The close proximity to major attractions
Finding it was a bit odd. We didn’t know it was part of Best Western so it was confusing at first

I liked the apartment, breakfast and laundry.
the couch and chairs are so old they could not be sat in.

The location was great. Easy access to our apartment. And had a washer dryer unit was nice as well.
The apartment was absolutely disgusting. There was food stuck on plates, silverware, and cook ware. Toe nail clippings on the floor of the bedroom, underneath the beds was underware, socks, food and trash. Even found a shoe. Pretty sad we had to purchase cleaning supplies, paper plates and silverware because the condition was too terrible to eat and no dish soap was provided and when you've spent 12 hours on the road the last thing you want to do is clean dishes to eat... the pool was horrible, so freaking cold and so much chlorine your eyes burned just walking into the pool house. Spending almost $2000 for 6 days, I expected it to be a bit more clean and stocked for use.. very disappointing 😞

It felt like home and had everything we needed. It was comfortable.
The couch was not in a 100% good shape, one room the fan was not working to pull air in it.

The breakfast was fine. It was very busy
The remote for the TV in the bedroom did not work. The place didn't have much light.
4.0
The location was nice and the staff at the nearby hotel (where we checked in) were friendly.
The apartment was still dirty. There was a random sock under the corner of the bed and dried spaghetti noodle on the floor in the bedroom as well. The whole place felt musty and carpet was old and dirty. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the blanket for that bed had urine stains on it.

There is plenty of space for two couples.
It is dated. Our toilet was plugged upon arrival and had to have maintenance clear it. the door latch was difficult to open, and maintenance had to adjust it. the upstairs room had loud guests with a little girl crying at bedtime and throughout the night, both nights. we did not eat continental breakfast due to the large number of people eating too. There was nowhere to sit, and the lines were long with children crying because they had to wait. It's just not a good situation. It was difficult to get to the pool area, so we skipped it as well. We had a coffee maker in the room but no coffee to make.

Clean and plenty of spacious room.
In the description to check in, it should let guest know that they need to check in at the Best Western next door. When I got here, I could not find where to check in, and it wasn’t until another guest help me out and told me that I had to go to the Best Western.

It was good
Older apartment units, one A/C in living room, nothing in bdrms, not end of world.

The location was good as was the two room suite.
We were there 4 nights and did not get any cleaning of the room even though it was said to happen on the third day.

Nice big toome good location
Was hard to find at first

Good central location for many of the sights. Nice to have 2 bedrooms
The kitchen was supposed to be 'stocked,' but it was incredibly disappointing. I had planned to cook most of our meals to save money, but there were so few cooking supplies I really couldn't. I gave a detailed list to the front desk with recommendations of what needs to be provided. But I felt the listing was very misleading.
The breakfast was the same for 5 days straight, and all carbs. Please have a better rotation--more fruit, non-sugar cereals, etc.

Very good breakfast -- good variety of hot and cold food; adequate seating area. Suite with two real bedrooms, small kitchen, bathroom and living area -- good for families or unrelated people.
Would be nice to have the rooms heated prior to arrival (we had to turn on the heat in all rooms). Would suggest they take the word "luxury" out of their name as, while the suites are more than adequate there is nothing luxurious about them or the buildings in which they are located.

It’s a great location! Big rooms are a plus. And was an affordable price.
We stayed 4 nights. Garbages we’re never change. Bed sheets were never changes nor did they ever come get our pile of towels and when we needed more we had to walk to front desk

We found a dirty wash rag in the shower and one in the kitchen cupboard

Location met our needs. The kids liked the pool.
Rooms were hot. Had to keep doors open to keep rooms cool. Had to call front desk for garbage bags and to have someone take garbage from room.

The breakfast was a nice option. The location was great! I like the 2 sinks.
The couch and the bench need to be replaced or cleaned.
