Community: Named for nearby waterfalls, Cascade beckons to visitors as the front door to Pikes Peak, the country's most visited mountain. We know you will love your stay in our scenic mountain town of Cascade, among these Pikes Peak foothills and just minutes from Colorado Springs. If you are looking for a mountain retreat centrally located yet not your average neighborhood home than this is the place. With numerous hiking trails right outside your door, and a prime locale for so many tourist attractions - it really is the perfect launching point for all the front range has to offer.

Ten minutes drive will put you in downtown Manitou Springs, where you can hunt for fountains in the quaint streets and sample underground natural spring water, known for its high mineral content. Here you will also find an abundance of shops and restaurants, a famous penny arcade, zip lining, and satisfy your sweet tooth with plenty of candy, chocolate shops and ice cream shops. Green Mountain Falls is only 5 minutes up the pass where you can have lunch and stroll along Gazebo Lake. Also within a 10 minute drive is the entrance to Cave Of the Winds and the famous towering red rocks of Garden of the Gods. The very happening downtown Colorado Springs is less than a 15 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes and you are at the South Gate to the renowned United States Air Force Academy. A short twenty minutes will take you to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, recently named the 4th best zoo in North America, and countless other attractions in southern Colorado Springs. Keep heading west up the pass and discover Woodland Park - a charming mountain town, home to the famous Donut Mill, and the site of the Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center. Woodland Park is also home to Colorado Wolf Adventures and for a more relaxed evening, try one of the outstanding local breweries. If you come in the winter - day trips to world renowned ski slopes such as Breckenridge, are less than 2 hours away. Getting here: Fly in to the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) for a quick door to door transfer of only 30 minutes or take an hour and a half and drive the scenic route from Denver (DEN).

My sister and I wanted to re-create vacations our parents used to take our families on now that our kids have kids. Great spaces for all of us to be together - and apart! The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked. Multiple plates, glasses, appliances, spices etc. including plastic ware for poolside drinking and dining. The view is spectacular! Linne was very responsive when we had any questions. One thing to be aware of: it states that 22 people can stay here, which is probably true. That said, if you're adults/couples be prepared for sharing sleeping spaces. We figured it out, but two couples did share a room. There is a triple bunk bed, but it's in the room with games, a fooseball table and next to the billiards room. Like I said, we figured it out and it was fine but folks should just be aware when booking. We all loved our stay and felt very at home!

This place had it all from views, the pool, games and game room, open floor plan and space for everyone! Highly recommend this place if you have a large family! The host was amazing and went above and beyond our entire trip for anything we needed or had questions on. We will definitely be back for another trip!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this well thought out and appointed home. Our group ranged in age from 75 to 5 and there were games, puzzles, toys, for all. Of course the heated pool and hot tub added to the fun. Home was very clean and the large kitchen was a fun gathering spot come evening as everyone gathered and cooked together. Location made for easy access to many sights. Linne was a dream to work with. She promptly and thoughtfully responded to our questions. We left with wonderful memories of our stay.

Our family of 6 adults 2 young children and an infant spent a week at this home that included everything we could think of. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the home itself was stocked with anything we needed. It was such a fun and relaxing place to come back to after enjoying the sights of Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!!

We had a blast here! We take a trip every year with 19 people (5 families) and this was one of our favorite places. Our host was VERY accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. The kids loved the pool, pool table and hot tub. The kitchen was a great setup for many adults cooking and eating. The beds were SUPER comfortable! The location was really good. Easy drive into Manitou Spings. I'd highly recommend this place!

What a special getaway for our group of friends! The house is gorgeous and well stocked! The best part was how communicative and helpful the host is. We’ve rented a lot of homes over the years and hands down, this was the most helpful host. Many of us had late flights out on check out day and the host let us stay past check out since nobody was scheduled to check in the next day. She also gave us hiking recommendations and was available by phone and text anytime we needed her.

I have high expectations. This place exceeded them. Ideal for a large family.

Our stay was absolutely perfect here. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a getaway & perfectly suited our needs. The views from the house are incredible & the beds are so, so comfortable.
Linne was an excellent host; she was super responsive & helpful in providing recommendations for our trip. I would definitely rent a car if you're staying in this area as taxis/ubers/lyfts are incredibly hard to call/come by, but it's super easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, downtown Colorado Springs, & more once you have a car.
10/10 would recommend this house to anyone looking for a CS getaway! I will definitely be coming back.

We came to Colorado for a destination wedding with a large group and this house suited all our needs. The game room area was perfect for the competitive folks in our group and we took advantage of the hot tub. Linne was always quick to respond and flexible with us checking in early and checking out later. We had issues with the dryer not working but Linne was aware of the problem and allowed us to use the other laundry room reserved for the cleaning crew. If ever back in this area with a large group, I will certainly check if this house is available.

Words cannot express how beautiful this vacation home really is! You will just have to see it for yourself. Linne the host is so sweet and great at communicating with you whenever you need her.
We we’re a large family of 17 visiting Colorado for Christmas for the first time and Line’s home accommodated the entire family with lots of room to spare!. The views are simply breathtaking! Not to mention the large heated pool and hot tub in the backyard is an added bonus! Just one thing, there’s quite hours after dark and there’s no light in the backyard close to the hot tub and pool but this is no big deal, there’s lots to do inside after dark.
The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, game room etc… are fully equipped with all the comforts of home with lots of toys and games for the whole family!
This home is minutes away from lots of attractions like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cave Dwellings and Manitou Springs! We had such a great time and loved the house so much we didn’t want to leave! Kid you not, we tried to stay 1 more night but the home was already booked! 😩
I just want to thank Linne for opening up her exquisite home and allowing us to create life long lasting beautiful memories we will never forget! We will definitely visit again! ❤️

This house has it all from a well stocked pantry, to games for the family and plenty of toys for kids of all ages. Love that the location is within 10-15 minutes of downtown Colorado Springs but there’s mountain hiking right as you walk outside the door. Linnie has thought of everything! Working with her was a true pleasure as she was always quick to respond and VERY accommodating. Would definitely stay again if in the area!
