Beautiful beach and a wonderful view. The apartment is composed of a very nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing-machine, toaster, a big refrigerator with freezer, two big/confortable bedrooms (one with queen-size bed, 1 with two single bed and a chair-bed,) bathroom with bath/tub/shower. Der Ausblick super, die Lage sehr gut. Sehr großer Balkon. Tolle Restaurants in den anliegenden Orten.

Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer
Die Wohnung ist groß und hat einen tollen Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief ganz unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die laute Küstenstraße und ein paar Flecken von Tomatensauce und Zahnpasta bei der Ankunft.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass wir ein paar wunderschöne Tage am Meer hatten!☀️😃

Posizione e vista da sogno!
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questo meraviglioso appartamento, io mio marito e i nostri tre bambini.
La disponibilità e la premura di Daniela, la proprietaria della casa, sono state ineccepibili. Ha sempre risposto ad ogni messaggio e domanda in brevissimo tempo, con molta pazienza e gentilezza, Daniela ci ha aiutati a trovare un posto in spiaggia che in questo periodo e situazione non è per niente semplice. Ci ha inoltre consigliato un appartamento vicino al suo per ospitare anche i miei genitori. È stata un preziosissimo punto di riferimento per le nostre vacanze.
La casa è spaziosa, accogliente, dotata di tutto ciò che serve per poter soggiornare comodamente per lunghi periodi di vacanza.
Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il terrazzo che ad ogni ora del giorno regala un mare ed un cielo dai colori spettacolari!
Vorrei ringraziare Bruna, la signora che si è occupata delle pulizie della casa, che su nostra richiesta ci ha dato una mano anche per quelle infrasettimanali, di una gentilezza e bravura che non si dimenticano.
In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in una stupenda spiaggia di sassolini, mare sempre calmo e cristallino.
Posso dire con certezza che riuscire a soggiornare in questo appartamento è davvero un affare, e anche se lo vorrei sempre libero per tornarci molto spesso, non posso far altro che consigliarlo vivamente!
Grazie di cuore a Daniela, suo marito e i suoi figli!

Bellissima location x un appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Il pezzo forte è l'incantevole balcone sul mare.

We had a good time but for people flying in from other countries it would be nice to have some beach towels and a reserved place on the beach. The parking was also a problem as there is no dedicated parking spot if you are arriving with a car. The key lock system is dated as well for the car park .The view from the unit is wonderful as is the balcony.

Ottimo
Ottima location. La proprietà è estremamente cortese e disponibile. La vista sull'isola di Bergeggi e sul golfo di Spotorno è strepitosa. La casa è perfetta e dotata di tutti i confort (wifi, aria condizionata, tv,...). Unico neo: la rumorosità dell'Aurelia poco distante, ma essendo al quarto piano si è molto sopraelevati.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit bester Aussicht auf das Meer. Einfach unbezahlbar!!!!
Sehr sehr freundliche Eigentümer. Frau Ferri und Herr Ferri sind sehr sympathisch sehr freundlich.Auch die Frau Carla Bruna die wir am Tag der Abreise kennengelernt haben ist sehr sympathisch und sehr freundlich.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

siamo stati molto bene nel suo appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto come descritto nel sito. La vista dal terrazzo e' fantastica.
Grazie al clima che abbiamo trovato abbiamo potuto godere appieno del sole e trascorrere le nostre vacanze piacevolmente.

Wir haben die unkomplizierte Art der Vermieterin geschätzt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber. Einzig die Matratzen sind für unseren Geschmack viel zu weich. Die Lage und Aussicht sind genial.

Meglio di quanto pensassi
La fantastica vista dal balcone della casa a Bergeggi è stata sicuramente la ragione principale della mia prenotazione. La casa è risultata molto curata e pulita, il balcone è molto più grande di quello che sembra in fotografia. Abbiamo fatto colazioni e cene con un panorama meraviglioso. Un grazie alla Sig.ra Daniela per la gentilezza dimostrata e le preziose indicazioni ricevute su Bargeggi e dintorni, oltre che per il gradito omaggio di benvenuto.
L'accesso alla spiaggia, llibera o attrezzata, è facilitato da un accesso nella stessa struttura condominiale. Non conosco molto la Liguria, ma questa vacanza mi ha soddisfatto pienamente anche per la sorpresa di un mare pulito con trasparenze e colori che dubitavo di trovare a poche ore da casa.

