Great location, probably one of the best in the city. Also we got help from the owner to park and arrive, which was very convenient.

No water in the fridge, and the room is not really cosy or premium, I expect more from this Price

Amazing room and hosts in the center of Ragusa Ibla

The home is amazing and right in the center of Ragusa Ibla. There is a great café right next door to have your morning espresso and it’s surrounded by great restaurants throughout the piazza as well as the side streets. The room has air conditioning which is very important in the summer heat as well as a nice renovated bathroom and comfy bed. All that being said, the best part about this experience was Claudia and her family. They are so welcoming and helpful and such a joy to spend time with. Thank you Claudia for opening your home!

Very dramatic location, beautiful suite.

Breakfast at the next door cafe was good, but not included in the room rate

Reaching the property by car was challenging, and would be easier to use the local car park, and be collected and taken to the property by the owner.

A memorable place to stay.

Beautiful location in the heart of Ragusa, welcoming attentive hosts, stunning views of the main square and cathedral from the large balcony! Authentic design and antiques, high ceilings, yet fresh bathrooms with modern fittings and good beds, thick quality towels and white linen, nice smell, coffee, tea and biscuits. A memorable place to stay. Grazie mille!

No parking at the hotel, but the owner was kind enough to meet us, help us unload, and reserve a spot for a car nearby.

Nothing was too much effort for Claudia and her son to ensure we had a lovely visit.

Claudia and her son were friendly and welcoming, ferrying us to and from the station, and recommending and booking a table for dinner, which was spot on. It was interesting to hear about Claudia's home and her family history, especially as the location on the first floor couldn't be bettered - on the Piazza del Duomo, and therefore ideal for exploring Ragusa Ibla. There were many books and maps etc. about the area. We had use of a sitting room and our bedroom was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and with a very comfy bed. There was a balcony from which one had a great view of the Chiesa di San Giorgio, and there was a cafe next door.

I can't really think anything that I didn't like. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the communal area, rather than in our room, but there's nothing else I would want to change.

outstanding wonderful stay ans experience at a top location with the very best view on our balcony of piazza del duomo

amazing location and hosts ! I highly recommend to stay there . The warm welcoming and interaction , the beauty of the palazzo yet very authentic and mixed with great taste of decoration and renovation of some part in a perfect style .. it feels special to be there and will remain as a unique experience . will definitely be back . Thank you to Claudia and her family 🙏 to have made our trip special ans be so helpful and kind in all / booking restaurants / advices / and much more ❤️

A beautiful property in an amazing location

This was a beautiful property in a period building furnished to a very high standard. The situation next to the Duomo is amazing and the property has a balcony over looking the Duomo and the piazza. We even observed three wedding parties on the Duomo steps. Breakfast is in the cafe next door with freshly made croissants coffee and orange juice. Claudia the property owner and her son made us very welcome and even collected us from the station. Claudia also dropped us off at the end of our trip for our bus. Our stay was wonderful and I would really recommend this property.

Good value for money

Lovely feel and atmosphere, right in the heart of the city. A wonderful balcony to relax on. Very clean, very calm and wonderful hosts. I enjoyed the special touch of having a piano to play on 😁 very accommodating to children and babies, a huge plus!

A magnificent historic apartment, with modern-day comforts

The apartment was exceptional and the location excellent. The hostess Claudia was extremely helpful and her son gave us a permit so that we could park easily. The central heating was very efficient - and essential in March.

Unfortunately, Booking.com is showing that the apartment has a kitchen. This is no longer the case. However, the hostess made space for us to eat our own breakfast and even washed the dishes for us.

Perfect location and amazing hosts.

The property is beautiful and we ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Perfect location. The hosts were very friendly and checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. No complaints at all. Highly recommend to see the lovely town of Ragusa Ibla and surrounding areas. Easy parking too.

The apartment is elegant and beautiful. The location is beyond amazing!!! Host is incredibly helpful and kind!
