A great place to stay, particularly if you are in Emden for a long period.

Although based in an old Army barrack block, the interior has been completed to a very high standard. It was clean, well appointed with a spacious bathroom.

Pity it doesn't have a bar!

Ein sehr schönes top modern ausgestattetes Hotel. Unkompliziertes Check-In, toller Service, gutes Frühstück! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Modernes und komfortables Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und gutem Frühstück

Das Zimmer und besonders das Badezimmer sind relativ groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Innenausstattung hat mir gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab viel Auswahl und hat gut geschmeckt. Praktisch war es, direkt vor dem Hotel parken zu können. Auch die Ankunft am Abend funktionierte reibungslos.

Etwas störend war, dass das Bett auf einer Seite dicht an der Wand stand, so dass es für denjenigen, der auf der Seite schläft, unbequem ist aufzustehen. Man kann sich damit aber auf jeden Fall arrangieren.

Very nice place and pleasant stay.

Newly renovated and furnished. Nice building and neighborhood. All clean. Beds very comfy.

The kitchen is very small and does not include an oven or microwave grill. Better window blinds/curtains would have been appreciated.

Great location, very quiet, free parking and everything you could require for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic suite. Spacious , clean and everything you need for a short stay. Great location, short walk into the centre of Emden, however, very quiet location. And as a bonus, breakfast was included in our price.

Good location e.g. when you are in need of multiple bedrooms in one spot.

Very clean and breakfast definately OK for their price.

(Nothing they can do about); you need a bike if you want to go regularly to the city center. Somewhat too far to do twice a day. Ask clearly where the breakfast room is. Before 7:30 AM the reception is not open and you need to go via the first floor.

Very clean, very сool interior, quiet place, kitchen with all necessary utensils is superb

Light music in the breakfast room would be perfect, because eating in a dead silence is unpleasant. It was also unlpeasant to hear a quarrel between the receptionist and dissatisfied customers at the reception.

Very good

The room has a very modern design with and provides everything, including a small kitchen with bowls, cups, forks & knives etc. There's also a fridge available which was practical. The apartment is very clean! Staffs were very nice and helpful, high appreciate it. Spacious free parking lot. Overall it was a great stay - can recommend it.

The loft apartment is kind of small. Somehow I had imagined it to be bigger judging from the photos. There's not much space to open 2 suitcases at the same time. Although the bathroom is very spacious which is great.

New accommodation with spacious and clean rooms!

New, clean and spacious rooms! Good wifi and modern! Easy parking in front of the accommodation. Equiped kitchen for 2 persons and a proper fridge. Nice design! Close to the city by car. Supermarket really close.

No restaurant, but it's an apartment so not really expect one.

Exceeds expectations

Location is good if you plan to leave the city after. The building is impressive and even though our room was small, it was more than enough. The bathroom was spacy and clean. Late check-in was also easy, but you need to call the facilities before 6 pm to arrange it.
