The Pendleton was the perfect space for our family of 3 couples and one single adult. Mac was quick to respond to a phone call or text to answer any questions or offer help. The upstairs did remain warmer than the downstairs even with the AC on. We would recommend this house and would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is well equipped- we appreciated the 3 FULL bathrooms for 9 of us and the 2 car garage. Great restaurants in easy walking distance made it fun.

The Pendleton is located in a nice area of Eugene, with easy access to hi-ways. The house is nicely decorated and stocked. We had children under 3 yrs., teens, 40 yr. olds and 70 yr. old grandparents. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Comfortable, clean, well-stocked, convenient to walk to a kids park, restaurants, with nearby rivers, UO. Our small 3 generation family was happy here for a weekend birthday celebration of 2 grandkids. Our hosts had a darling play area upstairs for the kids. We Highly recommend The Pendleton.

Cute home. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had not been cleaned and was missing a few items easily picked up at stores which are very close. Overall, a great time with a total of 4 couples. Dinner and games made for memorable evenings.

Several of us traveled from Alaska for a celebration of life in Eugene. The house was perfect for us. The location, layout, number of bedrooms and bathrooms! During a difficult time this felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended

We were in Eugene for the state volleyball tournament. Our granddaughter was on the team and we were looking for lodging, the price of hotel rooms were crazy high. There were 7 of us the parents, grandparents, and aunt. We didn't win the tournament, but our granddaughter is a freshman so it was exciting to watch her on the court. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We were pleased with the beautiful area close to our family. Pleased with a beautiful home. Ease of booking and getting into the home and area. Communication with the owners were excellent. Very well maintained, and close to a fun business area. Play area for children a nice surprise. Our only complaint would be that we did not feel safe using the BBQ grill, because it had been burned thru the flare plate and grates needed replaced. However we would stay there again. Thank you for the stay.

The Pendleton was perfect - we traveled with 2 seniors, 2 adults, and 2 kids (ages 6 & 9). The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were great for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals during our stay and was literally 15 mins from everything we needed to get to (Costco, Safeway, WinCo). ~1 hr 15 mins to Enchanted Forest, Florence on the coast, and Wildlife Safari - would highly recommend all these locations as well. We LOVED Pastini restaurant as well, which is ~15 mins away as well.

One of our sons had recently graduated from college and was moving to Eugene for a job. We stayed at the Pendleton while getting him settled in to his apartment in Junction City. The other reviews that I had read for this property were spot on. The checkin process was very easy. The property was clean and ready for us. The neighborhood was safe and in a great location for our needs. Everything about the property was wonderful. We will definitely stay at the Pendleton in the future when visiting our son, if available.

Excellent group spot and neighborhood
We loved our stay here. Close to a little strip of restaurants for coffee, lunch or dinner, and still not far from downtown. The house had everything we needed and Mac and Nicole were very responsive in our correspondence.

We enjoyed our stay at The Pendleton!! What a beautiful neighborhood and so convenient/walkable to shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and so nicely furnished on both floors. Since it was pouring rain, also great to have the garage to unload -- and the gas fireplace to cozy up! We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay in Eugene, thank you for your home and warm hospitality.

The property was attractive, clean, and comfortable with plenty of space for five adults and one teen. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Having a bedroom on the ground floor worked well for the seniors.
