Owner gave good instructions and was very responsive to questions and concerns . View from the room was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for sunsets
Cinque Terre is an absolutely gorgeous place to visit, daily life must be quite challenging with steps to climb to get anywhere. However, for the amount charged the amenities were lacking. Better quality coffee and a better coffeemaker , some supplies in the bathroom and a “real hairdryer” would go a long way in Baku g the stay a bit more comfortable

Very close to station and convenient for shops. Very Clean. Fabulous view. Had everything we needed.

The location is great if you want a great view, near the train station and privacy.
Extremely clean and very comfortable. Paolo was great to communicate with!
Because it’s close to the train station, you get some train noise, but it stops around midnight.

location is excellent. overlooking the water, and close to everything. It was very clean.
An umbrella for the patio would have been nice. Because of the sun and heat, we could sit on the patio early in the morning or after the sun went down.

location and terrace view are fantastic. the sunsets are stunning. the rooms are charming with all the positive reminders for living and loving. there is a small refrigerator which is helpful.
the instant coffee, lack of plates and a few other necessities (paper towels). we had charcuterie with wine on the terrace every evening. we managed with what we had and still had a wonderful stay.

The location was very convenient, easy to access via the lift when you have your luggage. Bring some single euros for the lift!

Large comfortable room, great bed and absolutely perfect location - close to the train station, harbor and restaurants. Paolo (I assume he is the owner) was wonderful to work with; very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. This is not a hotel; just a large comfortable room overlooking the sea….but much larger room than any of the hotel rooms our friends had.

This was a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Easy to reach from the train station.
The only minor thing that could be improved is that I would have liked a better hairdryer.

Villa Pecunia was just beautiful. Our friends had another room and both rooms were great. Views were spectacular and the room was very spacious and well- appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been here twice this summer, each time it was the same high quality service. Clean, close to the train station and also short walk to the center. I do not think we will change our choice in the future.
