Great location, fab pool, would have been good to know about construction work near by

The location was perfect , very clean and a great pool. Loads of great places to eat around the marina. Short stroll to the beach. Host dealt with any questions promptly and was very friendly, checking in with us during the week

Lack of kitchen crockery Steep ramp to enter property Major construction near the villa (would have been good to know in advance) as due to noise and dust we had to go out during the day

Fantastic villa for a great family holiday

Great villa for a family holiday. Location was perfect as walking distance to Marina Rubicon and also great for sight seeing other resorts (we had a hire car). Communication from Yassel was great before and during our stay. So many places to eat and a lovely walk from the marina to the main resort of playa blanca. The villa itself was great for a family of 4 and the outdoor seating area was great for some shade during the day. The pool table was a definite bonus for us for some pool challenges even if I didn’t come away as pool champion! We are regular villa users and this villa was perfect due to the location. Having a washing machine is also great especially when it’s raining back in the UK as you can wash everything before coming home and also means you don’t need to pack as much. The villa is in a quiet location and very private. All in all a fantastic holiday.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything but some extra plates and mugs so I could have used the dishwasher more 😃

Very good

Very clean, good location only 10 mins from Marina. Yassel was lovely, checked all was good and if anything needed.

Just my preference Kitchen worktop could be flatter.

Fantastic stay warm pool!

Lovely villa really clean. Excellent location not far from marina Rubicon about 10 min walk. The pool was lovely and warm so we could use it. Great value for money would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay 10 mins walk into Rubicon for the supermarket, shops and restaurants

The host Yassel was in contact with us prior to arrival and arranged to meet up with us when we arrived at the property. He was excellent in the handover very impressive, very clean and tidy himself. As was the property which was presented exactly as he was spotless , clean and tidy, this was very impressive. He explained any problem we were to contact him . This property was ideal, a short 10 mins walk into the Rubicon marina complex for supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The property was down the end of a small cul de sac so it was very quiet. We had a very enjoyable visit well worth the stay.

Nothing to fault , first time to Lanzarote and enjoyed it.

Great location. Nice to have outdoor space. Pool table good fun and kids loved the pool despite it being cold.

Pool was quite cold (we were unlucky with the weather so could be different in constant sunshine). Would be good to have more plates and bowls (only 3 cereal bowls available) and also some provisions like oil, salt, pepper and spices. We had to buy a lot so we could cook a couple of meals. A welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk would also be a good idea.

Great location.

The double bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The kitchen is adequate for a light cooking (omelette etc). Shower good. The villa is very easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the restaurants and shops of Marina Rubicon. Villa is small but comfortable. During February the pool temperature was too cold to swim in but the pool area was nice to sunbathe in.

The location of the villa was spot on near the marina, host was quick to answer and questions. The villa and pool area were in great condition. We all said we would stay here again.

Nice private villa

Well located and easy to find. The rooms were a good size, and the outside area was laid out well, and was very private. The pool is too small for a proper swim, but the teenage boys enjoyed playing in it! Didn't use the BBQ as did not know where to get coals etc. All appliances worked as expected.

TV was only in Spanish. no instructions so i don't know if that could be changed or not? i did find an English radio station though

Lovely stay Villa

The Villa was lovely with lots of details and all very nice and clean. The swimming pool was a plus with the warm water.

The only thing was the wifi wasn't working properly. apart from that, all great

Loved the property/ didn’t want to leave!

Villa was fantastic/ very Spanish.lovely outside area pool and outside kitchen/ would definitely go back there on our next trip to Lanzarote

Great value villa

Super location, a few minutes walk to Marina Rubicon. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything worked well. Host was very responsive and helpful. Note: the pool is heated by solar panels so you need good weather for it to bring the pool upto a comfortable temperature.

A perfect little piece of paradise.

This villa surpassed expectations. beautiful inside and out with everything we needed. you could easily have a wonderful holiday without leaving the villa. the location was super. being just 5-10 min stroll from Rubicon Marina then a lovely 10 min stroll along the promenade into the main town. we cannot wait to return.

Nothing to dislike about this property.

Location, size of villa, pool. Great villa but a few minor issues which I'm sure will be resolved for future guests.

The mattress was extremely firm and we both struggled to sleep some nights. An optional topper would have been great. We were hoping to play pool but the white ball was missing. We reported it immediately and a technician came around the next day but couldnt find it either. No replacement or correspondence regarding this for the remainder of the week. Kettle leaked and stopped working and we reported it but no replacement or correspondence though it was our penultimate day. Finally some instructions on how to use the oven / microwave would have been useful though we worked it out through trial and error.

The size, it was clean and the pool and location were great

The WiFi was virtually non-existent- we had to turn it off to get messages. We have one suggestion that the owners provide a multi language welcome pack to operate the WiFi, TV and cooker and a number to call for assistance.

Lovely holiday at Villa Piedra

Warm welcome by Pablo, excellent communication during our holiday making sure we didn't lack anything. The villa is very well situated near the Rubicon Marina with shops and excellent restaurants

Will be returning to this nice villa!

The villa is located in a quiet area. No transparency. Nice little cozy corner with a lava table. The pool is heated. Perfect with the small key holder outside. Helpful host.

The kitchen works well but the lighting over the stove and bench could have been better. No hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom!?
