The location was the best part
6.0 / 10.0
Overall, we really liked this place. There was one problem that became big problem due to the inability of Vasaca (management company in Oregon) to fix a TV that did not work the entire stay. They PROMISED a local service person would contact us ASAP to look at the issue. Well, after 4 days, no one came to look at the TV, even though we contacted Vasaca DAILY about the issue. They kept assuring us that the "locat service" people would be contacting us. This is the problem with hiring a company to manage your property when the company is not local. Trying to get a person in Oregon to handly your problem in Colorado is not exactly the best way to manage property.

We found the instructions to be conflicting and incorrect. We had to call Vacasa to find keys and then the code we were given to access our unit was incorrect. We had to wait for maintenance to contact us so we could gain access. Needless to say, arrival was frustrating. Unit was good; needs a deep cleaning and some minor repairs, but overall good. Location is amazing!

Vacasa worked diligently to correct cleaning issues. We were very happy with the way Vacasa handled our problems. There were however maintenance issues that could not be corrected during our stay, no fault of Vacasa. Front door would not secure property and had it open on its own multiple times. The deadbolt would not lock at all causing a security issue for us while sleeping. The bedroom windows would come out of their track. We had to remove the screens to realign the rod so we could close them in the evening. Beware of hot side of faucets especially with small children it produces scalding hot water!

It was an awesome weekend , we had a little trouble getting in , called Vacasa and they were able to walk us through. The ski on off lift was closed when we went there due to construction, Place was clean and very inviting. Felt bigger in person then in the photos. Definitely would stay there again. Hopefully next time I can stay longer

Right size in a great location
This unit was just as described. Proximity to the lifts was good - about 75-100 yards to the gondola. The bathrooms were spacious and there was plenty of hot water. The beds and furnishings were comfy. There was plenty of storage for personal items in common areas as well as bathrooms. However, only a very limited supply of linens and paper products (toilet paper and facial tissue) were provided. There are only 2 elevators serving multiple units resulting in long wait times. In addition, one elevator was inoperative for 12-14 hours resulting in excessive delays. There was no accommodation for over-sized vehicles although we found a grounds helper who was helpful to locating a place for us to park.
During our stay I made multiple phone calls and left messages as well as sent multiple emails but never received any contact from the management company.

Family Vacay
This little place was so cute and homey! Our kids enjoyed every minute of our trip. The view was beautiful, the walk to the lifts was short and strolling town square was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Location Location Location...
Very nice place and great proximity to the base. COVID had some of the amenities shut down, but that's to be expected. Great spring ski trip, thanks

Great views, cozy space
This unit at Red Hawk lodge was perfect for our couples getaway. The unit has a beautiful view facing East so we could watch the sun come up over the mountains. Close to a walking and biking path, we were able to get out and enjoy nature. For winter sports, you can’t hardly beat the location as it is just a few steps from Keystone village and ski resort.

lovely view
We were only there one night but it was a sweet place to cook and look out over the mountains. Comfy bed in the bedroom and my sons slept fine in the pullout/Murphy bed.

Condo was very neat, clean and in a great location. We took our 4 kids and had plenty of room. Such a great experience and would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location
Location was amazing. Property (building) in need of maintenance; carts and elevators. Difficulty communicating with Vacasa. Check in directions confusing. Location makes rental cost worth it but otherwise would be much more upset with our experience.

Terrible Property Management
The management of this property was terrible! The check-in process is ridiculous and confusing, the elevator was broken the entire time, and it seems like there is contention between the property managers and the Vacasa people. There is little to no management presence to help guests have an enjoyable experience. For the amount of money we spent someone needed to be available to us at least during the day!!

Great place to stay!
Awesome property and a great, clean space. 5 or so minute walk to the mountain. Perfectly listed and we enjoyed every second of it!

Just as described, close to the slopes!
It was a manageable yet tiring walk for my family of 4 (children age 8 & 10). This was our first family ski trip and it had all the comforts of home, ski locker was a huge help as was the second bathroom. The housekeeper could have done a better job sweeping prior to our arrival but that's just me being a little picky. It wasn't dirty by any means just needed to be swept better. Very easy to cook most of all meals in b/c we were too tired and cold most days after skiing to venture out to dinner. The queen bed is not the most comfortable- could use a little updating on the bed and pillows. I'd stay here again! The Red Hawk is a beautiful well kept complex, quiet and just far enough away from the village that it's not too crowded.

Great Property
Great Property, unusually warm weather for our stay, and there was no A/C in the rooms, so it was a little uncomfortable until it cooled down late at night.
