The food is excellent. My room was excellent 👌 ,nice and clean 👌 the shower excellent, everything super good in my room,the stuff they're like they're coming from 1 family, all of them very friendly 😀 they treat me like part of family.

My sun was reasonable and I wish I could have stayed longer.

It was just ok. Could have been better.

Breakfast was delicious and warm. We had Hot water running. Room was clean.

Staff could be faster and be well prepared with all the breakfast ingredients.... So that it's not late. Maybe add a waiter/ waitress when there's more than 5 guests. Regular checks of water pipes and draining systems. After a shower, the water would just stand in the tub and go through slowly. Some guest was playing out loud music through the night , disturbing the other guests whom were tired and needed to rest peacefully. Dirty staircases and passage walkways. More care and cleaning.

There was a bad smell in the room,balcony was dirt including towels are so old and not soft,the coffee cups were dirty air conditioner wasn’t working to channels are not playing

You get what you pay for, nothing more.

The location was great and the staff are friendly and professional.

There was a loud event that went into all hours of the morning, the rooms are not sound proofed enough. The hallway was filthy. The WiFi was practically unusable. The intersection turning right leaving the premises is almost impossible to cross during peak hours.

Overall the stay was okay, can’t say much. Place needs to be refurbished

The towels used are hard, I didn’t like the fact that toilet paper was 1ply, our tv wasn’t displaying properly, the aircon wasn’t working properly as well.

We booked for 3 people. There was no provision made to make a sleeper couch bed. There was only 1 person at reception to service the hotel. Our daughter slept on a hastily made bed which proved to be freezing on the floor.

The people walking up and down all night making noises made it unpleasant.

I absolutely love the food , the staff was friendly. Bed was comfy.

What I didnt like is the hotel was so loud all night that I didnt sleep , every sound up the stairs and noise woke me up because I was in the first room. The tv didnt work and the one lamp is broken I had to fix it the whole time.

wont stay their again

electricity kept tripping as if load shedding is not bad enough. No tea spoon to stir coffee, couldn't charge phone or laptop or blow dry hair, or keep a cold water. Couldn't eat my pre-race oats, no boiled water - no utensils. The deposit process and refund was quite primitive and scary. Gun Shots were close by early morning

The room was clean and the property except for the swimming pool the water were dirty.

Unfriendly staff,poor management, racism, the wifi was not working during the day it start working around 00h00 midnight the TV channels were blurry.. The service when you want to borrow glasses they will tell you that the idians they don't drink the same glasses as us after buying their food, I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel I booked for 3 days but the second day I wanted to go home but couldn't I already spent my money to the 3 days booking.
