Niemozliwe ustawienie temperatury wody pod prysznicem wieczorem i zepsute (opuszczone na stale) rolety przy oknach. Cala reszta bez zastrzezen.

Moc toho bohužel nebylo, snad jen, že ubytování je v centru města a je všude blízko, do restaurací, obchodů i do starých Pompejí. A dalším kladem byla vůně alespoň na chodbě, ze které se do pokojů vchází (ale v pokojích už to bohužel nevonělo. A byla zde ze slibovaného zařízení alespoň varná konvice (ale musíte si s sebou vozit hrnečky, jinak je vám k ničemu, takže my bychom ji, pokud bychom se ubytovali, nemohli využít, běžně s sebou hrnky na dovolenou nevozíme :-D, a opět, ubytovatel na to v nabídce neupozorňuje). A ještě musím pochválit velikost pokoj, je obří, to je pravda, ale neútulný a vůbec se nám v něm nechtělo zůstávat (tedy já píšu o pokoji č. 4, možná ty další jsou možná lepší, ale to nemohu hodnotit). Jinak dům, ve kterém jsou nabízené pokoje, by potřeboval totální rekonstrukci včetně výtahu (do toho jsem se neodvážili vlézt), protože pozor, pokoje jsou až ve 4. patře (to jsme se také dozvěděli až ze zprávy od ubytovatele těsně před naším příjezdem). Takže ubytování je levné, ale nakonec vlastně ani ne, protože si musíte platit parkování, a pak za tu cenu včetně parkování už pořídíte lepší hotel i se snídaní (což jsme také nakonec udělali, ale přišli jsme o peníze za nevyužité ubytování, protože ubytovatel nechce ani slyšet o nějaké kompenzaci, prý nemůžou za to, že se nám tam nelíbilo a že vše odpovídá popisu na Booking.com včetně fotografií). Ono nejde ani tak o to, jestli se nám tam líbilo, asi bychom těch pár nocí přežili, ale spíš o to, že se nebudu v listopadu sprchovat ve studené vodě a nebudu běhat na snídani přes ulici atd. atd. , a hlavně nám vadilo, že na to všechno jsme nebyli dopředu upozornění, takže to považuji za klamání zákazníka. A přece se nemůžu řídit jen hodnocením předchozích ubytovaných, většině lidí se hodnocením nechce stejně moc zabývat a dá raději jen známku, v tomto případě kupodivu dost vysokou, čemuž nerozumím, a to nejsem žádný snob, vyspím se skoro všude, tady se mi chtělo brečet.
Lepší by mohlo být naprosto všechno, vůbec netuším, proč dávají lidé na Booking.com tak vysoké hodnocení, když si ve většině případů stěžují na to samé, co vadilo i nám. My jsme se tedy nakonec vůbec neubytovali, protože když zjistíte, že ve sprše neteče teplá voda, že neodtéká odpad a po chvíli se vám zcela zaplní sprchová vanička (a to jsme jen zkoušeli pár minut nechat vodu odtékat, jestli náhodou ta teplá přece jen nepoteče, nevím, co by se dělo, kdybychom se sprchovali), při podívání se z okna se vám naskytne pohled na dvorek ve vnitrobloku, kde se zrovna suší prádlo (přitom v nabídce bylo uvedeno "pohled do zahrady nebo na památku"), za umyvadlem na těsnění byla černá plíseň, na přehozu postele neidentifikovatelný flek, wifi samozřejmě žádná, i když v popisu pokoje byla slibovaná. Nikde v podmínkách není uvedeno, že by se muselo na snídani chodit mimo ubytování, to jsme se dozvěděli až ve zprávě, která nám přišla od ubytovatele (musí se chodit do bistra přes ulici). Dalším zklamáním bylo parkování, na můj dotaz mi ubytovatel sdělil, že se dá zdarma parkovat v ulici, která je velmi klidná a vždy se tam najde místo. My jsme přes tu "klidnou" ulici skoro nemohli přejít, o parkování se vám může jen zdát,. Takže jsme museli zajet na blízké hlídané parkoviště (ano, musím přiznat, že nás ubytovatel na toto parkoviště předem upozorňoval). Cena by byla dobrá, jen ne pro toho, kdo chce pobýt v Pompejích více dní (první hodina 2 Eura, každá další 1 Euro). Ale ani na tomto parkovišti nebylo mnoho volných míst, takže pokud byste přijeli ve špičce, patrně nezaparkujete vůbec. Dalším slibovaným vybavením byla lednička a minibar, samozřejmě nic z toho tam nebylo. O županech ani nemluvím, ale kvůli těm samozřejmě ubytování nevyhledávám, ani bychom je nevyužili, jen netuším, proč jsou v popisu uváděné. Bohužel jsme nestihli v tom šoku udělat žádné fotografie.

