- Fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, liquidiser, toaster, kettle & coffee maker, etc.
- Royal Worcester fine bone china.
- Fibre wifi.
- Smart TV with international channels, catch up, DVDs, etc.
- 7m x 4m fresh water swimming pool with the latest technology filtration system.
- Pool terrace is surrounded by wrought iron railings with a lockable gate for access.
- Outdoor table tennis table with bats & balls provided.
- Perfumed gardens planted with roses, lavender, citrus trees, rosemary, honeysuckle and jasmine to reflect the heritage of the area.
- 8 loungers (6 with cushions), 2 cushioned steamers, 3 dining tables with parasols and numerous chairs.
- Alarm system with door and window sensors allowing it to be set at night.
- Off street parking for 2 cars with plenty of space available on the lane too.
Notes:
- A car is recommended although not essential. Shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance, plus deliveries are available.
- July and August bookings can only be accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
