Gas fire place, room for 4 and perfect place to just relax

Had a nice stay. Place was clean and comfortable. Need fans for the summer. Mattress could use a topper or replacing. Great location. Would stay again.

Comfortable, clean, well-planned, and easy to get to. Nice views, close to great breakfast (Steep and Haywood Cafe.) Close to amenities in Dillon and Silverthorne and just a hop over the hill to Breck. It's a great condo, super nice and big for the cost. Adding the dog could have been clearer, as we booked through Expedia (we will go through Vacasa next time).

great view. good layout, location perfect for a very reasonable price…we don’t have a dog now but love the fact it’s dog friendly and i didn’t find any “tell-tale” signs of previous pets:)
thanks for sharing your place

Pros- clean, great location, nice views
Cons- tv didn’t work, heat didn’t work, icy sidewalks.
Would stay here again if the tv and baseboard heaters were fixed.
4.0 / 5.0
Great location and a five min walk to a lift. Some maintenance needs to be done like tightening hardware and fixtures, but the condo is priced accordingly. It’s time for a new bed for sure, but when you’re exhausted, it works. I’ll stay here again if I come back to Keystone.

Stayed here 8 months ago and everything was acceptable. This 7 night stay Dec 27-Jan 3 way too many deficiencies (12) I think! Notified property manager on first day and kept trying for three days to get some of them fixed but only lip service. Asked to talk to owner but of course that didn’t happen. Fireplace inop, hallway heater inop, smoke alarm no battery and sitting on kitchen counter, dirty pots, patio furniture ripped and too dirty to sit on, grill not even a little clean, kitchen sink very loose which made it harder to use, shower handle ready to come off, master bathroom light down to one bulb and very dim, no ski locker key, hot tub inop first two days, humidifier unable to fill tank, microwave glass tray not made for model so warbles all around while rotating, etc. I’ve never given a bad review but felt it might help the owner to recognize how down hill this unit has become! It will only get worse so Recomend staying somewhere else!

I was happy because the location was in a good spot. The hot tub was also amazing and nice to sit in after a day of running around doing things. The biggest plus for me was I was able to bring my dog Aria. Would recommend to friends/family.
3.0 / 5.0
It is located on the highway, so if you open the windows at night (which you will need to do in summer) you won't be able to sleep because of the noise. Probably a better location in winter. Other than that, it's fine. Oh - late check-in time is not good.

We loved this condo. Perfect for two people and two dogs for a 4-night stay.

A good ski trip location. The condo is seven minutes walking distance to the Peru lift down a mostly clean path of dog urine and fecies. More utensils were in the kitchen than other condos I’ve stayed at, which was nice for actual cooking to occur. It was clean and functional.
The check in process went a little sideways with a bad key code, but was quickly fixed over the phone by the property manager company.
The parking lot and ground level sidewalks were cleared of snow each day but the second floor between condos where there are missing windows was not. The microwave didn’t work and the manager response of fixing it for the next renter wasn’t ideal(no discount or solution was provided).
I’d come back to the same location again, but not with the same manager company.

Location and view is great; decor is outdated a bit but it was so important to us that our pups could join us which was way more important.

I ended up leaving a day early because the smell of air freshener was overwhelming and gave me a headache. I couldn’t air it out with the back door open. I also wouldn’t have stayed in keystone not knowing there wasn’t much there.

The property is in an excellent location for Summer fun. However, it is a bit cluttered and the blankets need washing. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Amazing location!
Stayed for a week to snowboard mostly at a basin and a couple days at keystone. Location was perfect, 5 mins down the road to a basin and walk to the lifts at keystone. The GOAT next door had great food and drinks, can walk right over. Also within walking distance of an amazing coffee shop with the best muffins ever! Location is perfect. The condo itself was perfect had everything you need, super clean. Love the fire place! Washer and dryer very handy as well with riding gear. Checking in and out was a breeze with a simple key code. Can’t forget the pool, hot tub and sauna. Highly recommend A+

Great get away from the city.
My kids and I loved staying at this spot. The condo had tons of space even though just a one bedroom. The deck was awesome to have. My kids loved swimming at the pool and I loved having trails in the back. The location is awesome! We went all over in a matter of minutes: Frisco, Copper, Silverthorne! I recommend the place to everyone. You will not be disappointed….it was well worth the price…some would even argue a steal.

Headed up to Keystone in September for some autumn leaf peeping. This condo had everything we needed, was clean and spacious. Loved the balcony & the view of the mountain/ski runs. Very close to the bike trail and river for us to go ride our bikes and take our dogs for a walk.
The condo was clean and in good condition. Yes, it's a little dated but nothing to complain about. Enjoyed the easy gas fireplace for some warmth and ambience when the night was cooler. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Pro's: close to walking and biking trails.
Kitchen has everything you need to "stay in" and eat and enjoy the condo.
Lots and lots of extra pillows and blankets provided and were much appreciated.
Only cons:
Bed a little uncomfortable but not terrible.
Noise from the highway where the bedroom is as the bedroom faces the highway. Not a ton of noise but the darn truckers sure haul but and are loud periodically through out the night.

Good location with walking trail out the back door
This unit is somewhat dated, but perfectly efficient with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. There is a walking trail and river less than 0.25 miles from the unit and the unit is fully stocked with supplies (except no laundry detergent, bring that on your own if you think you'll need it). We will definitely consider going back!
