About this house rental
This Iconic Cozy WATERFRONT Cottage was Futured on "HGTV' situated near the end of a quiet cove. Located in Sunrise Beach, the cottage is in a small cove off of Cape Hollow Cove, near the 8 MM. There is a boat launch just around the corner at Rock Harbor Resort. It is close to the new Woods Supermarket and restaurants. The cottage was fully remodeled in 2024 and includes new Central Air, and free Wi-Fi. Plenty of off-road parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Two comfortable bedrooms, 1 king and the other includes 6 twin bunk beds, and a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The cottage also includes a private dock with a boat slip and a nice swim platform for your outside entertainment. New expanded deck with gas grill, propane provided. All you need to do is make a reservation, bring your food and clothes and make yourself at home. Most necessities in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are provided for your convenience. The time is here to book your getaway to the lake! We have also just added 2 new Kayaks, Lilly Pad and a Stand Up Paddle board for you to use as well.

Great location on the lake with a personal dock and kayaks. Owners were so nice and responsive. I would definitely go back. Amazing price for what you get. We really enjoyed the back deck with the fire pit!

We stayed here for a few days on our trip through the states. Was a great little get away, very quiet in mid November. Really enjoyed the stay, had everything we needed for the whole stay.

We had a great experience staying at this property! We went midweek so it was very quiet on the lake and we loved paddling up the cove on the kayaks! It was a very lovely place and just what we needed!

We will definitely be back. Everything you need is right here. Everything in the house is great. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Fun toys outside, kayaks paddle board. My husband and I did not use the Lily Pad but I'm sure kids would love that. Many things to do all around the lake but we especially like morning coffee on the dock.

My friend and I really enjoyed this lake rental. Very, quiet and peaceful. The place is adorable with comfortable furniture and beds. I haven’t found that too often in other rentals. Definitely want to come back!

What a cute lake house for our family to stay in! We loved being so close to the dock! We had everything we needed to just enjoy the water and relax in the home. It was so peaceful in the cove! My only complaint was that we were not able to stay longer!

Upon arriving to Darin and Elissa’s place you will notice it’s very secluded and private which our group loved. It was very quiet at night and nice to relax at night out at the dock. Very nice inside- matched the pictures online and was perfect for the 8 of us girls that stayed. Close and convenient to different bars and restaurants as well as stores by water and a not too far of a drive by car. Would recommend staying here! Great communication with hosts as well- super helpful and responsive if something is needed.

This was a perfect getaway home for our family. The home was well stocked with kitchen items including pans, pots and utensils and even s’more making items. The slip/pier was amazing! Our boat fit nicely and was not rocked by waves. The water toys were so much fun. We kayaked and paddle boarded every day and swam on the lily pad. Everything is in great condition. We toured the lake as much as we could and have to say the cove that the house is on is in one of the best locations. It’s quiet and not busy at all. We felt comfortable with our girls swimming off the pier all day. Would definitely recommend this rental!

We loved this house and its location. The dock was perfect for morning coffee and sitting around the fire pit in the evening. The cove is very quiet and the house was perfect for our group!

We thoroughly enjoyed using the kayaks and fishing from the dock, and from the kayaks.
The house is exceptionally clean, and the decor is inviting.
I appreciated the choices of linens (I found cotton quilts in the closet I used.) The sheets are also comfortable as are the towels. While I am not a fan of the foam mattress topper (sinks like a crater and then I am unable to reposition), I do understand many others enjoy that type. I also appreciated the little fans in the rooms!
The kitchen is well stocked with basic spices and everything you may need to store food and supplies for your stay and all cooking pots/pans/bowls, etc.
This is a great location where we would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We loved all of the items provided by the host like kayaks, air pump, and gas fire pit. The cove is quiet and private. We enjoyed all of the wild life around too!

Everything was as stated. Little things you may have forgotten they have for use.
Only thing that you need to be mindful of if using the dock; it’s a shallow cove. If the lake level gets to 7 feet below full pool, you will not get your boat to the slip. Will stay again, great place!

Perfect getaway from the city. Very quiet, charming, close to lots of things but great to just hang out on-site. Very responsive owners. Flexible with us and our ever changing schedule. We will be back, next time with the kids!

Very cozy little retreat right on Lake, Clean, Comfy, and Lots to do in and around, and they get the left over food out of fridge :) that doesn't happen often at all with a vrbo big time plus.

We have a family of all boys who want to spend their days fishing. This was the perfect place for that. The house had everything you would need to be comfortable. We didn't want to spend a lot of money eating out, so we packed all our food and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking tools we needed. The area was very quiet and the house super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Clean, comfortable home close to establishments. My 7 year old loved fishing and kayaking on the dock. Highly recommend!

Could have been cleaner. Needed to mop the sticky kitchen floor. Needed to clean the bathroom sink drain. Discovered that a few of the basic cooking needs were empty, after we went to the grocery store. Gas grill needs cleaning badly.
