Magnificent home in exceptionally quiet area with spectacular Maresme coast and Montseny mountain views.
Just 30 minutes from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Costa Brava.
Fully equipped, very comfortable and comfortable with typical building in the area of Maresme and Costa Brava.
Beautiful garden with automatic irrigation, BBQ area and private pool with a large terrace with loungers and parasol. Barbecue area with large garden table.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and a suite with terrace and private bathroom.
As required by the regulations governing the rental of holiday homes in Spain, we require the guests (name and surname, date of birth and identity card number or passport)
Groups of children under 27 years old are not allowed

We had a wonderful 10 day stay here and it couldn’t have been better. Beautiful house, many bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, BBQ, close to the sea and very large pool on site for which we all enjoyed! A short car ride to town or the supermarkets and 45 min train ride to Barcelona. Fantastic place - we had an amazing time .

We somehow failed to realize that 1) the house was uphill, far from any grocery store, and 2) there were in reality only one shadowy place to sit and eat (balcony). But when that is said, everything was really nice, and the host was very hospitable, service-minded and informative. She even brought a new coffee machine when we could not figure out how the old one worked and thought it was broken (it was not - we just did not figure out how to use it).

Julia’s house was a great vacation home for us! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is awesome…easy to get in and out, a pretty quiet neighborhood, and easy to drive to all the places in Catalunya that you will want to go visit. Julia was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful host!

We had a lot of fun and the house was just the right size for us all . It was close to everything as advertised and even Barcelona was just up the road. Only downside was the mosquitoes that chewed the heck out of me. Would recommend it to any one looking for a quiet lace in an ideal location.

Overall nice stay. Interior was old but and could be renewed but everything was working. Kitchen is equipped with basic but all we needed. Beds could have been more comfy but that is to personal feeling. Location is really close to the beach. For groceries you have plenty of options but need a car. Train station is also close by if needed.

Das Haus ist schön und sehr praktisch aufgeteilt. Der Pool hatte im Juni schon eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Das Meer ist zu Fuß ca. 15 Min entfernt. Für einen Urlaub mit Teenagern ist das Haus ideal.

This Villa is lovely

The villa is in a fantastic location with the beach at the end of the road. The town is really nice with some great restaurants and the beaches are beautiful. The villa itself is lovely. Great indoor space with really good bedrooms, especially the top room. The outdoor space is amazing! The balcony on the top floor has beautiful views of the sea and the main outdoor space is perfect for dinner and relaxing. The pool is great and a fantastic area to relax in the sun. I highly recommend this villa. It has everything you want and need for a great holiday. The owner Julia and her daughter were so nice too. They couldn't have made the check in and check out any easier. 5 star rating from me. Many thanks.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad en de kinderen hebben genoten . Alles is in de buurt het strand de supermarkten Je hebt heel veel steden in de buurt zoals Barcelona en Lloret de Mar wij hebben daar genoten van het strand en winkelen en eten Verder was Julia en haar dochter super aardig . Top week gehad , bedankt Julia en Judith

Globalement tres bien. La maison avec la piscine parfaites. La plage n est pas bondee de monde. Ville catalane avec peu de touristes. Point d attention les chiens des voisins qui aboient longtemps la nuit.

Outstanding!

My family of 5 enjoyed a blissful 2 weeks here. We didn't want to leave. The house itself is beautiful with all our needs taken care of. A little bonus was the "suite" and private terrace on the top floor for my husband and I. We dined on the large terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen was fully appointed with masses of crockery and utensils. The large fridge freezer enabled us to store all those little treats. The outside space was stunning with immaculately kept gardens. The pool was a little slice of heaven. It was beautifully warm which allowed for many lazy hours bobbing about taking in the peace and quiet. The beach was within walking distance and the town and supermarkets 2 mins away by car. The town of Arenys de Mar hosted some lovely restaurants and bars, and although not overly touristy it met all our needs. We had an amazing fine dining experience at restaurant El Mot and receommend a visit there but book beforehand. Finally a huge thank you to Julia and her daughter Judith for making us so welcome and being on hand for our every need. We have used HomeAway for the last 4 years and have never been let down. This however has been the best to date.

Un point à optimiser est soit la mise en place d'une climatisation dans les chambres , soit un ventilateur pour raffraichir les nuit chaudes de la Costa Brava ! Un très bon séjour . Nous avons à nouveau loué cette maison, après être venus l'année dernière. Nous apprécions particulièrement la piscine qui est splendide. La maison est vaste pour huit, on s'y sent à l'aise. La propreté est irréprochable. Arenys n'est pas très touristique et c'est très bien ainsi : la plage est à dix minutes de marche et on ne se bat pas pour trouver une place tant elle est large. Il n'y a pas d'inquiétude, vous pouvez louer la maison sans hésiter.

Moltes gracies, Julia for the great time at your beautiful Arenys de Mar property. My family had a wonderful experience with your beautifully maintained beach house. The location was excellent, just a short 5 minute walk to the lovely Platja del Cavaió where I enjoyed the warm blue waters and sandy Mediterranean beach. Thank you also for responding so quickly to any question we had, and your great flexibility with our travel changes. I hope to come visit Arenys de Mar soon!

Nous avons passé 15 jours sublimes dans cette belle maison bien équipée avec une piscine entretenue (quelqu'un passe 2 fois par semaine pour nettoyer la piscine et entretenir le jardin). À notre arrivée, la propriétaire, Julia, nous a accueilli pour tout nous expliquer et nous laisser des informations sur ce qu'il y avait à visiter dans la région. Tout au long du séjour Julia était disponible pour répondre à nos questions. À recommander.

nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cette superbe maison avec sa belle piscine la proprietaire est tres gentille et disponible si besoin la maison est tres grande et tres fonctionnelle la plage est toute proche de la maison dommage manque un peu de commerce pour se balader le soir je recommanderai cette location sans hesiter

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines à Arenys, un endroit que nous avons découvert, bien loin des clichés de la costa brava. La plage est trés propre et peu fréquentée, le village agréable, sans la foule de touristes étrangers que nous connaissions dans les autres stations. La maison est vaste, 8 couchages sans se serrer. EXTRÊMEMENT PROPRE, la cuisine moderne avex un grand frigo. Manquent quelques ustensiles (amenez un tire-bouchon), mais cela ne retire rien à la qualité globale. Vaste jardin et barbecue très pratique. Enfin, la piscine est magnifique, les photos ne rendent pas correctement la trés belle finition. Je la recommande et la reserverai sans doute si je dois passer de nouvelles vacances en Espagne.

Acceuil charmant et maison-piscine très agréables

La maison est très agréable et très bien située pour la plage environ 250 mètres. Toutefois, la piscine est tellement belle que vous profiterez plus de cette dernière -:) Le jardin, la maison et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. J'aurai mis 5/5 si il y avait un peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisine. Il est à noter aussi que la propriétaire demande pour le ménage 100 euros en fin de séjour. Enfin, je souhaite souligner un accueil remarquable de la part de Madame Garcia qui s'assure que le séjour se passe très bien.

La maison est bien plus agréable qu'elle ne paraît sur les photos, avec sa grande terrasse et l'espace jardinets barbecue sur le côté. Cette location est parfaite pour les séjours en (grande) famille, souhaitant le calme et le confort (même si certains équipements sont un peu minimalistes, c'est pour cela que je ne mets pas la note maximale). Arenys de Mar n'est pas une localité touristique à proprement parler, mais les gens y sont très accueillants... Julia, la propriétaire, est très sérieuse et tient à tenir ses engagements. Elle est très inquiète aussi que tout se passe bien : Rassurez vous, Julia, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !!
