Idéal pour les petits séjours liés au travail, wifi en accès direct, peu bruyant.

Terrasse extérieure pour le petit déjeuné. Accueil et sympathie du personnel Rapidité de la machine a café du p'tit dej (pas de file d'attente)

Lors du ménage, le personnel a laissé la fenêtre ouverte bloquée avec le tapis de bain. >> Le soir, de retour à 23h, beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre !!!

Arnaque !!!!

Comment dire ??? Arnaque totale, le petit déjeuner est servi de 8h à 9h30, vous y accédez à 9h15, il n’y a plus rien et vous voyez le personnels de l’établissement attablés et prenant VOTRE PETIT DÉJEUNER. Et la seule excuse de leur part, je cite : Aujourd’hui c’est événementiel donc, petit dejeûner que jusqu’à 9h00. Et bien sur, lors que l’on demande le remboursement, ils vous répondent qu’il n’y en a pas. Ce sont tout simplement des voleurs et des menteurs, qui plus est, ne savent même pas gérer les denrées du petit déjeuner. À éviter comme la peste noire.

More than what we expected for the money. Great little hotel to stay.

We stayed there because we had an event at the racing track, which is the same place than the airport. It was perfect, as we had only a short 5 minutes walk to get there, no need to take the car, no risk of being late, all very relaxed.

The one thing that could be improved is breakfast. It is ok as it is, but I can imagine she travellers may find it a bit light. But then again, the staff was very nice and ready to help.

Good beds, quite area.

It likes a motel, mini room, tiny bathroom, bad isolation, very basic. It would be good for ones who has no demands, just need one place for sleeping. If somebody has problem with the narrow space, should consider before book it.

Do not go there!

Friendly staff, plenty of hot water for showers etc., easy access from Albi centre. Quiet, although, set within a run down, location.

Air con did not work properly - no control. Wall mounted TV had no remote, so could not use. Room the size of a postage stamp, ensuite ludicrously small. Washhandbasin had no plug. Only three of the five room lights worked. The access keycard took too many attempts before the door opened. The bed was made of reinforced concrete. Did not appreciate the sign on the bathroom door suggesting that, if we left the premises with the hotel linen, our account would be charged. Thereby intimating that guests go to plunder the linen stocks. Not acceptable hotel behaviour, even if true and it has happened in the past.The booking site advised that a restaurant was available Monday to Thursday. We stayed Thursday but it made no difference, because they do not have a restaurant anyway - we had to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was a joke. Croissants tasted days old, milk was served in the carton it was bought in. Only one piece of bread available for four diners! Also, the hotel, judging by the amount of black people loitering about, the abundance of bicycles, spare wheels, all left under a gazebo within the carpark, together with a basketball hoop and an abandoned car, would suggest many of the rooms are being used as social housing. Some of these people, polite and friendly though they appeared to be, were hanging around the office and small dining area, watching the guests have their breakfasts. Very unsavoury and intimidating. Never going back!
