Ideaal voor bezoek aan Versailles!

De ligging ten opzichte van Versailles. Alles op loopafstand, om de hoek.

Kamer was wat klein, maar wel heel compleet en goed geprijsd.

Lieu et personnel au delà de toute attente

Les studios sont très propres, très fonctionnels, agréablement décorés. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier animé le jour et calme la nuit, à 150 mètres de la gare rive gauche et du château de Versailles. Le personnel est extraordinairement compétent et serviable, assez rare en région parisienne pour être noté.

Die Betten waren sehr schlecht. Alle Matratzen waren durchgelegen und müssen dringend gewechselt werden! Alle Gäste hatten Rückenschmerzen und haben schlecht geschlafen.

Super séjour

Appart'hotel propre, bien équipé, bien chauffé et idéalement situé. Personnel très sympathique et avenant. Relogement en hôtel surclassé à l'occasion d'une panne générale d'électricité

Booking.com n'annonce pas le montant de la taxe de séjour et nous en avons eu pour 6€50/ personne et par nuit. C Versailles mais quand-même ^^ Verglas sur les marches de la cours intérieure d'accès aux appartements, non-deblayé, très très dangereux

Все было очень чисто, в номере было все, что необходимо в повседневной жизни. Очень удобное расположение, только вышел с отеля и сразу перед тобой выбор уютных ресторанчиков.

Регистрация и выдача ключей от номера происходит в другом месте

schon wegen der Sicherheit bei einem Brand, So ein App.Haus sollte man nicht im Programm haben.

App. 1) der Aufstieg in das App. war sehr schwierig,für ältere Leute fast nicht möglich einen größeren Koffer da hoch zu bringen steile ausgetretene Stufen, schmales Treppenhaus ohne Fahrstuhl in den 3.Stock. 2) Abfalltonnen im Flur von dem Lokal unten im Abstellteil. (Durchgang zum Hinterhaus ) 3) Brandtschutz war katastrophal und überhaupt nicht vorhanden . Ab dem 2.Stock alte geflickte Holztreppe. ohne Notausgang. Kein Notausgang hatte noch nie ,nie solches Unbehagen zu Übernachten. habe mich bei meinen ganzen Urlauben ( über Jahrzehnte) noch nie, nie so unsicher gefühlt wie hier. 4) Der Geruch von einem Ablauf im Bad (evtl. Waschmaschine) war sehr unangenehm und immer vorhanden. 5)Die Ausstattung des App. war so weit in O.nur sehr spärlich (Teller,Tassen,Besteck) ausgestattet. Die Beistelltische waren so wackelig, dass, das alles runter rollte. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer auf den Innenhof mit verschiedenen Abluftrohren von den Lokalen (Küchen-Grillgeruch) und die furchtbare (Putz und Farbe abgepläterte )Wand von dem Nachbarhaus sah auch nicht einladend aus. So ein App.Haus sollte man nicht im Programm haben. kann dafür nicht mal einen Minus Stern vergeben. Bilder können eingesehen werden. Brandschutz ist katastrophal ,Obere 2 Stockwerke Holztteppen ausgeteten usw. kein Fahrstuhl. Kein Notausgang hatte noch nie ,nie solches unbehagen zu übernachten Geruch im Bad !!! Nachttisch wackeln es fällt bzw rollt alles runter!!! Küchenuttensilien (Geschirr usw sehr spärlich!! Der Gruch von den Küchenabzügen der unteren Lokalen war auch nicht so angenehm !!! 08:00 - 09:00

Nice stay in Versailles information on rooms could have been better

The rooms were a good size and well-located walking distance to all the sightseeing venues.

Not enough information on the location of the rooms from the hotel, we were in another building away from the main hotel. Difficult to locate and the procedure to obtain the keys not clear. Also, no lift available had to use steep stairs to access the rooms with our bags

Great base for a short stay in Versailles and Paris

Loved the brilliant location, quality of reception, equipment and styling of the loft apartment. Beds were comfortable and shower was excellent. :)

Comfortable and spacious

Very clean and spacious. The windows were very cool. Old fashioned shutters and locking mechanisms. Washer worked well and shower was very nice - rain faucet. Pull out bed was easy and comfortable. Very close to the palace. Not controllable by the owners, but there are pubs below and was often noisy until 2am. Wasn't a big deal for us but just in case that matters for you.

Wifi was unsecure and required constant logging in. Worked ok but didn't feel comfortable using it for banking etc. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wasn't an issue for us but just FYI if this is important.

The apartment is well located close to the Versailles palace, on a street with many restaurants. The check-in is made at a nearby hotel with the same ownership. The apartment has most basic amenities that are needed for a short stay.

The bathroom sink had no water trap so the sewage gases were entering the bathroom unless the sink drain was closed with a plug after each usage. The couch was smelly. The room lacks design. Only one apartment key was available although we were two persons.

Overall good stay

Nice apartment with no elevator. 4 of us stayed in this property and felt a bit tight to move around with 2 beds.

The biggest issues are temperature and Hot water matter. First night there were only 2 people ended up having warm shower and we all woke up cold as temperature was set at 18.5. The 2nd night the temperature was ok, but the hot water issue still exists. For 4-people, this property might not be the best choice. And property is facing pedestrian street which restaurants and bars opened passing 2/3AM in the morning. Pretty noisy!

The apartments at this hotel are great value for money and a worthy choice. But the hotel 200 meters away is relatively old, with old-fashioned decoration, and the room does not even have a kettle. The staff are friendly, but a lot of suspicious on duty at night. Doubtful. Uncomfortable. A beautiful buffet was set up in the morning, but when I tried to drink a yogurt, the staff immediately came over and said: Our breakfast is over🙄 not enough atmosphere.

Great stay in Versailles, would do again anytime.

Loved the apartment and the location. Able to go to the palace in less than 10 minutes and enjoy the city of Versailles immediately after the visit to the palace. Enjoyed the quick access to the train station making it possible te easily go to Paris without the hassle. Would recommend a stay!
