Service was excellent. Was allowed earlier check in,which really helped with our evening plans.
The breakfast was amazing! Very many choices.
Nothing! No complaints. We have stayed at other Home2Suites,and this by far was our best stay ever. We have already rebooked next month.

Absolutely nothing.
The facility was without staff between 10:45-1:51 and up until I finally got frustrated and stop trying. As a Hilton Honors member I also called customer service and they couldn't get a hold of anyone at the front desk. This is totally unacceptable.

I did not know that you had to request to have your room cleaned, when i asked they said it was on the key card packet I travel a lot and have never read my cardholder. I think it is something that should be mentioned when you check in.

Like the location, breakfast and room layout.
Had stayed there before, and was a bit disappointed this time. Didn't have sheets for pullout. Room was not as clean as before.

safe
paid extra for a suite and instead got a studio. when asked possible reimbursement options as we had to stay 1 night in the studio, the staff member said not to worry about the price change when I had already paid for the suite which was a $43 difference that was wasted and would only respond to the person who he was talking to in his ear buds and chose to ignore me and my boyfriend. the suite we were put in had a bathroom light that would not turn on and was stuck. the suite also was dirty and the soap dispenser in the shower had fallen off and was not able to be used.

Breakfast limited. Yes there are options however breakfast sandwhichs only vs eggs able to be made spearately which was touch when there for 2 weeks period of time.
Unable to get TVs (there were 2) in work out room to works usually. 1 only showed standards weather challenge and other TV was always offline. Yes contacted front desk twice and only once were they able to get it connected for workout session then I just stopped asking.
Washers and dryers were in need of a clean

The room was big. The one nice staff was the lady doing breakfast.
Rude staff checking in, charged me way more then what was priced on this site. Once we got to the rooms the bathroom sink was stopped up, microwave was dirty, called down on my cell because the room phone wasn't working they said several times they would send some one up to clean never did. My daughter had a couple friends over for her bday, they called down asked for more towels the lady told them it's only her down there and they have to come get them she was super rude in how she said it to them. Once down there there was 3 staff there and they lady was snobbish to them. The roomy daughter was in was dirty carpet and had hair in the beds.

clean, quiet, large room, highly level hotel I ever stay before…. the one I love to stay where ever I travel if they close to my destination.

Love the curtain between living room and beds. Great shower. Newer building is clean and attractive.
Several little annoyances that just usually aren't issues:
- very loud fridge. maintenance looked at it and said there's nothing they can do (had to just deal with it all 9 days)
- slow draining bathroom sink
- thermostat doesn't show current temp?
- window doesn't open so the only way to change temp seems to be by turning on heat or ac (like to avoid that when possible)
- the way they prep main hot breakfast items makes what's available dried out except at peak rush (otherwise p good)
- the room had an otherwise full kitchen but required getting a burner and skillet from the front desk if we wanted. I kind of appreciate the efficiency of such an arrangement but in practice we avoided foods that required it to not go through the hassle
- infuriating wifi
- expensive

My pillows were the best! Shower and bathroom facilities were very good also.
I thought the "free breakfast" was skimpy and not of great value. I was expecting there to be scrambled eggs, maybe bacon and/or biscuits and gravy - like breakfasts at Drury Inns.

When I arrived there were 6 people standing by the front door smoking. I am assuming it is a designated smoking area because there was a receptacle for cigarette trash nearby. It was a terrible first impression for me to have to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the building.

Friendly staff. Clean. It literally checked every box! We will stay again.

Hoping for rolls or donuts on the breakfast table. The size of the room was larger than expected.
Paid more for the room than what it was printed on the booking confirmation. The water in the swimming pool was cold. No hot tub.