La struttura era in ottima posizione, la colazione era una semplice colazione al bar li vicino, comprendeva caffe o cappuccino con dolce o brioche.
La pulizia ha lasciato a desiderare, il bagno aveva un perenne odore di fogna e addirittura il copriletto evidentemente macchiato.
L'arredamento vecchio, in particolare gli igienici.

Dificil de encontrar la habitacion, ya que no hay ninguna indicacion en la puerta y nos tuvo que abrir un vecino.
La ducha le falta una puerta, falta papel higenico y jabon de ducha.
Nos hemos duchado solamente dos veces y la ducha se atascó, estaba llena de pelos que no eran nuestros y se atascó también el WC y el bidet provocando que el baño quedó lleno de agua.
Tuvimos que estar toda la noche sin poder ir al lavabo y no nos dieron ninguna solucion.

The location was close to the town
The lift sounded really unsafe, dropping suddenly when it reached a floor then stopped and wouldn’t work at all. The shower had no hot water and the opening to try to enter the shower was extremely narrow. There was just 1/4 of a toilet roll supplied for two guests. Other guests were left outside downstairs not being able to access the property. We helped them to access the rooms.

Det luktade konstigt av doftpinnar ( dölja mögel?) WiFi ur funktion. Inget varmvatten i badrummet. Tvn ur funktion. Ingen minibar ej heller tillgång till ett gemensamt kök . Sunkig duschkabin som höll på att rasa ihop ,smutsig också. Toaletten fungerade ej tillfredställande. Kranen i handfatet behöver kalkas av.

Tidy and large room with a clean toilet, nice view of the city from the balcony. Helpful host with instructions provided via messages. Breakfast coupon was provided for a nearby café with a croissant of choice and a drink. Spacious and comfortable bed. There was an AC and a TV. Corridor to the room was also very neat and fragrant. The property is close both to the Pompei railway station and the historical site of Pompei, so great location.
Wifi password was mentioned on a board near to the room without mentioning the name of the network, so it was a bit hard initially to connect to the network.

We travelled to Pompei from Rome and decided to stay in Pompei for 1 night to break up the journey to Sorrento. We booked with sanctuary rooms as the rooms looked clean and well maintained. We followed the directions to the hotel via booking.com. However, when we reached the location we were unable to locate the building. We walked around the area for about 20 minutes feeling very lost as it was not clear where we were supposed to go. We ended up asking in the bistro next door, as this was signposted to us in the directions given from the hotel. Inside the bistro they were also unsure of where Sanctuary Rooms was located. We had tried to call the number given on booking.com for the hotel many times but recieved no answer. I also messaged but did not get an answer until an hour later. Upon further inspection, we realised from photos from the website that we had passed the door previously, but the sign from the picture was no longer there and therefore it was not clear that it was the door that we wanted. One of the instructions was to press the buzzer for sanctuary rooms, but again there was no buzzer for sanctuary rooms, meaning we had to press a random apartments buzzer just to get into the building.
Finally, after getting into the building we were able to follow the instructions to get into the apartment and our room. By this point we were very stressed and warm, as we had walked around with our luggage for a while.
Upon first inspection of the room, we thought it was very basic and mostly clean. However, we were given 1 toilet roll that was already half used and no spares meaning that there was not a sufficient amount of toilet roll for 2 adults for an afternoon, evening and the following morning. Further to this, the shower was very small and it was a squeeze to get in and out of it.
The shampoo and conditioner inside the shower were barely filled and had a tiny amount left at the bottom when we arrived.

Dirty floors, clogged drains, AC not working. I notified them via email but nothing came up, someone replied to my email only to ask if I threw something down the drain. It's blocked even when I haven't used it. I paid 77 eur for 1 night.

Breakfast (croissant or something you choose + drink) was enough for that price, we came late there and it was no problem. Communication was fast. We stayed for 2 nights and we just slept there.
We couldn't find where these rooms are there is no sign on the building or something. The shower was small and you have to wait for hot water. We didn't know which room was ours- there are four or five rooms, some have balcony- we didn't have the balcony but we don't care about that.

