Amazing view over Zadar and the sea

Easy check-in process, amazing room with a great view and lots of space. Quick walk into old town. Having a kitchen and a small balcony was a nice addition. Air-conditioning worked perfectly and the coffee was great.

The room is on the third floor with no elevator, which might be a challenge with heavy luggage.

The room was modern and very large with quality fittings.

The location was ok, the building looked old and run down from the outside but the room was amazing.

Beautiful room, very luxurious for the price and location. was super clean and the fridge in the room was a great extra.

Phenomenal room, like in a 5 star hotel without such a price tag, great location near the Old City centre and close to Kolovare beach. The host was also great and super helpful with all requests, really appreciate that!

There is absolutely nothing that I could say was bad with the object. It is a 10/10

Affordable beautiful place

Spotless room, comfortable bed, good shower and shared kitchen. Good communication with owner via WhatsApp. Within 5-10 minutes in Zadar old town. I definitely can recommend this place. My picture shows room nr. 3

The room was perfectly decorated, excellent bed so comfortable and location within easy walk to the old town. Cannot fault it

Do not use the airport taxis total rip off travelled all over Europe and never been treated so poorly. Use uber or bolt for some reason I didn't think they would operate there but they do.

AMAZING

Everything about the room was perfect very spacious and luxurious. Everything you need. has kitchen that all guests can use, bathroom was absolutely huge and location was perfect 10 min walk to the old town.

Beautiful fully equipped apartment, 5 minute walk from the old town

Beautifully designed apartment, a fully equipped shared kitchen as well as a coffee and tea corner in the room. Very easy and efficient communication with the host, plenty of parking spots in the area. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. The room is 5 minutes walk from the old town, good location.

Easy access to old city for walkers, clean, nicely adorned, comfortable and cozy,

nicely decorated, a/c was cold, room was clean, beautiful once you get enter inside door of the property, netflix, interior design and decorations, storage spaces, and 10 minute-15 walk to the old city. Great host and easy communication for all your needs. You don't expect something so nice in such an old exterior and dated neighborhood.

Outside community area is really dated and needs renovation, 3 flights up the steps to the inside door, washer/dryer combo wouldn't dry my clothes completely.

3rd floor no elevator, 70 steps (be in shape)🤓, air conditioner has a timer that shuts off every hour or so, neighbor hood needs lots of renovations as well as apartment stairwell, (the hood), good service from Josip,

the room is big and comfortable. all brand new! location is excellent if you don’t want to be in the city center of zadar. it is 5 min walk from the bridge that goes to the center.

The location is very close to the center and the beach is only a 20 minute walk from the accomodation. The facility was very clean and there was no problem with checking in since Josip was very helpful.

Even if this factor was not particularly a problem for us, we do think that the building not having an elevator will be a bit difficult for travelers that have more/heavy luggage.

Friends trip to zadar

Josip was so helpful and left clear instructions for us to get into our accommodation as we arrived late. The room was absolutely stunning so modern and over looked the marina. Fully stocked coffee bar and beds where extremely comfy. We will 100% be back and would recommend the apartments. 5 min stroll over the bridge to old town

Excellent stay in Zadar

Excellent and modern room with everything that you would need and even more! The property owner has put a lot of effort in making the room feel luxurious. Loved the fact that it had a kitchen area and laundry machine. The location is great and very close to the harbor and old town so it was easy to get to places. Loved it!
