·Lounge/ dining room, Comfortable sofas and chairs arranged around beutifully carved cappodocian stone fireplace. Flat screen TV and DVD player for playing DVD`s only. Selection of family & children DVD`s supplied. Sound system for CD?s and i-pods.Large doors open out onto a large shaded patio area and the pool.
OUTSIDE
·There is a circular pool for children, with steps either side going into the main, large pool.
·There is a large shaded terrace with large table and chairs
·Sun loungers with cushions and umbrella shades
·Delightful Turkish Kosk which has raised platform with turkish carpets and cushions, wher e you can relax and escape the heat of the sun, but still enjoy the outside ambience around the pool.
·Cappadocian stone BBQ and poolside shower.
·An orchard garden with a range of trees encircling the impressive pool and seating area.
·Enjoy the sun setting behind the mountains, and then the outside lights illuminate around the grounds to create a beautiful setting for a quiet relaxing evening.

·All rooms are air-conditioned, even though the site benefits from the cooling breezes from the Iztuzu Beach and the Medıterranean just a short distance to the South
.There are 2 bikes for use with the villa.