Séjour agréable
Mme Ferri est serviable et très réactive. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de la rencontrer mais l'avons eu au téléphone et nous a clairement expliqué le fonctionnement de la location.
L'appartement est très grand, et très beau, situé proche de la mer, accessible en moins de 10 minutes par un couloir sous la route.
Il dispose d'un grand balcon qui donne sur la baie.
Il est entièrement équipé : linge sur place, y compris serviettes, lave linge, étendoir à linge, lave vaisselle, gaziniere et four, et grille pain et cafetière.
Il y a des livres en français et en italien, des dictionnaires bilingues italiens, et les guides des points d'intérêt alentours.
Il n'y a aucun produit d'entretien, vous serez sans doute obligé-e-s d'investir ou d'apporter.
Vous avez simplement un rouleau de papier toilettes et une capsule de café pour commencer votre séjour.
La douche fait des chauds froids mais en réduisant la pression le problème disparaît. Les WC sont dans la salle de bain, qui dispose aussi d'un bidet.
Les prises n'ont pas de prise terre, et nécessitent parfois un adaptateur : il y en a quelques uns sur place.
Les poubelles de la résidence sont fermées par des verrous, mais vous avez les clés. Vous disposez de deux jeux pour l'appartement.
Il nous a été précisé que les dépassements significatifs de plusieurs dizaines d'euros d'électricité seraient à nos frais. Finalement, du fait de notre consommation relativement économe, nous avons été exempté-e-s de cette charge.
Le wifi est également compté et limité à 1,5 Gb par jour, la période de minuit à 8 h est illimitée.
La ville de Bergeggi est petite et très résidentielle, mais en un quart d'heure de marche vous pouvez aller à Spotorno où il y a plusieurs commerces.
Il y a des spots de plongée autour de l'île de Bergeggi, à partir du premier juin (début de la saison touristique), vous pouvez louer un canoé ou un pédalo et explorer la baie.
Nous vous recommandons cet endroit !

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung, zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieterin
Wir haben vier tolle Tage erlebt. Da leider das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat, war es um so wichtiger, dass wir uns in der Wohnung so wohl gefühlt haben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Daniela.

Lovely apartment, spectacular view, friendly owner
This spacious apartment in a cliffside 1960's condominium development (3 buildings) high above the Mediterranean in the Italian Riviera overlooks the beach and a small island with a tiny chapel and ruined watch tower. It has marble floors, high ceilings (chandelier in living/dining area), and a balcony running the width of the apartment to which the living/dining area and master bedroom open. There are large glass doors and tilting windows to enjoy the spectacular view, which often included a fishing boat unreeling or hauling in its net. We liked the vintage furniture.
The large tiled bathroom has a multi-head shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fairly small, but well equipped (washer, dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove top/electric oven, table seating two, and pod espresso machine). There is a comfortable bed in the master, and two singles plus a rolling cot in the second bedroom. There is air-conditioning, but we did not need to use it (nor the heat from the same unit).
Each apartment has roof-top parking for one car; on-street parking is also available. The entry to the building (with elevator) is at the fourth floor, the apartment is on the third.
The only minor negatives: because the building is built into the cliff the windows in the kitchen, bath and second bedroom at the rear open on an air shaft, and there is some traffic noise from the coastal highway at the bottom of the cliff when sitting on the balcony.
Owner Daniela is fluent in English (and French) and is often at her nearby house in Bergeggi. If she is not there, renters are greeted by her keyholder Bruna, who is friendly but doesn't speak English; Daniela would be available by phone to answer questions. Daniela enjoys the chance to speak English with renters, and enjoys travel (including a recent trip to New York).
When asked, Daniela offered sight seeing suggestions. We visited medieval town centers in Noli, Finalborgo and Cervo, and went to the archeological museum in the Miramar fortress in Savona, Liguria's second-largest city. There are small supermarkets nearby and a large Coop ipermercato at the Molo 844 shopping center in Vado Ligure.

Beautiful place and very well organised accommodation. Owner is very helpful and open. Sea view is excellent! There are two bitches very close - one from the right and second (awesome) - from the left side. Leaving room and big bedroom are amazing. Only small disadvantage is that second bedroom does not have window to the sea side.
Highly recommended!
