Each bedroom has a new flat screen TV with cable access and some are smart TV for Netflix, Hulu, and UTube.

There are four pools to choose from, One on the Point with a fantastic view of the Main Channel and another located right outside your front door and just a few steps away.

We have a boat slip that is 12x32 for your use if you want to bring your own boat or rental.

For Ladies weekend, all the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest outlet mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are always having a sale to draw you in. We also have a great Kohl's, Marshall's, Pier One and Target that have great bargains.

The Palisades Condos are a very popular rental because it is located so close to everything: golf, shopping, restaurants, Big Surf, Tan-Tar-a Water Park, go-carts, and grocery stores. There are marinas nearby for your boat and Wave Runner rental needs. The Lodge of Four Seasons is about a mile away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as renting boats or personal watercrafts. By water, you'll be on the 14 mile marker which is just around the corner from Toad Cove.

This condo worked great for our family with 5 adults and 4 toddlers. The open floor plan and room sizes was perfect for our large group and the 2nd refrigerator in the laundry room was definitely a bonus for beer and seltzers, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed We enjoyed the well kept pools and the condo being close to restaurants, grocery, go carts and everything Osage Beach has to offer

Our family ( of three generations) spent a week at this lovely home. The four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and living area, including the screened in porch, was spacious and comfortable. The home was well equipped with extras that aren’t generally found in VRBO homes we’ve rented in the past. The owner was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The children enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed renting a boat on the lake during our stay.

This condo was above & beyond what we expected. It was gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room to accomodate all 9 adults. It was equipted with everything we needed and then some! We highly recommend staying here!!! We will be back!

A group of 9 ladies all seniors had a wonderful relaxing, and satisfying week. It’s a lovely place with plenty of space for everyone. The pool is delightful and the screened in porch is amazing. The condo has everything you need. Scott is a wonderful manager.

This condo was PERFECTION for the weekend that we had planned for our family. The perfect location, the perfect space (4 beds/4 baths) and the amazing amenities (Pool/boat towels, chargers in every room) that were supplied. The owners thought of everything that one would need when staying there. We will be coming back again! Can't wait

We have been going to the Ozarks for 20 years and have went between condos and houses depending on size of our group and choosing different parts of the lake. This is the first time we have stayed around this area or at Palisades. We had 3 families. This condo was very nice...definitely one of the best condos we have stayed in. It has a great layout with 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has an attached bathroom which is perfect so couples didn't have to share bathrooms. The patio is very cozy, kitchen is big and spacious. it's filled with plenty of towels, items for the kitchen, plenty of extra pillows/blankets/rollaway beds. It is right next to one pool and extremely close to the other pool - not too far from dock either. Owner is very quick and responsive in answering questions/ making recommendations and even mailed something very quickly that was left there. We are planning to stay there again next year!

The condo was great for our group of friends to stay at. Everything was very clean and had plenty of extra cots and bedding. The extra fridge was perfect for all the drinks/food we had. Reserved parking plus open spots was a huge plus. Will definitely book this condo again.

Our family has stayed at this condo for 3 straight years now! We love the location and the owner provides great customer service to us. We were even more impressed when we walked in this year and they had made upgrades to the kitchen! Great view of the lake and the couch in the screened in porch is absolutely wonderful! We sat and drank our coffee every morning out there!

This is the second time we have stayed. We had our 2 month old granddaughter with both of our boys and wife. Had a great time. Everything you need. Air went out but great communication and got it fixed. Pool close. Great deck. Spacious. Absolutely the best. Will be back next year!

This was the first time our family has visited the Lake of the Ozarks and this vacation rental was the perfect place. It was just as pictured and had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 9. The extra frig in the laundry room was a nice benefit, so we had plenty of room for beverages and food. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from our screened in deck (which we loved). We highly recommend!

We will be booking our third year in a row for our family vacation at this condo! The location is very convenient! The outdoor porch is screened in with a large outdoor couch and bar table! It is always hard to please a large group of family members. However, they ALL enjoy staying here!!!

Our stay at Palisades was great. The condo was as described and pictured. There were 3 couples and plenty of room for all. Beds very comfortable. The property was very clean and well supplied. This condo was perfect! It was gorgeous, had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had anything we needed to cook meals. The 2nd fridge is perfect! Our group highly recommends staying here. Scott made the whole process easy, and very easy to work with. Loved it! We will be back!

Clean, relaxing, great set-up and owner was very easy to work with. The whole family loved it and want to go back again. Pool was close by and visited the other one but that was a bit of a walk. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake. We were traveling with our adult children with their significant others and one grandson. It was so perfect for us. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom space. The family living space was a nice size too for watching tv/movies/games. The best part about the place is the screened in porch. We spent a lot of time out there. There's plenty of sofas and chairs to hang out. We enjoyed watching boats, weather, people, etc all bug free. It's location in the facility is perfect too. There are other buildings with better views but we loved that we never got blasted with the morning sun or the evening sun. It was very pleasant. The parking spaces were great. One was right outside the front door, and the other is a garage across the way. There is also a guest parking spot across the way which is what we used for our second vehicle. I would totally recommend this condo. It was very comfortable. There were also a few staples available, which was convenient. We left a few staples behind as well. I'd say the only bummer of the trip was that the pool was really cold. This is certainly not the owners fault. It'll probably get warmer as the season gets warmer too.