Good proximity to train, main square and ruins. Reasonably quiet and no disturbances. Fridge and aircon were a bonus. Breakfast at the cafe across the road was great.

It was unclear on arrival how to get in to the building, due to little to no signage. While this may be our error, but we did not realise there was no reception. A lovely lady met us at the building after we confirmed our arrival time on the day.

We were kept waiting outside the property for more than an hour (having previously been clear on our arrival time), despite repeatedly ringing the doorbell, and calling the phone number provided without any response. My children were hot, tired and hungry by this stage, however the staff when we were eventually let in were not even slightly apologetic. The room was a lot smaller and darker than we had anticipated, with minimal facilities, not even a bedside table. The air conditioning kept powering off - when I raised this via the messaging on Booking app (apart from arrival, I never saw another member of staff throughout our stay and the phone number was not answered), I was told this was normal however I use air conditioning at home and I know the difference between maintaining a temperature, and simply powering off an entire unit from the mains (presumably to save electricity. As a result the room was very hot and uncomfortable overnight and none of us slept well. Compounded by the double bed I was sharing with my 11 year old daughter suddenly gave way in the night. I again messaged the next day asking for a new room, as no staff were present to ask. In the afternoon I was told that I probably should get another room, but this could not be confirmed for the time being. However by 6pm this had still not been confirmed and lacking any further response (with very tired children) I could not risk another night of no sleep in a hot room and broken bed, so I was forced to book into another hotel at great expense, despite having paid for Sanctuary Room. I requested a refund, but this message was not even acknowledged let alone replied to. Avoid at all costs, this place is a total scam.

Due to a booking error, our brief stay was marred by a poor welcome, lack of information, a totally unacceptable replacement 'bedroom' and various inconsistencies with existing photos and reviews about this accommodation. It cannot be recommended.

Paid for a hotel with a tea/coffee maker, kettle, this was not available. When I asked where the kettle etc were woman who showed us out room very rude and says no kettle. I messaged the owner who apologised there were no tea bags. Next day had 2 tea bags and 2 sugars but still no kettle, cups, milk, coffee. Spoke to woman again and after a lot of huffing gave me a kettle and 2 cups, asked for milk and coffee she said no can only have 2 tea bags for our 4 night stay. Messaged owner again this time he didn't bother answering. Wi-Fi password didn't work and woman got grumpy again because I asked for correct Wi-Fi password. Towels were very thin and shower not very clean.

The room was very comfortable, clean had lots of space and the location was ideal for the main station, 10 mins walk, the centre and local area including Pompeii ruins. A good base for our 4 days touring the area.
The breakfast venue across the road was excellent.
Good windows shutting out junction noise in rush hour.
The email requests were responded to quickly. Mainly Italian speaking but helpful and certainly good value.
Some listed facilities were available on request.

The view was nice from the balcony.
There were no real breakfast. They gave us handwritten post-it notes and told to go to a cafe accross the street. We got a coffee and a croissant with the post-it note.
The shower drain did not work correctly, you had to wait to get the shower floor to grt empty for another one to go to the shower. Otherwise it would have flooded the floor. Toilet didn't flush and we had to use trach can, fill it with water and drain the toilet by hand.
There were no minibar, no snackbar, no kettle. Also no bedsidetables. We had the balcony, but the table and chairs were rusty and a broken. Also, the wooden curtain to the balcony didn't go up and we had to hunch down to get to balcony.
There were no sign on the door on yhe street and we spend 15 minutes to find the right building. It was a normal apartment building, and Sanctuary Rooms were just a apartment where rooms were made to looks like hotel rooms. They asked us when we were arriving but we still had to wait almost an hour for someone to let us in. Then we had to wait for another 30 min for her to "clean" the room. Bedsheets were wrinkly and there were no toiletries.
The young lady that came for us, didn't speak a single word in english. She used Google Translate to tell us about our stay, but it was all gibberish, because she didn't understand that the translator didn't get the message correctly. She also seemed annoyed of us and almost angry ehen we didn't understand the Google Translators nonsense.

Good size room and exceptionally clean and located within walking distance of the main square and ruins. Bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great. The owner/manager was very accommodating in allowing me to check in early.
I found it fairly difficult to find the apartments as there was no information saying it was on the fourth floor and nothing downstairs on the intercom indicating where the rooms were. There was also apparently breakfast included but I couldn’t figure out where/ was never offered any breakfast.

A very large family room with 3 beds. Could take advantage of the space and add the minibar which was advertised. Breakfast was a a pastry and coffee at the cafe opposite with a voucher.
