Very stylish experience

Spacious room with very nice interior together with the window toward the Piazza tower gives you very nice perception of your stay here and in the city in general.

Wall heater was insufficient in April, we had to turn on air conditioner for extra heating

Comfortable stay with a pleasant view!

Everything about my stay was absolutely comfortable! The check in was fast and the communication was smooth, the apartment was clean and there was everything you could possibly need (clean sheets, floor, etc., heating, hairdryer, and the view!) Perhaps, some people might find any kind of issues, but for me it was just perfect. There were pretty windy days, and the roof tents of the building on the opposite side can be disturbing, but even that wasn’t a bi deal for me. The last time I was visiting Batumi I made a big mistake staying at Orbi, so choosing the Belvedere Hotel was just a relief! The next time will definitely book it again! Thanks a lot!

All facilities available for a long and comfortable stay

Located in the Old town, its in a beautiful street that is close to most major attractions. Added bonus if your room has a balcony facing into the street. Packed with facilities in a small place, you can do your own cooking if you want. Best part they have a washing machine which was a life saver us. Not sure if this is the norm in Batumi though.

Probably the most unwelcoming staff i have encountered in my entire trip in Georgia. Did not get a single smile throughout my stay.

A wonderful spot to enjoy Batumi - wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was perfect, and the room was wonderful, with everything we needed, including a lovely little balcony. The staff were happy to help us with our requests, and the room was kept clean. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town, with lots of nightlife options nearby and some wonderful Turkish and Arabic restaurants in the vicinity.

The shower had some grime that could be cleaned up.

Nice location in the heart of Batumi. Good wi-fi connection. Big room with a small kitchen and a small balcony.

Poor facilities. Dirty bathroom. The reception is on the first floor always empty and no staff available. No cleaning service and fresh towel during your staying.

Good location and value for the price.

Nice big clean room and nice view from the balcony. I recommend to pick street view because the backyard looked bad. It is a quiet street. I enjoyed my stay very much. Perfect location. Note that there is no full time front desk, but you can communicate via whatsapp if you need anything. I liked very much the kitchen. You can buy bread , fruits and other items for breakfast very cheap nearby. Also there is supermarket few steps away.

The water did not go down properly in the shower.

bad for the price

zero security, no one at the reception, hard to reach. They only rely on a camera. Two dogs in our next room and they were constantly barking. Many parts of our body bite and swell. Only the location is great.

Location is absolutely amazing! The kitchenette has everything you might need. The bed was extremely comfortable. I asked them to prepare flowers for my mum which they did.

It was not clear that it was not your standard hotel but an apart hotel, which I did not mind, however check in procedure as well as cleaning procedure were not clear at all.
